I just got off the phone with the billing departme...

I just got off the phone with the billing department. I had bill that the insurance company denied. It turns out medimerge still had my old insurance information. (Same company different ID number) I didn't have my card with me but the representative was able to find my information and rebill the insurance company. She took all of two minutes to correct the problem. problems solved.

As far as the service at medimerge, I haven't had a problem. The last time my husband and two sons were being seen at the same time by different doctors. Each of them were seen within minutes of them being registered. Only problem was that I had to go from room to room to check on each. LOL. We will continue to use Medimerge and recommend it to others. onl
