I like it a lot here, loads of electronics and good staff

Despite the fact that this is a somewhat smaller MediaMarkt, there is sufficient choice of electronics and accessories. Store is neat and easily accessible. There is a large parking garage underneath the shop.

What can you say about the MM? Sharply priced, wide range of products and choice, so far good service and professional staff.

This store is not clean. I have an allergy to house dust, and I get short of breath in no time.

Bad experience, reasonable service. Nowhere were prices stated, because the electronic labels did not work. These were under maintenance by an external company during opening hours. Two hours later, the labels did. Nevertheless, it turned out that the labels had not been replaced for the correct products. As a result, we were at the checkout with a product of 70 euros, which turned out to cost 130 instead of 70. You could clearly notice that the staff present also found the situation very annoying. Perhaps it would be useful to plan this type of maintenance outside opening hours?

Unprofessional staff and customer unfriendly management. Shop itself is little to fault. But staff and managers seem a bit to serve their time. disappointment :(

Today we had a shop appointment in the Mediamarkt Alkmaar. What a fantastic help I have! There was no sign of the time pressure. I came up with a question about a phone and walked out with 2 new phones and adjusted plans. I have seen all options, I could ask for anything. Thanks! I will never go into a Vodafone store again, but will come to you (boy who helped me is called me Evertsen or something).

My mother had bought a tablet and 200 with a cover of 25 euros and I wanted 30 earphones. We had put down all products and paid for everything. The ears had put my mother in her bag and the tablet in the plastic bag. The cashier had only forgotten to scan the ears and the gate started beeping. My mother went back to see what was there and I went outside because my dog was out. My mother came to me crying because the cashier had not seen the ears and thought that my mother wanted to steal them. While we really laid them down. They also threatened that my mother would be taken away if my mother would not "be more polite" while gwn had told me that it was not her fault that the cashier had not seen the ears and scanned them. Since then I have been looking at the media market in a very nasty way. I really don't think it's normal how they treat their customers !!!

What a horrible shop, order online and then wait 10 minutes until you are helped while there is enough staff walking around and no one else is waiting .... not the first time unfortunately, but the last.

Besides the fact that an attentive young lady gave us good advice regarding our purchase, the friendly young man Emre offered to turn off our television at our house. This after he had heard that we wanted to transport the television on the scooter. This is the ideal example of wanting to go the extra mile for the customer. With us as customers maximum customer satisfaction achieved!

As any smaller store of this brand. Just check opening time because yesterday I head there after 17 and was pretty suprisedst I was wrong. Weekends till 17, mon/fri till 22. First big store in Netherlands which is closed so early at weekend;)

Large store with a lot of offers. Unfortunately, the staff is not always aware of it.

Email incorrectly written after spelling it 10 times. Had to be delivered, when I get home I see that the receipt says "pick up". No way to reach Alkmaar directly to rectify this. After days of contact with the head office, everything was finally corrected (not without a struggle) and told a week and a half later that it would be delivered. Several times indicated that I live 3 high. "Is just delivered up to 4 high without a lift and connected" I was told. Delivery person is downstairs in the hall and has only been instructed to deliver up to the threshold. Another mistake from the media market. Fortunately, after some insistence, the delivery person brought it up nicely.

Media market is very sloppy and I have had to solve a lot myself and have to follow it to ensure that everything runs smoothly. For those few tens that you are cheaper here in contrast to, for example, Expert, I would really go somewhere else ..
