My experience with this mi cocina was awesome..had the Christmas songs playing inside restaurant and kiante was an great server who was Santa at the time..ask for him to get excellent hospitality with a side of great service ;)

Not impressed, the food was ok, the restaurant looked nice. I probably wouldnt go back, just not my style of restaurant.

best Mumbo taxi! Judt be sure you call a taxi if you have more than one or two.

We live in Virginia but every time we come to Dallas, we HAVE to eat here...sometimes more than once during our visit.

Sitting here and eating dinner and at the table next to me is a lady breastfeeding and drinking margaritas. Management said there wasn t anything they could do about it. Pretty awful if you ask me!!!

Service, food and staff are always on point!
I have been a customer since it was a smaller restaurant on the corner of Skillman and Walnut Hill.

Delecoius, friendly, and waited a reasonable amount of time. Now I took off one star because I had to wipe off crumbs off of a dining chair as I pull it out to seat my mother.

This is a good Texmex restaurant, the food and the service was very good, but can be better specifically whit management.

The staff here is fantastic!!! I love it!!!

Mirna, the manager, is professional and very well trained.

Their food is amazing dont get me wrong but if you want authentic food its not here. It is very tex-mex.

We had a substantial wait on a Friday evening but nothing unexpected being the weekend. There is a bar service so you can get a great margarita or a Modelo Negra while you wait. We were seated and had immediate service. It was excellent throughout our meal. The chips and hot sauce are excellent. We had nachos, quesadillas, a chalupa platter and tacos al carbon (fantastic); top it off with a chocolate tres leches cake. It was worth the wait. Very moderate pricing.

Our server Jorge treated us very well like family, definitely recommend coming here for dinner!

Order a chicken quesadilla with no pic extra cheese I think I got light cheese not even the normal amount of cheese that they put on the quesadilla so disappointed this is the only item I ever order at this restaurant an the last 4 time i order was so wrong so now I get IT never return to this place

Not much variety in their menu like other upscale Spanish restaurants in Dallas but for what they have and the service that the staff execute is excellent.

Food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. Ask for michael he's the best server there! Definitely will come again!

Terrific service with great drinks and the food is quite good as you'd expect from a mi Cocina. The service here really put it over the top the last time I went.

This place was absolutely amazing! Sebastian our server was very fast and always checking up on us ! I will definitely recommend coming here for the service and the food was great !

Overall a great experience, we enjoyed the appetizers and cocktails. One of the managers Brennan stopped by and answered some of the more difficult questions my wife had. 11/10 will be back.

My go ti restaurant in DFW. Imho, best margaritas ever!

Went there for my son's 20th birthday. Food was just okay. I stopped by the kitchen and told our waiter it was my son's birthday and did they do anything special. He nodded. Then he and other waitstaff came out with a flan with a candle on it and sang something in Spanish. Nice, right? Except that I was charged for it. Not that it was that much, but I should have been told that I would be charged for anything they do. What happened to restaurants doing something special for birthdays? It just really irritated me!

Had been here before w the family. Good food. Might be a little expensive but still good economical Mexican foods.

Francisco was our server and he was very kind, the food was also good. Great place for a first date.

Our party of 8 were served lunch quickly and efficiently. Excellent food. Salsa, chips, and drinks kept coming and they got us checked out fast so we could get back to work on time. Highly recommend.

Loved the food! There was much more than I expected, and I had to take to go. Their service was excellent. Our server was Isidro, and he did more than expected, and would check on us and would always refill our drinks as soon as we finished them. The front counter was super nice, and got us seated us immediately! Loved the place!

Chelsea and Kiante are amazing serves always super happy and very attentive! The food and drinks never disappoint. (Very spot on) I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Mi Cocina in Lake Highlands is one of my favorite places. I went there for a girl s night last weekend and had my favorite server, Francisco. He remembers me every time I am there and treats me with deep respect and kindness. I also went on Tuesday for a work meeting and had a great experience of great food off the lunch menu and a waiter who attentively took care of our needs but also gave us space for our meeting. The staff is so good at making sure we have exactly what we need to make a good experience each and every time, no matter if it is for fun or work!

I love this restaurant a coworker and I had lunch here and everything was fresh and good no disappointment.I order chicken quesadilla with rice and refried beans she ordered the chicken enchiladas.The chips and salsa are always good to me.By the way I am a very picky eater but this was not disappointing.

I loved my sever Raphael, he was very polite and explained the food perfectly, although the enchiladas weren t the best! I will definitely be coming back and asking for him again!

One of our goto places in the neighborhood. The jalepeno margarita is delectable. Check it.

We came in to celebrate our friend s birthday, and our server Jorge made us have a wonderful experience. Thank you to chef Alex for taking a minute to say hi to our table. Restaurant is clean and the service was GREAT!

Please don t eat here if you re hoping for authentic Mexican food. It s sort of Tex Mex and it a lot tastes like trash.

Great service and of course the food which was great made it a complete experience!

Great place to eat. Food was fantastic and fresh waiters and waitresses were top notch, everything was just perfect!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some TexMex food or somewhere new to try.

Good chips and salsa. Great brisket soft tacos on corn tortillas. Great mushroom fajitas, but these may no longer be available. Great taco salad.
