I offered my laptop for repair because of an outdated battery because I bought it 2.5 years ago at MediaMarkt in Alkmaar. That went smoothly. However, I found repair costs too high and therefore asked back. What do I get back a laptop, a laptop that is worse than I handed it in. The keyboard and mouse do not work and they have been pathetic not to replace the screws on the bottom of my laptop. When I come back with these problems at the service desk, I am suddenly told that I could return it within 24 hours after delivery and otherwise have to repair it at my own expense. It is easy to say afterwards that there is a 24 hour limit. All in all, this is the poor service I have experienced.
Bought a new TV. At home this piece came out of the package. Of course went back. They wanted to start an investigation into how the TV broke down. No message after 5 days. Let alone a new TV or money back. Bar bad!

A brand new GoPro that was of no use to him and you don't do anything with it. Very bad. I am now ready for a new freezer, but skip this one. What a bad service.
