When I went to buy I saw Stephanie, she was amazing! However some of the other staff were just plain rude! And I still have them a chance because of Stephanie, I ve continued to have issues here. I have been calling for a month needing an oil change because it s by appt only. No one has gotten back to me!!! I ve continued to call the lady isn t helpful, the mechanic shop manager hasn t reached out or even answered his phone! And this has been continuing for a month!!! I m so disappointed. It was time for us to purchase another vehicle and I was thinking about here but there customer service is ridiculous.
***Edit*** I was told I d receive a call the day I made this review, two days ago. I still have yet to receive a single call!
