I have worked with many property managers as Association President but have never found a more thorough and caring group of professionals than the Foster Company. Not only do they diligently work on all projects related to the daily operations of our community, but they go above and beyond with every non-standard project to make decisions simple. Bar far the best!!!
This company is horrible and horrendous. They only take money order or checks, never credit or debit cards. Individuals in their office are never there when they say they will be there. My car got towed from the company they are partnered with and my car had it's decal. I called them to ask about a reimbursement and they gave me the run around. Nobody ever contacted me back, so I had to call them consistently. I never got my money back. There is never a warm welcome and when you need information from them, they're extremely vague and imprecise. Probably the worst association I ever had to deal with in my life. A true representation of how corrupt our housing policies are in Miami.
Personally I love this place. You can pay online simple and easy. Well taken care of and the management team is very easy to deal with.
Absolutely the best in customer service. I have worked with Foster Company for 21 years and they have consistently performed association screenings, maintenance and the facilitating of property transfers and leasing for my customers.
Property managers are arrogant. They behave like kings treating homeowners as subservient. No respect for the property owners that pay their fees. Thefts on property have occurred and cameras were down. Gate issues will go without being addressed for unconscionable amount of time. Homeowners locked out of their properties during business and after hours without recourse. Contracting substandard fabrication of community issues which have lead to unnecessary additional homeowner expense.
With properties across four different condo complexes in South Florida for about 10 years, I have dealt with over 8 property management companies. Hands down, Foster Company is #1 due to their customer service. They are responsive, flexible, and always professional. If there is a mistake, they admit to it and help quickly correct it. This experience is consistent with the top most person at the company as well as with several staff members. And if I have a special request, instead of telling me the rules and being unhelpful, Foster has always worked with me and helped me. They have consistently been a pleasure to work with for many years
Horrible company to deal with. It's as if they go out of their way to be unhelpful rather than helpful. All three times that Iv'e had to go there, I've been made to feel as though I was unwelcome and really just an annoyance in their day. The whole office closes down for lunch. Really? If I ran my business like this, I would no longer have one. Thank you for making such a simple task so difficult. They don't deserve the 1 star this format forces to give in order to post.
I recently went into the office of The Foster Company and their staff was pleasant and very helpful! The service they offer is far superior than others. I would highly recommend them!
They are the association for Heather walk and when I have to rent or sell any of the properties in the community, Estrella has been very helpful with the association documents.
I don't feel safe where I live because of this company's failure to support safety concerns of home owners.
Awful customer service. I live in one of their properties. I'm on day 9 of water pressure cleaning. The noise is grating. my home is not a home its a couple of rooms at a work site. I am bombarded by said water pressure cleaner, leaf blowers, tile cutting & county landscaping. I guess this is the type of abuse you should accept when you make something lucrative. To call them directly is a waste of time. The one positive is this will be the last lease I ever sign.
If you enjoy paying for willful neglect? Do you favor an unresponsive management company? Do you like property managers that are aloof and unavailable? Perhaps your association wishes to lower property values so they can buy houses on the cheap, as homeowners within their community sell in bitter frustration, to avoid litigation and find the little peace of mind that escapes anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves under the yoke of this shady management company, the The Foster Group if for you.

Great company, friendly reception and staff! They were all very helpful when I contacted them.
This company is the worst manage company , they lost my check twice in 2019 , I set up automatic payment from my bank account , my bank send check to pay my bill every month for several years and several bill . Never have problem . But since this company take over to manage association of my condo , there is always have problem , and the check send to them just disappear and my bank inform me usually 3month later when the check is void , the company continue charge me late fee. If the check be lost in mail why my other biller never have problem of receiving my checks , the person or system of the company is a mess.
There needs to be a minus star rating available for this management company. Security guards are only placed in the property for 1-2 weeks and then taken off. No security cameras. Cars broken into. Property managers never answer the phones or emails. Not sure what they do there? or what they use the money for? USELESS company
As president of our condo association, I participated in interviewing several management companies. We chose the Foster Company and they have done a fantastic job. They came into a disorganized situation and put in so many extra hours and brought in specialists to get us running smoothly. They are honest, straight forward and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them fully.

They were very prompt in handling a plumbing issue on a saturday, which I thought would be a nightmare. Friendly as well. I was pleasantly surprised. Good company, and glad they're managing my place!

This company has a Mickey Mouse system to collect maintenance and fees from property owners that doesn t work. We have to send the checks old fashion way and they take more than 2 weeks to cash them. After that they send collection letters with big signs of final notice. Ridiculous cheap company. Tell me when I send my lawyer to explain and show you when I was sending my payments for the last 100 days
The first time I ever lived in an association I was lucky enough to deal with the Foster Company. The property manager new who I was by name, not simply by my unit number. I felt that my concerns and questions as a resident were always put first. The Foster Company provided me with a small business feel and quality services. Such a step above what I am dealing with now...I currently live in an association that uses a giant property management company that could care less about its association members!!! The Foster Company is definitely a step above the rest!
