We just received our order and it looks and taste amazing!! Everything was perfect.. And I gave the driver a $9 tip for the fast service. Thx hungry howies..

My family and I ordered a pizza from here Pay by credit card and asked them to deliver it to our home. They told us it would take 30 minutes. An hour had passed and our food has still not been delivered. We called to see where our order was and they said that it was on its way and we said okay what is it going to be cold because it was supposed to be here half an hour ago. The woman told us know that it was being delivered. Then she told us await your order has already been delivered... Well we didn't receive it so who did? They delivered our pizza to the wrong address since it was already paid for they took it and didn't say anything and then they tried to make it seem like it was our fault and we gave them the wrong address. However that is not true because we've ordered from them a couple times before with delivery and we did not have any problems. The woman on the phone was very unprofessional and gave us a hard time about getting the refund because according to them our pizza was delivered... Never again will we order from them I don't play about my food

They call them subs, my son calls them calzones, and i call them DELICIOUS ! Im not big on pizza but the food i ate was great, and ALL 5 of my kids loved theirs too. Reasonably priced for the food provided. And service was fast. Glad we gave it a try.

Unhelpful and rude staff. Terrible service. Don't hang up on costumers!

Phone girl had attitude as if I was stupid, she did not want to answer questions about menue. Long were the days of customer service.

Management is helpful and extremely Pleasant to deal with they have earned my continuous loyalty

Y'all are awesome. One time my order got confused through the phone and when I picked up, they gave me a free pizza and coupons!
And tonight I was craving their new stuffed crust and I assumed it was way too late to order but lo and behold, they took our order pleasantly AND delivered to us extremely quick. Seriously, awesome place.. And they make the pizza just right!

Second time ordering from this particular location and it was not thoroughly cooked as i asked and it's just always something when i order whether it's under cooked or more sauce than cheese. .Will No Longer Be Ordering From This Location Anymore.

Service has gotten better. But their deep dish pizza isn't a deep dish. It's more like a flat square. Sadly little Caesar's deep dish puts howies to shame.

Taylor on Telegraph Road: Been going since the 70s & they're just fine now as well. Walked out my order within 1.5 minutes after I said I was there. Always get orders SPOT ON. Kind young lady, didn't catch name, w/ starting up too! Glad to say it's still the best! Food was exactly how I ordered it. Terrific!

Just mind you this order is delivered since I don t wanna take my kids out. I order a large pizza, half veggie and half meat with 16 piece of original wings( meaning just when is cook and not with any type of sauce) with ranch. Pizza was great but my wings came with buffalo sauce that I didn t ask for since the wings it s self already spicy for me then they forgot my ranch. I called, the person on the other end going back and forth with me before he can even resolve my problem. Like no thank you I ll just call corporate and get to the bottom. I m just so lost why I have to explain what a customer service is. This definitely be the last time I will order from this place.

Not sure who I talked to but he was rude. Very rude. Rude enough to hang up (after I say thank you for my total) without a goodbye, wait time or anything. I don t know if there s a chad there but he sounded like a chad. He was rude like a chad.

I have been getting Hungry Howies pizza for many years now and it is simply the best! I especially like their deep dish with several flavors of crust to choose from. they have the best garlic and butter with parmesan cheese breadsticks or the three cheeser

One of the best franchises in the area for HH, we love the bacon cheddar burger pizza with the ranch crust and they make a phenomenal one at this location. All the staff are super friendly as well!

Horrible service I ordered by card and they refused me due to location and told me I had to wait a few days to have my money refunded... I just wanted my food for my kids.. I don't have transportation and very little money to have to wait for it is horrible!!! Very frustrated never again

Hungry Howie's pizza is the best pizza hands down. The dough they use on their pizza is authentic and different can't find it anywhere else. This pizza is what me and my cousins survived on during our teenage years. Triple cheese Howie Bread Yeah!

Pack of newports sitting right next to the pans for pizza, also someone's cell phone next to that and an opened soda bottle, all where the food is prepped!

Usually this location is on point. But something was off yesterday.

Its not letting me reply but I can edit my message. I'm not entirely sure unless the deep dish format has changed I got the supreme deep dish with butter cheese crust. It tasted different and seemed kinda flat, the pizza wasn't bad but usually on a Sunday it's my last cheat meal before i start the week and i body the whole thing.

Fast service and it was almost closing time but they were open to serve us watever which isnt the case at most places.

I always have the best experience when I order from the Taylor, MI store located on Telegraph Rd. My most recent delivery was exceptional! Even with all the craziness in the world, the driver was polite and courteous. And our food... This was the best bread and subs ever! I can not give enough praise. Thank you so much for making my day better !

The lady behind the counter was nice. She got my order to perfection. She also helped me get great deals and recommend my new favorite food from here. I recommend getting a delicious snack from here.

This is my go-to pizza place in Taylor. Friendly, fast, affordable, and quality. Their portions are good too! I order a few times a month for years and they rarely make a mistake. They don't skimp on toppings, and their specials/deals are awesome! I highly recommend their reward program, while I wish you could earn a $ credit, I am thankful for the free medium 2 topping pizza I earn for every $60 spent! Their wings are some of the best around, and BOGO subs Tuesday are a steal!
I haven't tried many other howies locations, but few other pizza chains hold up to this location's consistent excellent performance. I'd even say their deep dish rivals jets, with a MUCH lower price!

Ordered 2 subs & wings. Both sandwiches were wrong! Their excuse was they had 5 subs coming out at the same time & they went to the wrong people. If you can't keep orders straight then maybe you shouldn't be working in this business!!!! They are redelivering but I didn't need the attitude when it wasn't my fault you messed up our order!!!!!

I love hungry howies but i will not be ordering from this location AGAIN. We waited a hour when I called in the first order the pizza was dry and cold. The wings didn t come as I ordered them and had a weird taste to them. While calling and complaining the female who was answering the phone calls and placing the orders starting yelling through the phone saying she knows how the order came because SHE made it and became aggressively defensive over the phone then proceeded to get the manager. The manager then said he would make another order if we sent the old one back. We waited a hour until the SECOND order came the pizza was hot but extremely sloppy it wasn t even cut. The wings were drenched in sauce and not well done as I asked. I wanted to call and complain AGAIN but I don t have time to wait an extra hour for another messed up order. I usually never complain ever! But this was just completely UNACCEPTABLE from the customer service to the actual order! I love this companies pizza BUT THIS LOCATION is not the best one to order from!

I called the hungry howies located on Telegraph rd in Taylor MI for a delivery order. They proceeded to tell me they do not deliver to my house. I literally live 1.5 miles away according to google. I decided to call other locations in my area. All other locations specified that the telegraph hungry howies location should deliver to my house. So I called back to see if there was any confusion. The employee who answered both of the times I called told me to talk to his boss about it and proceeded to leave me waiting for his "boss" that never came to the phone. Crazy thing is this location has delivered to my house before!

this store the people are ok but they are way to slow you have to wait a half hour or more for your food

Food was decent, except the pizza that had the pepperoni and ham was salty could have been the garlic-butter flavoring on the crust. Other than that I was pleased. The store was clean. Also the people behind the counter was courtesy and business like.

They didn't bring our Howie bread and on of my pizzas were burnt black and had to wait 30 for the second pizza. I will never order from them again.

You have to order double items just to get a regular pizza. Well I did and still got a poor pizza. I ordered xtra pepperoni and xtra cheese. And what I got was a pizza with a thin layer of cheese on top of the pepperoni on no cheese under it. The was very little sauce as well. I hate being ripped off.

Ordered a works pizza and bread , then handed the lil stoner behind the counter a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza (from the howie pizza kits). He tells me i cant use the coupon for the works. I tell him i want the works and I want a peperoni pizza . 20mins later i walk up to the counter and I see 1 pizza box and a bread box I ask where is the other pizza.( Lets cut to the chase.) He took the peperoni off my works for the coupon ??? Really? Instead of giving me my order you take peperonis off my works?
Nothing has prices on the display boards allowing you to make an informed decision on what you would like to order. All said and done $17 for a medium and bread. Should have just went to little ceasers. I will be throwing the rest of the fundraising coupons away.

So I had 2 hungry kids in the car and this was the first pizza place on our way home. I ordered and they told me 15 minutes. I arrived early and my order was already ready and the gentleman working the counter was great. The kids devoured the pizza and bread and said it was the best ever. I will go out of my way to visit this location.

I drive an 18 wheeler and I was here in Taylor having to spend the night at a factory and needed something to eat so I called and was told that they are not allowed to deliver to 18 wheelers. So, I called Happy's Pizza and they gladly delivered a pizza to my truck.

Pizza sucked was not impressed , as a rule I love Howie's pizza but this place has the worse pizza . Sorry

I'm only giving one star because there is no zero. I called and tried to order for delivery and they refused. I have ordered there inthe past and had no issues. Now all the sudden they cant deliver to my apartment.

I just recently ordered to go here and I have to say The black girl who answers the phone is extremely rude. Attitude, she rushes you to order, gets confused and Isn't polite. If you hate your job that damn much. Get unemployment. But don't bite the hand that feeds you.
