Extremely impersonal. Many products are not available. Online competitors are usually faster and better.

The store is very messy and therefore not very logically arranged. The new idea of every media market and of making a kind of queue for the checkouts with tons of stuff is really complete. And very cumbersome. They really should do something different with this.

Do not come if I need anything else, staff or very intrusive or no one who can help you if you need it.

On busy days you sometimes have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before you are helped, staff can do little about this, it is more the fault of management that puts too little man in on busy days.

They really have everything, but because of that they are also very impersonal and staff also indifferent.

I had bought a hologe and after 3 weeks it broke and they do nothing about it

Media market Alkmaar . It can't get any worse !!! Made an order online 3 days ago. The 3 products are said to be in stock in the store. Because of the "limited" stock, they let it come from a central warehouse. Every day I call myself when everything comes in and I am kept on the line every time. And this while everything is just in stock in the store. I'll go to another store tomorrow and then cancel everything. And Max from Mediamarkt Alkmaar really pissed me off. He just refers me to the conditions on the website that they can take 30 days. This while it was stated that everything would be ready within a day. His words: you will receive a call when it is inside. You better just go to the store and never order online again.

Even exchange would only have been possible if everything had been in its original condition, including with the plastic seal around the box. Very sad ........
