Medemerge, PA Review

The staff was courteous, and the examination was thorough. I was administered a breathing treatment and had an x-ray, and my whole visit was just over an hour, from check in to out the door.

Traveled here from Linden as the practice was highly recommended to me.
Quick professional service great doctor and had the labwork done right there. Could not have been better and will definitely be back

I come from pa and pass so many other places and choose Medemerge for my care. I use to live local to the office and have tried other facilities but Medemerge has everything to get treated for my ailments. The other facilites could never accomplish what Medemerge does in one visit for me!

Thank god for this place and its late hours. Stepped on a broken piece of glass cleaning up and needed to see if there was a piece of glass still inside my foot. Friendly nurses and caring doctor who took care of me! :)

Aways friendly staff and very great doctor staff. Been coming here for over 25 years,ranging from numerous injuries to sicknesses and always had a great outcome.

FOR LIKE 50 MIN JUST TO SEE A DOCTOR (A DEVAJARAN )THAT REALLY DID NOT CARE AND ACTED LIKE WAS BEING A BOTHER TO HIM WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS AWFUL STAY AWAY. HE LUCKY I DID NOT LOSE MY COOL.

Wenr there for a covid test. The system they have in place is great. Also, the staff is very friendly. I have had ro call multiple times and I aways speak to someone who is helpful. This is the only place that doea rapid PCR. They have a lab on site.

Ive gone to Medemerge for a long time and never had much of a problem. You get standard care here, no bells and whistles which suits me just fine. Stay away from their in-house orthopeadic however. His name is Schottenfeld. you cant get more than thee words out of him UNLESS you happen to be a little overweight. Then thats all you will hear about. "youre overweight, thats why your knee is sore." Stay away.

I was in the area visiting a friend and I cut my finger while food prepping and Medemerge was close by. I was checked in fairly quickly and brought back to a room both the front desk and MA were very nice . I did not wait long before Dr Popeck came in he numbed my finger and then placed the stitches .I was super nervous but he walked me through it and that made me very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for making my first visit a great one.

What a pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and accommodating with my handicap needs.

I started using Medemerge as my primary care facility over 20 years ago because of their convenient hours. Also convenient is the fact they take X-rays and do lab work on site, as well as schedule some medical procedures. Sometimes I have to wait to be seen, but it is better than having to wait for a scheduled appointment according to a doctor's availability rather than when I am sick. The physicians have all been very nice and professional (including the physician assistants), and since they treated my parents as well, I feel like they really know my family's medical history. - In general, the staff is very friendly as well. Once I had an insurance issue that was quickly straightened out, so if there is ever an issue, the office manager will get back to you. - I highly recommend this facility.

Went here as it was listed as a authorized immigration facility. Had to wait for results a few days to get all the paper work filled out. This place was busy with people but I did not wait long. Definitely recommend this place as well as they were one of the more affordable places to get this paperwork done.

The wait time is horrible I came in at 4:15 and I am still waiting for a doctor it s been 55 minutes I was here with my son

I was forced to go to medimerge because of my sprained foot. I was hesitant. I wanted to stay away from any medical facility due to past experience from other medical facilities. I hate needing help and always been able to do things on my own. The way they treated me has restored my faith in humanity. I sat in my bed and was in tears because of how kind the staff was after my visit. I had to walk up three steps in crutches which I didn't know how to use and almost fell. Two people a young man and lady held me to make sure I didn't fall. They kindly asked to hold my purse for me, they were attentive. I didnt expect such wonderful treatment. Thank you to the staff that helped me. I'm sorry if I didn't say thank you at the time. I was just grumpy and mad at my condition. The care that I received going in was just outstanding. Thank you!

Seriously rude and senseless handling,I was with my daughter who is perfectly fine,not even fever,no COVID but we want to pick our negative report for an emergency travel,all i requested is a 5 year old girl cant take the cold,can she stand inside and there are 5 people on line and answer was rude,its ok to say no but in that way to a little one...these people need to be courteous to atleast little ones..

Good experience. Temperature checks before entering the building everyone wore masks. Staff was accommodating to my needs.

Lines are long but its understood it is for everyone's safety. We are in a new age where you line up for everything. They take your phone number at the door and have you wait in your car. They do give an estimated wait time and my family was called much sooner than they said. Testing itself is quick and didn't hurt. We were given options of what test we wanted. Staff explained that outside Lab testing that insurance covers is about a 5-7 day wait. Rapid testing is optional and a $65 per person charge. My family was traveling so we had to do the rapid testing. We did request copies of our testing. They have a portal that results are uploaded so we can have proof of being tested for travel. Definitely would come back for future needs!

Excellent Employees and Service, sometimes a wait but worth it, much better than going to a hospital ER, if it's an emergency, they take you immediately. All doctors are extremely knowledgeable.

we had a awful experience. It was Sunday night after my daughter's travel soccer game. After we got home, my daughter showed us her swollen toe which was funny in color. Based on the time of day, Medemerge or the Hospital were open. Both can take xrays. We chose Medemerge. They took a look at her toe and gave her antibiotics and recommended 4 days of rest. They did not even take a xray. After 4 days it did not get better so we took her to a podiatrist. As soon as the podiatrist saw it, he said it looks like a fracture and verified the fracture by taking a xray. When i complained to Medemerge, they told me that I should have insisted that Medemerge take a xray.

The convenient hours and the ability to walk in without an appointment was what 1st attracted me to using Medemerge 20 years ago and I have been a patient ever since. The staff is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and they work well together as a team to get the patients seen in a reasonable amount of time. The Doctors always provide great care for my medical issue, taking the time to explain what they think is going on and how we should treat it. The facility is equipped with a lab and x-ray machines so I can get whatever diagnostic work-up I may need during my visit. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in! I continue to recommend Medemerge to my family, friends and co-workers, confident they will get the same great care I have always received.

Very helpful and caring staff. So convenient able to come without an appointment. They have been my primary care for years. Thank god they have a separate line for regular patients for our regular visits.

If you go here for a rapid covid test check with your insurance co about payment because when I went this facility made me pay up front and claimed my insurance would not pay for their in-house test which Aetna told me is absolutely not true. They also charged me a copay which Aetna said I was not responsible to pay so now I am waiting to obtain a refund for the copay and my insurance will reimburse me for the test. But this office gave me the exact opposite information so they are just taking everyone's payments and my guess is most people will not figure it out.

I went there is get tested for covid, they charged me $120 to have the doctor ask my if I want my test results today or in 7-10 days. The front desk was so unprofessional!

The Greenbrook facility was busy, but they were well staffed with pleasant, polite, and very professional people. I never felt rushed, but was taken excellent care. Dr Sharon is the best. And Mary knows how to take your vitals quickly. It is definitely my preferred facility.

The front desk ladies sure are feisty. I can t tell if they enjoy hanging up on people or just don t know how to actually answer a phone. Either way they re gonna make your experience horrible. I would never recommended this place nor am I ever going back. Do some research and find yourself a better option.

Do not go to Mederge when you need an X-ray. Often they are not read by a radiologist. I went with a fractured wrist resulting from a fall. It was x-rayed, splinted and I was told to return in five days. At no time was it suggested that I should see and orthopedist.
Fortunately, I was urged by other professionals to see an orthopedist. Two requests to send my records were never fulfilled. I am now recovering from wrist surgery and working toward the full mobility needed as a musician.
Medemerge fllls a need for small injuries but should not be trusted to handle more serious issues.

I love MedeMerge. The staff and doctors are top notch and truly care about your well being. Dr. Pillar and Dr. Sharon are amazing. Michele who is the office manager is just the best and truly has amazing people working for her. I would not go anywhere else for urgent medical care. Thank you for all that you do!

Have not been here in a long time. Some new updates to the facility. I went in because I had a nagging cold and was VERY happy with everything. Everyone who worked there was very pleasant, I saw a nurse, a P.A. and the doc. I felt they were thorough and knew what they were talking about. It was convenient and the office was spotless.

Made a follow up call after a few days of struggle with the the antibiotics tearing my stomach up, got my antibiotics switched over the phone. The nurse was very pleasant over the phone and had my new prescription called into my pharmacy.

WORST SERVICE THERE IS, DO NOT GO HERE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, THE LADY AT THE FRONT KEPT HANGING UP ON ME! THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY FATHER THEY JUST WANTED HIS MONEY! $120 to have the doctor tell him he his covid results would be coming back in 7 to ten days! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We have been regular patients to Medemerge. We do not have a PCP anymore. Medemerge is our PCP :)

Do not want to complain on waiting time. It is not horrible sometimes more or sometimes almost no wait time. Never had any issues with how Doctors treated us. Even by initial checkup (without blood work, urine test, X-rays) they know what the the problem is. Always satisfied with doctors treatment.

i was at Medemerge yesterday and had several Xrays taken by someone i have never seen before. I was in pain and just wanted to go home ....but this man ruined my day. He was not friendly courteous ... i simply asked him if i could have a disc of the Xrays so i could take them to my Rheumatologist . Taking the films is awkward. He told me that he could not do that for me. It was the rules there and if i didn't believe him i should get in touch with his boss. I told him that i have gotten the discs before and had no problem. But he was very rude to me. i do NOT want to have him do my Xrays again. I have been coming to Medemerge for a long time and have NEVER had any problem before. Everyone has been friendly and courteous to me.

usually i wait forever in this place but yesterday was a great experience. Saw a doctor that was great and quick. one shot and some meds and im out of there within an hour

It is very intimidating seeing how many cars in the parking lot and the line for check in but I was checked in and placed in a patient room fairly quick. I didn't even get to sit after giving my information to a very friendly front desk person. The medical staff was very compassionate about my issues and got me on my way faster than I envisioned with the amount of people in the office. Great job!

I have been using Medemerge for over 15 years and still drive home from Philadelphia to see the Doctors I've grown up with. I like that I can get everything I need in one facility- exam, lab work and X-ays all within a short time. Everyone is always friendly yet very professional. Doctors, PA's and nurses are knowledgeable and approachable, always put me at ease and take the time to explain what is going on. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care!

The attention was horrible & it took them 4 hours to diagnose me with strep which can be done in an hour. It was not even busy for them to have me waiting for so long, neither were they short in staff. Outrageous, they weren t organized at all!

Very disappointed in the doctors here. I was prescribed an antibiotic that gave me terrible stomach pains, diarrhea and nausea and even vomiting. Then when I called to switch antibiotics, one of the doctors prescribed a medication I was allergic to. I m an aspiring PA student and thankfully did my research with these medications or I could ve had a severe allergic reaction. Beware of the medication they prescribe.

Been there many times for many things over my 43 years and never had a bad experience or incorrect Billings. Staff is friendly and the doctors are efficient and knowledgeable.

Thank you to the staff and doctors! My son got injured today during baseball practice and we brought him in right away. During registration the woman was so nice to ask if my son needed a new cold ice pack! The nurses were great too! My son was very upset and she was able to calm him down by asking all about his baseball position and his team. The doctor came in ordered an X-ray of his wrist. Thankfully, there was no broken bones! The doctor reassured my son that after a few days of rest he should be fine to play ball again! He was very happy to hear this. Thank you again to all the staff at Medemerge for taking such great care of my son. I will definitely tell all my baseball moms this is the place to go!

My experience with Medemerge is still ongoing. The facility came recommended by my employer who apparently had a great experience with getting a rapid COVID test. I was astonished at how disorganized everything was and how unhelpful the staff was! It made the DMV look like an efficient place with super helpful and pleasant employees. I came at 11:30am today and gave my phone number to one of the employees and he told me that the wait would be 4 hours. I explicitly asked, Is it a real 4 hours or will you call me in like an hour? He assured me it would be 4 hours. A little under 7 hours later and I am still here waiting. I spoke with another employee asking if they would still even see patients today and if I would at least get a call telling me to come back tomorrow. She asked what time I came and said, Oh, she definitely hasn t gotten to you yet. My suggestion would be to send text updates an hour from the initial projected time to let people know if the time has been pushed back and with a new time. Another suggestion-keep your staff apprised of these updates as well as they currently act as in the dark at the patients. And lastly, maybe....just maybe you should just have people make appointments. It seems to work for a lot of other places. Wish me luck...hopefully they ll get to me before Thanksgiving.

I ve been going to the doctor since 2010. What an amazing group of people. I cut my finger open.... they stitched me up.... they even help me treat my asthma and they are always right on the money with diagnosis. I feel confident that I m in good hands. Great job to the team at Medimerge

Staff was really friendly. I got really fast x-ray service even on the weekend.

Came in today and check in was quick and back in to a patient room within minutes. I'm a new patient looking for a primary doctor and came in for my yearly physical. Lab technician came in and got me on the first try :) for my bloodwork.

Best urgent care center we have ever visited..quick turnaround time.. friendly staff ... would recommend to everyone to save time waiting for your turn especially when u r in extreme pain .Keep up the good work

Brought my son in for a bad cough. Front desk. Nursing staff as well as Dr. Sgambelluri were wonderful. Efficient. Knowledgeable and caring. Overall great experience.

No appointments and very accommodating. Little busy but expected for a walk in. Once the doctor came in I was treated was able to leave fairly quick.

Came in for a covid test before surgery. At least 29 people in the waiting area with me. Only safety message was temp check. Never coming back here. Beds with cloth not the disposable tissue.

I waited over 50 minutes to see the doctor after the nurse came in and it wasn t even busy! I had to go out to the nurses station to say something. To wait 50 minutes when you are in an immense amount of pain is upsurd. I could ve gotten faster treatment in an ER.

Every time I go the staff is so polite and I never have to wait long! The nurses and doctors are all very nice extremely thorough. My last visit they must have asked a dozen questions to try and figure out why I wasn't feeling well. Thanks Medemerge team!

Very professional and well organized facility. We went to the facility at 8:00 am to try and get an early test. The place was packed, with at least 50 people ahead of us and the parking lot was full. We parked on a side street and we had a nurse taking down our phone number - she told us we will receive a call and we would need to return in a couple of hours. We went back at 10:00 am, got called in at 10:10 am to register and after approx. 25-30 mins, we were called in for the test. The test is conducted in a tent on the parking lot. Doctors, nurses and staff are very nice, very courteous and make you feel at ease. Easy, smooth, stress-free process. Very highly recommend this facility.

Nice, easy in and out. Been going there for 5 years. Consistently good. A lot going on but they are organized. Sometimes they slip but if you ask, they will rectify at once, and very nicely. I go there for pre-op test but have they do all the tests for a physical. They are accommodating. Doctors are very, very nice. Not always the sharpest tack in the box but always nice. Very good place for simple items like physical, pre-op etc.

Went for COVID testing to travel. Quick and painless experience. Staff was very pleasant. I was able to print out my results from their portal.

The doctor didn't listen to my problem, rushed me out and I was hospitalized that same night because she didn't want to hear my problems. I will never go back here after that. I spent four days in the hospital because she spent ten seconds in the room with me when she could have spent just a few more paying attention

I have been using Medemerge for at least 10 years when I need to be seen outside of my regular doctor's hours. It's Saturday morning and I was looking up their hours and was surprised to see only a 3.1 rating. Curiosity got the best of me and I had to read some of the reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences there with all the staff and I like that they can do basic testing there.

I wanted to offer my thoughts about what others are saying: 1. How can you complain about wait at a place when you can walk in without an appointment? 2. Some say doctors are in and out of the exam room in a very short time. Never been my experience but all you need to do is ask the doctor more questions or tell them you would like them to stay a little while longer - you can talk about them now, why not at the appointment? You have to take control of your care.

Don't let their Google rating stop you from going to their office to get excellent medical care at time convenient for you.

I think the doctors are pretty good. Never had the problem of being misdiagnosed like some had. Some are very personable while a few of them make me feel like I am in-convincing them. I do agree about the waiting time. You need to remember this is a center not your private doctors office so you have to expect to wait.

After waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes in my car I had to wait in line for around 10 minutes before signing in. The receptionist signing me in was not very helpful. He slowly typed my info into the system, taking multiple breaks to text and chat with his coworkers. He was not speaking loud enough for me to hear through a mask, behind a plastic barrier, and with about 20-25 people in the room - I can t imagine what it would be like for someone hard of hearing. At least I was able to get both the Covid test and antibody test done at the same time, however, the process is time consuming and the receptionist could have been more professional. Also, there are a lot of doctors and nurses and PAs there, and not everyone seemed on the same page. Good news: the rapid test is extremely quick, I got my results texted to me within 15 minutes.

Went to Medemerge with my four year old daughter, where the doctor same into the room for a less than 2 minutes, did not come close to my child and sent us home with a prescription. Told him she had a rash, I was concerned it could be more one day later need to take my daughter to her PCP where she has an ear infection. Called the office to let them know the kind of service I was provided only to have the HEAD NURSE on staff hang up the phone on me, when I questioned the care of how could a doctor prescribe something for a four year old without doing a proper examination, apparently medemerge is now offering no touch care. If anyone just goes into their office and tells them your symptoms, some doctors will prescribe you anything. As a person who has long gone to Medemerge, and the first time I have feedback, it sads me that this is the type of service both by this doc and the head nurse.

The doctors here are great. The wait times are long but that's pretty much expected at a busy urgent care center.

The experience has gone downhill since Atlantic took over, though. Now there are consistent billing errors made. I've had to call them twice just to get them to bill the insurance information I already have on file. It seems like I am always getting surprise bills after my visits now, though my insurance info hasn't changed. Summit medical group doesn't do this.

I would not recommend coming here. Many of the doctors are rude and treat you like you are an annoyance for asking questions about your own health. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was called in for me, only to find out it is for a medication I am ALLERGIC to. I filled out on paper what my allergies are and told staff members when asked MULTIPLE times. I was told I was going to be put on a medication for an issue that hadn't worked in the past. I told the doctor this and had to argue with her about how I didn't want an ineffective medication. They also refused to call in a prescription for me (no, not a controlled substance nor antibiotics - and I had been treated for the issue there the month before). I told them I couldn't come in due to the fact that I was staying out of state for the week for a work project, but that I would come in on the weekend to see a doctor. They still refused and I had to give up a day's work to get some medication because I wasn't going to be able to suffer through the entire week without it. Just a group of very unprofessional people with horrible attitudes and horrible bedside manner. I also notice that the owner likes to comment and try to discredit people, so I am saying this in an attempt to thwart that - No, you will not find me in your records because this is not my real name. I am commenting under a fake name so that I will never have to deal with retaliation from a bad review in case I ever need my records or need to come here if I can't get an appointment with my regular GP.

Thank for staying late and taking care of my injured son on a Holiday. Only place open besides the emergency room. Staff was very great and glad we didn't need to spend hours in hospital for an injury. He got x-rayed and bandaged up with very caring staff!

Not sure why the negative reviews. It's a reasonable place to go if you need to see a doctor quickly, without an appointment. As with any group, you'll get some doctors who are better than others. Had only one major insurance issue with them in over 10 years. That said, most of the time I'm dealing with one of the doctors who has regular appointment hours. It took a few visits to build the relationship, but it's been time well invested.

Charges no show fees. I called several times to explain and left messages twice to the manager. She does not have the courtesy to return calls. Gready for $25? You got it but lose the business from me and from those who are reading this. Be aware.

I have been using this place for probably 20 years. I gave it four stars because the waiting time sometimes is more than what it should or could be. But many private doctors after giving appointments do something similar. I gave it four stars because you can walk in there without an appointment. Try that with your private doctor. The doctors in this place do a good job. Never had a bad experience. They do a number of tests in the facility. I was surprised when someone wrote that they didn't check his BP. Whenever I have been to this place, the first thing they do is to check temperature and BP. Doctors listen to your complaints and take time to explain whatever it is that you are concerned about. It is a great place for the emergency and most types of illnesses.

I've been going to Medemerge since I moved to the area in 1997. Dr. Pilla is listed as my primary care doctor and I request to see him whenever I go. I don't ever recall a time when I was told he couldn't see me. I have never had a bad experience at Medemerge. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I expect that in an urgent care facility. I find the staff to be helpful and professional and always seem to have my best interests and health in mind. I have never been rushed by Dr. Pilla. He takes the time to listen and then provides me with what he believes is the best course of action. My experience with the Doctors and staff at Medemerge has always been extremely positive.

The Dr.s are great, the nurses and staff are even better. I have zero complaints over many visits. They are busy, but also a popular long standing stop in emergency clinic as well. Wait times aren't too bad compared to others. Excellent coordination with complex services.

We had a situation that required immediate attention for one of our family members and a Doctor at Medemerge, along with a nurse, handled it quickly and alleviated a lot of our concerns. We've also gone there when it was late in the evening to have issues like ear infections diagnosed. They have always seen us quickly and our insurance covered the visits.

I have bloodwork done in the office and the turn around is very quick. The hours are super convenient, they are always open. When I needed x-rays they were done in the office and never take long. The doctors, nurses and staff always seem very nice to me and accommodating. Whenever I have needed prescriptions called in, they have quickly filled the request. My mom and two friends have now made this their PCP office as well. Also, I have seen specialists for a medical issue and whenever they ask for the name of my primary care, I tell them Medemerge with Dr. Pilla and others, the specialists always comment that it is a great office. Lastly, the website is fantastic. You can log in and view your test results, medical records, receive emails from your doctors. You can even check to see the schedule for when each doctor is working. I say its a great medical provider!

Brought our 2 year old son in tonight with a bad cut that required 5 stitches. The nurses and doctor were all excellent. We were in and out within an hour. I've been using Medemerge for 20 years and yes, there are trade-offs for going with a large, clinic style PCP, but the convenience can't been beat. Plus you don't end up paying high insurance copays for an emergency room visit.

Be aware that they are taking patients in the office for covid test now and not telling people that they will charge for office visit on top of test. I got a bill for over $500. The service is good but they should tell people that they are not only going to pay for test. I would of have walk away to another place where i would just pay for test. SCAM

Cannot understand how people actually are giving this place anything more than one star. Most of these reviews seem extremely fake. All I m going to say is take your business elsewhere.

This place is close to be called SCAMMERS when it comes to COVID test.
They force a doctor visit charge - and there is a doctor to sign on your paper.
They abuse the COVID pandemic situation and scam people's money for nothing.
I went to do COVID test, I just needed Positive/Negative
They charged a doctor visit
I waited 3 hours to finish the test
They force you to be there to provide phone number, should actually take it over the phone and not force me to be there
They surprise you with a additional charge to give you the test after 1 hour.
Bottom line is, they padded the process to bill for more and more and do No service.

Yes. Be careful with these people, they can suck your blood and take your mo eyes and also give the wrong information for disability. Their not good, they will never give you a letter regarding your problems and they will not help you in any way.

If you can't trust these people to give your correct information, why would you trust them with any medical issue. In my case drawing blood. A medical office should be run by professionals.

This place has gotten really bad, they flat out refuse to refill needed medication just to get you in the office and spend no time with you whatsoever. This has happened on multiple occasions and we simply can not afford to waste the money right now. Will be switching as soon as possible they put money ahead of their patients.

I just got off the phone with the billing department. I had bill that the insurance company denied. It turns out medimerge still had my old insurance information. (Same company different ID number) I didn't have my card with me but the representative was able to find my information and rebill the insurance company. She took all of two minutes to correct the problem. problems solved.

As far as the service at medimerge, I haven't had a problem. The last time my husband and two sons were being seen at the same time by different doctors. Each of them were seen within minutes of them being registered. Only problem was that I had to go from room to room to check on each. LOL. We will continue to use Medimerge and recommend it to others. onl

Love this place! I have seen a few different doctors during my previous visits, today's visit extra attention regarding all my specialist reports was worth me posting a review. I have been suffering pain for a long time in my back and with the constant push to get tests done Medemerge was able to find out how to treat my ailing symptoms. I have seen specialist after specialist but with the coordination of treatments I am finally starting to get relief.

Went to Medemerge for COVID tests, so we can travel. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and pleasant. Nice people doing their best during strange times.

$185 for a covid test when it s free everywhere else, but you don t find out until you ve waited for an hour, and the women at the front desk were rude.

What a joke all they care about is getting paid the staff are terrible and some doctors are better than others . Will avoid this place at all costs

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GETTING TEST RESULTS FROM THIS FACILITY!! The "nurse" Deb or whatever she is, will get nasty and rude with you when you call almost 3 weeks after your test was done and hang up on you and get nasty as if it's not her job to help patients. It's sad that people work in the health care industry like her and don't care about people or showing any respect or compassion. Don't bother with this place they are unprofessional, unorganized, and over charge for testing you can get done for free and get results in 2 days. Shame on these people for robbing the public and then hanging up once they dont have results.

if you DO NOT have insurance they will charge at MINIMUM $180.00 b/c they are a "private" practice. Go to CVS & get the test for FREE even WITHOUT INSURANCE. Medemerge is taking advantage of desperate people during a pandemic.

The costmer service was not right for for help, I asked her to staple my pay reciet
but she told me to ask her friend to do that. I thought they are need to manger direction .
