It's an amusement park for adults! Numerous venues including restaurants, bars, a distillery, and a winery. The property features a hotel that includes comfortable and unique suites as well as hostel arrangements. The entire place has the feel of a ski lodge with old wood architecture and fireplaces. Besides dining there is also a 20 hole par 3 golf course featuring a beer cart, a spa, and a single screen movie theater with new movies showing and food available.

Always stop by at least once on my occasional trips to Portland. Tons of nooks and crannies and all of the food aand drinks are fantastic. Get a Rubinator - it's a black and tan made with their Ruby Red Ale.

Had a work party there. Really arm interesting place till view. Food was great but a little salty but over all delicious! The bar downstairs was really cool looking. Kind of sad though I live out of town or I would come back more than once a year.

I wish I could live here. I never get bored. Bird watching in the spring is awesome. Herb garden is great. Hummingbirds are a plenty. Purple headed finches are also abundant in the spring. Beers are tasty. Late night fires and socializing is great.

This concert venue is amazing. So many options. Want to get pampered? Go to the spa. Want to watch glass artwork being made? Go to the gallery. There was standing room at the concert I attended as well as sitting room. Yes, it is outside. Yes, it rained on it. Yes, it was super cold. Was it worth it? Hell yeah!

Edgefield is adult Disneyland. Brewery? Check. Winery? Check. Distillery? Check. Soaking pool, spa, golf, movie theater, and so many great bars and restaurants. I've caught a couple of shows at the amphitheater this summer. They were so amazing. I love going to shows at Edgefield!! Staying there is pretty amazing too! I'll be a customer for life!

We had a great time at the movable feast. I would like to give a 5 star rating, but, the bartender at the pool hall was not friendly and acted like we were an inconvenience. Also, the bartender at the distillery acted put out when we asked her to stamp our passport.

A wonderful and quiet area despite how close to the city it is. Well kept grounds, good food and beer, comfortable places to sit and enjoy yourself. Always a treat spending time out there.

Great food! Of the many bars, the red shed is my favorite. Also get there early and watch glass being blown or pottery being made! The service anywhere you go is amazing. The grounds are kept nice and fires are going all over. The pool house has darts, pool and arcade games! So much fun and the pool tables are cheap to play. I didn't get to go in the pools this time, hopefully next. I hear they are relaxing and wonderful.

Loved it! You can get a drink and walk around the gardens. Then get another drink and wait for dinner or see a movie. We took our 5 kids to this place and had a wonderful meal. One of the best burgers I have EVER had.

Very quaint, unique resort location. Lots of culture in the paintings and atmosphere of the whole resort, and the food is absolutely delicious. We rented an event room for the day and it was roomy and we were well taken care of.

Very crowded, and hard for the staff to keep up with. Customers were blocking entrance into the Power Station, and overall it just seemed very disorganised.
However, food and beer and the employees were all amazing as usual.

Edgefield is a nice place to go for a walk. It's dog friendly and there's generally a lot to do. Their brand of booze is pretty good too (they make it all on site). My biggest issue that's been very consistent over the past year of going is that service is VERY slow. Even when their restaurants are dead, it still takes 45 minutes to just get appetizers. Though the more common trend is that apps show up at the same time. The food is good but it is certainly not worth waiting so long for. Now when I go, I just go for a walk with my dog. I no longer make purchases. The waits are just ridiculous.

A memory of a place long gone and still remaining. Burning fires in summer skies and pints of beers with those you love. Wild rabbits, growing thorns, laughter in the air. This is McMenamins.

WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY HERE, HAPPILY:

We have three reservations scheduled for the month of October alone.
This is our staycation site.

We prefer to stay in the king size bed room with a private bathroom, but the shared bathrooms are honestly not that bad at all. It's quiet in the halls at night.

These are not super fancy rooms but they do the job and that's not really why we go there. The reason we go there is because it's just outside of the city, and it's like a little vacation village for us. When we stay there in the fall, we get our favorite room, make brunch reservations at the black rabbit restaurant, catch a movie at the theater, have happy hour in the bar (where we have met lots of awesome people) and play shuffleboard and then head to the heavenly soaking pool where you can get more drinks and it's 21 and over after 8 PM, then we go back to the room and order Uber eats in the middle of the night. We wake up and go into the soaking pool again and enjoy a hot cup of tea whilst soaking in salt water, we have massages, my male travel friend loves the hot towel shave.

In the summertime, it's fun to watch a concert there and then stay the night.

If you are sensitive to noise at night. I don't recommend getting a room that faces the front entrance because a lot of people tend to congregate there especially in the summer at night. And because there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the window open and a window fan in the window.

That's why we prefer to stay there in the fall. It has a more cozy feel to it.

They have pretty much everything you could possibly think of there. The on-site store even offer suites drinks and ice cream and alcohol .

The Edgefield is pet friendly as long as you have a decent pet.

The free wi-fi is a nice touch for sure!!!

If you haven't signed up for frequent visitor points for the hotel, you should.

This location is fantastic! Lots to do, lots of bars, great food. We went to determine if we wanted to have our wedding there and they have so many venues and event spaces it's hard to choose.

McMenamins Edgefield is probably the franchise's best venue. It's a sprwaling campus with gardens, vineyards, secret bars in 200 square foot brick houses... It is generally packed during the evenings, especially when the weather is nice. Long wait times for the restaurant can be offset by the simple beauty of grabbing a drink and walking around the campus, as it's truly a beautiful setting.

We got to take a tour of the edgfield campus when we visited a friend of the family. The place is absolutely gorgeous.l and has everything you need for a really enjoyable stay. I haven't stayed at the hotel but I can imagine it's a truly a unique experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it as a place to stay while in the area.

This is like a second home to us. We have stayed here many many times, but each time is special in its' own magical way. We never get tired of staying here. The grounds and gardens are so beautifully kept. I love to wake early and wander around, drinking my morning coffee before a relaxing soak in the spa pool.

The service was excellent it started raining and they made sure that we were under umbrellas and kept serving they had a couple heaters out but were nice enough to move us to an area that had a heater working the only thing was the waitress didn't ask how he wanted my burger and I've never had one there before so it came out very pink but the food was excellent and so is the service

Our experience at the restaurant was awesome. Our server was amazing and the food was great, if a bit spendy. The beer was awesome, too. We were attending a wedding, though, and the reception staff was rude, ill-tempered, and unprepared. All my experiences at Edgefield have been positive until this one. It was a bummer because it was my brother's wedding.

I love this place. I've been here many times, but first time for an event. They have several bars and a couple of different restaurants. Their beer is phenomenal and there is a 9 hole/par 3 golf course.

The character of McMemamins is hard to beat at least with their purchase of older buildings. The patio area is airy and quaint with excellently prepared food and a great wine list to accompany the dishes available.

Great place to walk around and drink brews and wine around the campus. Kind of the only place around you can have a drink in public outside. Gardens are beautiful as well as the banquet rooms to rent.

The grounds are lovely. The food was good. The wait staff are very friendly. The food was VERY slow to be served yet the restaurant was not very busy. Hamburgers and tater tots should never take the more than half hour to prepare.
