I waited for close to two hours, only to be seen by a provider for less than five minutes. The provider did not even take the time to check out me out. I came thinking I had a sinus infection which is then what she diagnosed me with. Her exact words were we are going to call this a sinus infection . I don t know how a professional health care provider can diagnose a patient without even checking out the situation.
