Best experience I had so far!! Thank you so much to Sebastian and Jeff! They both took good care of my family and me, super attentive! They made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Rogelio is so nice also checked in on us to make sure everything came out fine! Thank you so much , I will be back soon.

This place is awesome, love coming here for family dinners or coming here with friends to grab a bite and some drinks, Last week Andy made my family and my visit very special and smooth, when we arrived we had party of 6 and in a short time he assisted the hostess and we were already sitting down at our table, We got great service that night, food was amazing, our waitress was great and it was even better that Andy kept checking up on us at our table making sure we were good and everything tasted great. A great man with a smile on his face and very nice. also not only was he checking up on our table but i noticed he was checking up on everyone. A place like this with great service from every staff member is a place i will always go back too

Nash our waiter gave us the best experience we have ever had at Mi Cocina. He was funny, attentive, patient and knowledgeable about the food. His customer service skills are amazing and he sets up a good example of how every waiter should be.

GREAT customer service is still alive and well. Today my office team went out to celebrate Boss' day (day late to avoid lines) and had a great time. It was actually an AWESOME time because the food was tasty and we had the best waiter ever - KIANTE'. Mi Conina keep Kiante and we will be back!

The food is good, but service is exceptionally slow at this particular location.

I don t usually write reviews, but I recently went to mi cocina for my 4th anniversary and I just have to say it was AMAZING. The food was fantastic, the waitress was attentive, and the environment was welcoming. I enjoyed my visit and I am coming back. This is my new spot. 10/10 recommend!

The MiCocina in Lake Highlands (off Skillman) is mi favorito! Rafael took such great care of us and is absolutely fantastico! He gave us such great service and was so sweet.
Be sure to ask for Rafael next time you visit this AMAZING establishment!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! Service is always great as well. Big shout out to Tracy, Jose, Sebastian, Jeff, and mgr Jessica. They are pleasant every time we visit!

The food is absolutely delicious here and their margaritas are phenomenal. My favorite dish is their shrimp brochette and my husband is a die-hard fan of their quesadillas.

Great place for dinner, food is fantastic. Everything on the menu is great. Service is quick and the prices are very reasonable.

I'm a big nacho fan and man the carbon nachos were a total snoozer....not much bean spread and if your a nacho enthusiast the worse thing ever is when the cheese reaches that jello phase theres no going back...well it was brought out that way... total disappointment the meat was tough and flavorless

I have been here many times ( my sisters favorite restaurant) it seems to my familys go to place when we all get together ... the food is ok but a little pricey for what it is atmosphere is sleek and nice service is good but they could come around a little more often to fill drinks they only filled the tables drinks once in an hour when the food came out and offered to fill my water as he handed my the check ... but besides all that its an ok place

Did not like this place. Somebody decided to use modern design for Mexican restaurant. When in Mexico Im sure it would work - white chairs + higher prices and richer public would come. When I go to Mexican restaurant in DFW I am expecting Mexican atmosphere not white chairs and modern design... Well it doesnt have anything to do with their food. We ordered sizling fajitas for my friend and some rancheros fish for me. Food arrived after about 40 min of waiting. And it was COLD. I think it was ready but a waiter simply overlooked it. When we said that food was cold the waiter explained that "sizlin" fajitas was just aname and that actually they shouldn't be hot!? Really? Served on a frying pan? Anyway it was impossible to eat and we called for a manager. Sure it was fixed, we got new meals (another 20 min of waiting) and it was free of charge. It did not make us happy and we wont come here ever again...

The white queso was so plain and the fajitas had no flavors. The only thing that was good was the service.

Great food normally but took some food home today and first the guy who put the food in the car put it on the back seat and not the floor board so before I got home all the food and the quart of hot sauce was in the floor upside down and all over my back seat.The nachos Didn't have very much cheese on it which in my opinion is a part of nachos. In the ingredients that they gave me to put on top of it was very little!

I drive by 2 mi cocinas from where I live but this is by far my FAVE mico location!! Food is simply delicious here!!! Family and I always ask for Sergio because of his excellent service!

Always accomidating and hospitable! Came in starving, I told my server Jeffrey, and the food came out in a flash. The chicken was dry thought but I asked Destiney to help me out. She was super polite about it! Servers are always friendly and willing to help when the kitchen misses something. Ruben who is behind the bar makes me the best drinks ever. Love this place!

Have been here a few times, the food is always delicious (I had the Ceviche this time ) and drinks are always good! Very friendly, attentive staff and cozy atmosphere.

The women who was checking me out at the pick up register was AMAZING! I cannot remember her name but she provided superb customer service. I ll be coming back for sure.

My parents were in town for the Holidays and of course we had to eat at Mi Cocina!

I was super happy and pleased to see the staff taking the extra safety measures to ensure the customers felt the up-most comfort while dinning-in. Everyone had mask, gloves and kept the proper distance between all customers. Our waitress Julissa, was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Andy , also came out to ensure we were all taken care of. Thank you MiCo for making our dine-in experience during this pandemic a great one!!!

We love Mi Co for more reasons than I can count. Great food for a great price. Always friendly staff and quick service. I'll say the hostesses at the Lake Highlands location are not always the friendliest but most all of the waiters are. Kids menu is such a great price and we always have leftovers!

This is one of my favorites, only one bad experience and I simply requested a different server. The food is always really good and their mojitos are amazing!

My family and I LOVE coming to mi cocina! The staff is always beyond friendly and welcoming. We come at least once a week and they always treat us like family. Sergio is the very best!! He is always on top of his game and super attentive! We always hopes he serves us whenever we go!

The food and drinks were great but our server Keyana was awesome! So friendly and attentive.

It was ok... The food was fine and the service was lacking. They have an excellent environment and menu, but nothing really stood out. I highly recommend the frozen drinks! Those were the best part of our visit.

The waiter, Ramon was excellent and the young lady that cleaned our table, Erica was fantastic. The food was perfect and the margaritas were great
