Such a fun place to spend an evening or a weekend. Food, drinks, cheap movie theatre, and it's fun to just walk around the grounds and explore

The food was about what I expected. The adaptation to covid was good. The wait wasn't bad when most other places were.

Had quick service, great food, and relaxed atmosphere.

Over priced, not so great... $6.25 for a watered down rum and coke served in what you normally get samples of wine in. Other than the history of the place its really just a place to burn cash.

I love the food, and the place looks AMAZING. Would recomend going there.

Is the first time I leave this place dissatisfied. First the server wasn't nice at all I mean, she speak nice but was rude, when se bring and or retire plates she just go and take the stuff on a rude manner make menand my party uncomfortable. Second, the food. As I said is the first time I'm dissatisfied. Still a good place I'll give another chance .

Its a cool place dont get me wrong. It even has a cute little movie theater. But it was 90 degrees outside. Our room was hot, and we had no a.c. They gave us fans and broken slide in screens so we could vent it out at night but bugs came anyways. It is a farm...lol.
The single elevator only goes from 1st to 2nd floor. It's 10 stairs to the lobby on 1st floor. They have a basement and a 3rd floor with no elevator access and it's 2 flight of stairs to each level. We had a lot of stuff to jump up and down.

A fun place. Lots of history. Golf is half price in February

The stay is great and the atmosphere is wonderful, as I have been accustomed to. I brought my lady down for her birthday, bought her a passport and got to having fun on her birthday. We had such a great time the first night there, we didn't get around to getting her birthday stamp. We tried to get her birthday stamp the next morning and we were denied. The desk person told us it was a very strict rule that she could not get it.

From what the desk person said, it's the rules. But seriously? I spend $150+ per night here, her birthday night included, and still denied? Not including the countless $100's I spent on drinks, food, glass blowing, etc.... McMenamins, please fix this broken policy. If a person PAYS to stay here on their birthday, please allow the stamping of their passport. This strongly soured a good weekend adventure.

I enjoy your establishments but I regret buying the passport for my girlfriend to get this poor response to a simple stamp.

I always enjoy going to Edgefield, I ate lunch at the Powerhouse. The staff was a little busy but the food was excellent. They have a nice selection of alcohol, not that I ordered any.

Had a great leisurely lunch outside! It was fantastic!

I have now visited several McMen's in the Pacific northwest and have loved them all. They are all unique in features and food. This was one of my favorites.

Few gluten free options with exception to the cider but there are a lot of better ciders out there.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The grounds are magnificently beautiful. The bars are affordable. And the pool is spectacular

The grounds here are amazing. Outdoor concerts, Par 3 pitch in putt, multiple bars with great outdoor seating!! Get a passport and do the photo hunt while gathering stamps at all the locations in Edgefield!

Expensive food and drink but you can't beat the atmosphere.

Don t let anyone ever tell you this place is haunted. Very charming hotel with a great atmosphere. My family thought we were haunted because they were drunk and forgot to close the window

It was not too bad cleaning rooms old school look nice and quiet and relaxing the only thing is the bathroom's down the hall other than that not a big deal I wouldn't mind taking her again

Love visiting the grounds and taking pictures. It's a must see.

Quaint yet gigantic. Low key atmosphere yet exciting amounts of achoal available. Quite yet plenty going on. (Did I mention gigantic?)

Absolutely beautiful! Lots to do! Just be prepared to share a bathroom with the entire floor.

I was there to see a movie in their theater. It was a unique experience. It was a smaller with table service. The food was really good and the seats were comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great venue, full of history. Love going there for concerts as well.

Really nice place if you love good beer wine and liquor this is a good place great ace to go. The hotel looks very nice and the game room is so much fun!

We had a wonderful time wandering from bar to bar so that we could collect passport stamps. The Halsey concert was a great musical backdrop for a warm summer evening.

The hotel grounds are wonderful. I would return just to drink all the beer and win, and to spend another evening in the soak pool. The hotel itself is kinda creepy. It gave me "The Shining" vibes

I could spend all day there. Wander the garden, eat, watch a movie, look at wall paintings in the hotel and drinks are made from scratch. What's not to love?

Cute, quiet, off-the-beaten path campus! 8 PokeStops PLUS 2 Gyms for Pokemon Go! Always neat Pokemon here. Great restaurants with yummy food too.

Edgefield is a great place to spend an evening grabbing drinks or dinner with friends. With as many tucked away bars as this property has, you can easily find one to suit your desires (big and lively with bar games to small and intimate).

Great place to spend time with friends. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Visit the little red shed.

Very eclectic property...make sure you take the time to walk around and take it all in, especially the murals.

Went to see Avett Brothers and the show was canceled. They waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to let anyone know. Huge bummer, but I'm sure they sold some beer. I'm sure the venue is great but communication was a miss.

Adult playground; First time I went twenty years ago they had a free glass blowing.

Had lunch here, food was very well presented and prepared, had a roast beef and turkey on grilled bread along with a black rabbit porter, all of which I enjoyed. Didn't have time to walk the grounds but I'm sure I'll come back for a future visit.

Never have a been to a more intriguing Hotel. First of all I cannot stop thinking about the food and I went there back in May! The staff everyone was fun caring and delightful to be around. Lots of great beer great coffee all crafted by them. Furbished recycled old buildings to be turned into Fun and exciting places to explore and discover lots of great activities. My sister had a wedding there and it was amazing. We will definitely be going back as soon as possible.

Had dinner and drinks at the Power Station restaurant. Food was excellent, as always and lemon drops are one of the best in town. Moderately priced and great atmosphere.

Favorite place to stay when in Portland area. They are euro style with common baths. Great beer and wine. The woman who has worked in the winery for some time now does a fantastic job.

Great beer and amazing venue offer lots of options from the bar, to the power station restraint and MOVIE THEATER. A pitch and put course and a great summer concert series. 5 star establishment.

Attended recently for a golf tournament. Fantastic service and an all around great time.

Nice restaurant, Bar, Hotel, Beer, Music from time to time what can I say, this place is magical. Just be there when weather is fair and the sun is setting with the one you care most for and you will agree surely.

We went to a concert here and had a blast. The venue is excellent. They have good food and beverage options with a full bar and ice cream! The sound is good so the experience is unforgettable. We have been to many concerts here and will attend more.

My son was recently married at Edgefield. Beautiful location great restsraunts. Hotel rooms may be haunted but that's part of the history. Sven Swenson room is a little freaky

Visiting Edgefield is a always a unique and enchanting experience. The property is 72 acres and hosts a variety of buildings and services! The food and drinks are always amazing -- and I've heard wonderful things about the movie theater, spa, hotel, and soaking tubs! It's so common to see guests wandering the property in their robes. It's a fun, but relaxed atmosphere!

wish i had a better review to write..... i used to love coming here, it was a place to unwind and unplug and relax. That being said, the last few times i have gone the service has been horrid. It seems like none of the staff smiles, and the bartenders barely make eye contact. they only make one drink at a time so you can literally get your drink and get right back in line to get you next one because it takes forever. On my last visit i waited for fire wood for my pit for over an hour and asked the staff twice, finally i got so cold we just left. It also took 45 mins for tater tots..... its just sad, this place used to be so cool. now its a "poppin" spot so they can skimp on service.

Attended a bachelor party here for a good friend and had an incredible time. Great food, great drinks, incredible atmosphere. Would highly recommend it for any occasion!

Went to a concert part of the Edgefield summer concert series. Always a great time!!! Amazing venue!!!

The place looks amazing. We didn't have time to really do a wine tasting this time. But we will be back to do just that.

I would just like to start by saying I have never actually stayed at the hotel, but I have been here a few times for various events. I first went here for a friend's wedding and it was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Since then I have been back just to visit. The bar and winery are great. I often buy many bottles of wine when I drop by. The food is also quite tasty. Someday I will make a long weekend out of my visit and will update on the lodging side of Edgefield.

The hotel is beautiful, but we had problems finding the bar, because it doesn't have signs just at the entrance of the hotel.

Edgefield on a beautiful day. It's a wonderful trip. The multiple bars, big and tiny, are lots of fun and the service is good. The restaurants are pretty good, and the black rabbit especially. Take the brewery, distillery, and winery tours which go at 1, 2, and 3pm to learn about how they do it all and the history behind all the buildings. Play golf or pool or soak at the spa. So much to do and so many neat areas to hang out. Always a fun outing and never miss. Chance to go, especially on a great day.
