This is by far the best dealership I have been too. So much better than my last experience with CarMax down in North Austin. Way less of a struggle to get what you want. The Employees were great, very friendly and always made it a good environment to be in. Bruce was definitely a big help, very knowledgeable about cars. He didn't pressure me into anything, gave me pros and cons when they were due. We had a miscommunication problem with the Bank I was getting the loan from, and he helped make sure everything happened, and worked out. They have a great inventory of cars, from sports cars, to trucks, to fuel efficient cars. Thank you McLeod Auto Sales

I have had my truck for about a year and a half. The buying process was amazing. Gene was our guy and he was great. My expedition did have a rough start when it came to repairs with these guys, nothing major thank goodness but it was a pain. Once they finally got a guy in there who was not a crook ( I say crook because the old bastard claimed he fixed a part when he didnt) the problem with my AC got fixed. Knock on wood, but I have not had a problem with my truck since. I am planning on returning to them for a trade up in a year or two.

So I came here with the intent to trade my Dodge Charger SXT in. I seen this Scatpack Challenger I seen on the lot and I wanted it. Suzy made sure and got me into that car with the best possible deal and I love the car now I m officially satisfied. They re friendly and professional and always want to see the customers happy and get what they want

Yall stephanie was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G to say the least!!! We had been to 2 other dealerships that instantly ts us no without a bigger down payment. Not her!! She explained the entire process and we were actually hopeful. When I went to buy I saw Stephanie, she was amazing! However some of the other staff were just plain rude! And I still have them a chance because of Stephanie, I ve continued to have issues here. I have been calling for a month needing an oil change because it s by appt only. No one has gotten back to me!!! I ve continued to call the lady isn t helpful, the mechanic shop manager hasn t reached out or even answered his phone! And this has been continuing for a month!!! I m so disappointed. It was time for us to purchase another vehicle and I was thinking about here but there customer service is ridiculous.
***Edit*** I was told I d receive a call the day I made this review, two days ago. I still have yet to receive a single call!

saw a car I wanted showed up when it opened and left the same day with the car I wanted. The staff was fantastic at helping me drive away that day. Angelique and Jim especially made it a awesome quick experience.

I stopped by McLeod auto just looking at the nice cars they had.... really wasnt expecting to get into something nice, with all the bs these car lots put u through... i was introduced to to the salesman phillip... perfect attitude very friendly ...... bottom line he told me about the promotion deal they had going on..... after about a hour he was putting me in a 2015 dodge ram..... i was so excited..... go see phillip... 5 star salesman i promise .....

Cars are WAY over priced for the mileage that's on them. I went in with a pre approval from a finance company and they STILL ran my credit through 7 different banks and wanted me to put a down payment on a 7 yr old car with 130000 miles on it not to mention they wanted over $20,000 for this vehicle which was $16,000 on their website AND I couldn't even see or drive the car because it was "in the shop getting repairs".... REALLY!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! Went to Automax the next day and got a 2018 with 40000 miles wih NO money down and they only ran my credit twice.

My wife and I were on our way to another dealership when we heard the ad on the radio and decided to check them out. I have to say this place is awesome. I just bought a truck there today and it was probably the easiest buying experience I've ever had. The process was a no hassle numbers upfront honest experience. I feel like me and the owner could be hunting buddies, ah that's just me wishing. I do honestly give them five stars, don't mess with the other places that will rip you off in Killeen.

So this one is not good only because, I was trying to get a impala 2018 grey and they wanted 26 for( now not bad) but i was shopping around and found so many better options in the bigger cities, that where only a few hrs away! For example this place had that same car, with less miles, plus it was black like I wanted, and they only wanted 18 for it! So I don't have anything bad to say. But I'll say this if your in the market for a car. Go away from the Killeen area they try to mark all of the cars up way to much because of the soldiers in the area.

HORRIBLE !!!
THE CAR LOT IS NICE! MY SALESMAN JULIUS, AWESOME HE EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO HELP US FINISH PAPERWORK. THE FINANCE GUY WITH THE LEG BRACE HORRIBLE. EVERYTHING HE SAYS IS A LIE! FIRST HE TOLD US WE HAD TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY IN ORDER TO BE FINANCED FOR THE TRUCK. SECOND I HAD TO GO THERE ABOUT 3 TIMES BECAUSE HE SCREWED UP PAPERWORK. ACTUALLY THE BANK CALLED ME TODAY SAYING THE PAYMENT FOR MY TRUCK WAS LATE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY HE DIDNT TURN THAT IN EITHER. THEY ALSO HAVE ME FINANCED FOR A TRUCK THAT I DONT HAVE. HE SENT THE WRONG VIN AND TRUCK INFO TO THE CREDIT UNION. SO THE CREDIT UNION THINKS IM DRIVING SOMETHING THAT I AM NOT. SO NOW IM ON THE WAY FOR THE 5TH TIME IN TWO MONTHS TO THE CREDIT UNION TO FIX HIS JOB. HOPEFULLY HE DIDNT GET ANY MONEY OUT OF THAT DEAL.

Please stay away, this has been a nightmare people!!!! Today marks a year since we bought the truck. got sold a warranty after being told we had to have it to get financed, then the truck broke down 10 days after we had it, they said to park it on there lot until the warranty kicked in because it didn't start until 30 days or 5,000 miles.. so they could claim it on the warranty. (WARRANTY FRAUD) But the warranty won't work anyways because it shouldn't have been sold to us in the first place with over sized tires. We were Over charged for that to by about 1500. Not to mention they promised to fix a bunch of stuff on the truck before we bought it and that is the only reason we agreed to even get it. But won't do a damn thing now!!! These people are shady as hell and I'm telling everyone who will listen to me. I'm talking social media , radio station the attorney general has already been notified. Had to sign a paper saying we wouldn't take them to court if we were unhappy we would go to mediation, but they won't even get back to my lawyer with a date. (A year later) but I'm taking things in my hands now and going to get something done.
I hope you listen and don't go through the hell my family & I have been through this past year.

Beware if you are simply calling to ask questions because this place takes your number, and even after blocking their number, they will call atleast 3 times a week trying to make a sale, leaving voicemail after voicemail. A guy named Craig use to work for this place who went to killeen auto sales to work... Very crooked and dishonest guy on the work he does on the vehicles. That's how these places are though. Best to do like I did, and buy outright from a private seller. Most of the time tou're getting jerked around and paying way more than you should be at these car lots.

My experience here at Mcleod auto sales was excellent. I managed to leave with a car today. They go above and beyond to help you get a car. This is the place to go.

We called on Saturday to inquire about getting a pickup and they called on Monday to have us come look at what they had in stock! We ended purchasing a newer truck with lower payments then expected! Sierra helped thru all of the credit checks seamlessly, once we arrived Morgan helped find the right truck in our price range! So helpful and great to talk to! I m very impressed!!

Let me start by saying I HATE car shopping with a red hot passion! I tend to get a car and stick with it. Due to necessity, I found the need to car shop. I had heard the advert on the radio a lot and said, you know what, let me check them out.

I had criteria but was not picky. More than anything I was concerned about financing and it being affordable and economical. I know my credit history is bumpy so I knew it would not be perfect. But Stanley in the financing worked miracles and got me better than I could have hoped for. I am thrilled with the terms of my loan and even more so with the car. Shout out to Jered, my dealer as well and just everyone at McLeod as they did right by me. I did not make a bad decision in choosing McLeod.

Purchased a Dodge Ram 2500.. looked ok. Within 6 months of purchase I've had to replace battery, alternator, windshield, wipers, hood struts, many of the bulbs on the truck, new tires. The custom air filter was trashed and had to purchase a new one. The exhaust was rigged and kept falling down so I had to get it redone. Headlights and bedliner is peeling horribly. The truck was filthy inside. The radio installed was not compatible with my phone so I had to purchase a new one. No information in oil change, balance, alignment etc.. extremely disappointed

The sales men were nice and friendly. As far as there commercial goes its full of misrepresentation. There is no credit amnesty and even tho you make way over 350 a week you will still need a good sum of money to put down. Yes they will aprove you but with one large deposit. We all have heard of, If it sounds to good to be true, it is at McLeods.

Don't buy from these crooks. My dad bought a truck from them and paid twice what it was worth and the engine blew up after 4 months. The extended warranty they make you buy had this truck k sitting at a dealership for a month and refuses to cover the engine because the oil is too thick. McLeod changed the oil a month prior. So the extended warranty is a scam to. If you have any sense of selfpreservation then I would not do business with these crooks.

We was searching for a car for about 3 months...and Thanks to Mcleod Auto sales and the rep. Danielle Scott we was able to leave with a vehicle that was in our monthly budget of what we wanted and the amount we wanted to pay for the vehicle. We literally just came to the states and went in to inquire, so we can figure out a plan. .. Next thing we knew we were driving off the lot with a car. Customer service was great they tried to work with us, BUT!!!! WE wanted a Nissan Versa 2014 very basic model car, crank windows, basic radio stick shift, not the problem. The problem is it was priced at 10,695 they wanted us to make payments of 318 over 63 months after we figured it up it would have been 20,795 to buy it out that's a 26.75 interest rate. That is not okay.

Well im kinda disappointed. Got my hopes up when i called and spoke to the lady on the phone. I make well over 350 a week and thought this is great $30,000 credit limit... only a dime down to go home with a car, to easy... exactly to easy to be true. False advertising is really lame if you ask me. I dont have bad credit. Just dont have credit at all. They claim this is to help people with no credit or bad credit . Well then why was i told i would need at least $1000 or more to pay for T.T. AND L. Very disappointed i had to have a co-signer to only hope to get one of their cars with nothing down. Not to mention the cars posted on website are inaccurate. I went for the Subaru wrx but when i got there they said it was a cash car and couldnt finance it. Deception every where. Why advertise something you cant do and tell me that rarely works for anyone. Why lie to people. Im waiting now to see if they can even get me into a car. Plan on putting this info out all over the place so people dont get hopes crushed because of false advertising.ill update review tomorrow after they contact me.

Monday spent 2 1/2 hours with a sales rep, but they couldn't get me an answer on financing. Tuesday, I play phone tag & exchange text messages with the sales rep, but keep being told they're working on it, even after speaking with the finance company myself. Wednesday the sales rep doesn't answer my calls or return any texts. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here purchasing a car, the staff here handled us wonderfully and professionally; Our salesman Domingo was incredibly helpful and charismatic and made sure that our needs were met while we were making our decision and he guided us through our entire process, with the added help of Alex during the homestretch of paperwork we felt very well taken care of as they showed patience and understanding as we gathered the last bit of needed information to complete our purchase.
Morgan was also wonderful as she helped us sign through the finalization process and was meticulous and thoughtful as she explained everything to do with our paperwork and was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions we had to ask, not missing a beat.
