Customer service here very exceptional, you come in with a set price of what you're willing to spend and they'll do their best to ensure you leave with what you come in looking for. Overall the manager is very professional and helped us out every step of the way along with his employee, Jose.

Bait and switch were told was approved with 1k down schedule appointment 3 hours later down payment is doubled waste of time. Dishonest marketing

Coming to McLeod Auto Sales was a great experience for me, because at first I had a different perspective on dealerships around Killeen, but when I arrived they changed my mind. I was immediately greeted by a salesman named Ray who was very cooperative with what i wanted and after talking for a while he ended up getting me heck of a deal I don't think i would have gotten anywhere else. So from my experience I recommend for people to come here and get a sweet deal like me.

Came 2 yeara ago with extremely bad credit. Went through their secont chance finance and got approved. High interest but it helped me and my wife rebuild our credit. Just came back today today see if we could get something better and we got approved with a normal loan thanks to rebuilding our credit with their program. Got a rav 4 with only 34k miles and affordable payments.

Johnny Mac was a great person to work with when purchasing our truck. He worked his butt off to assist my husband and to make it possible when no one else could. They stayed within our budget and actually got it cheaper than we asked for. Johnny was very professional and respectful throughout the whole process and was patient with my husband and all his requirements. I normally do not do reviews however, this place is terrible. My car has needed repaired 5 times in 11 months. Brakes/ rotors tires within the first two weeks of purchase. Oil leak after oil leak, problem after problem. I came in to speak with a manager and Josh the sales associate told me, why would I buy a car with so many issues. That is on me! I told him I was recording the conversation and said that he didn t say anything illegal.
Do not buy your car here! Stay far away!!!!!!!! They will sell you a lemon!!!!

I give my salesperson Stephanie 5 stars, but the overall experience with the dealership is a 2. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and has a beautiful, infectious personality. I can say we will not go back there, but our experience with her, personally, was the ONLY positive one. They aren't like conventional dealerships that advertise a sales price. We had a very specific budget that we explained what we wanted the price to be after the down payment. They rolled our down payment into the sales price so in essence we didn't really end up putting one down and we financed $6000 over our originally stated price. We do not feel like they care about your desires, the sale was the only important aspect for them. In the end, we felt taken advantage of except for Stephanie. Here's another kicker, the driver side visor wasn't repaired as we were told it would be, it's still broken and not functional, the TPM light sensor came on the very next day, the front fender clip is broken so it doesn't sit flush, and unlike most other dealers I've worked with in the past they don't even have a 7 day return policy. There's so much more that bothered us, but I don't have the amount of time to go into it all. We are not happy about this purchase at all, but we will get rid of it in a year.

Although going car shopping with a parent is sometimes challenging, I was doing my best to look for a car I would enjoy and see myself in but the ones I adored my mother was still looking over me like no . At one point me and my mom bumped heads but yet this experience was the best I have had with getting a car. Alex Vega really helped me and my mom feel understand and comfortable with what we had in mind with trying to get in a new car. Both the sales manager and Alex surprised me and my mom with the paperwork and the numbers and as soon as I knew it my mother said where does she sign? . ACTION MOTORS IS WAY BETTER .....It cost more than a dime to get financed AT MCLEOD and they tried to sell MY SON a truck? That I knew had been wrecked from the rear when I questioned them they denied it until I showed them the mismatched rear lights and how the undercarriage was brand new in the rear and worn in the front. I was a mechanic for years I know a PIECED together vehicle when I see one and their wasnt a doubt in my mind about it. I WOULDNT TAKE A VEHICLE FROM THEM IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME AND THEY CAN TAKE THAT COMMENT TO THE BANK.......I wish I would quit hearing their radio advertisements about financing for a dime and everyones approved if they make 350 a week WITH CREDIT AMNESTY cause it's not true. I make way more than that as a disabled vet and they didnt approve me but I went right down the road and got a better deal on a better van at a way cheaper price thanks to ACTION motors WHICH APPROVED ME WITH NO COSIGNER.....AND JUST TO AVOID CONFUSION MY NAME IS ISAAC MONK AND I STAND BY EVERY WORD OF THIS REVIEW MY BOYS NAME IS JUSTIN WALLS AND HE WILL BACK EVERY WORD I SAY ABOUT THIS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ACTION MOTORS OFF OF VETERANS DRIVE BY PLANET FITNESS.......

It was the goofy jingle.. "It's a crime to pay more than a dime..." that brought me in.. and I shopped around but nowhere else got me the price, interest, and exact vehicle I wanted... they hit every point.. I am very big on meeting someone.. hitting it off and then continuing to maintain a professional relationship as he found me -exactly- what I wanted. Color, aftermarket rims, technology, he worked to get me the exact payment I wanted.. I'm still ecstatic.. after going to Kia, Dodge, Ford.. no one got me approved as fast.. or the price I wanted and most importantly.. the truck that I wanted. In just a couple months it'll be time to trade off my second car.. and I'll tell you right where I'm going and who I'm dealing with and thats Pete, at McLeod Auto Sales.

Amazing car dealership! My previous car was nailed by a flash flood and the following day after the accident, I was already in a newer and nicer car. Before the deal I was at a 11.29% interest rate but after meeting with the financial advisor here at the dealership, I walked away with a 3.2% interest rate! All the employees are friendly and really understanding. I would recommend any of my friends or family to shop here.

I went in after filling out the app on line.. I had 1400$ cash money in hand they said I don't have bad credit I just have none. Then proceed to tell me I need a 14000$ down payment on a 21000$ car I didn't even want or see for that matter this place is a scam also there was a thousand dollar unaccounted for in the fees that was printed out for me...??? Where did it go? Sails tax I was not at all pleased with there end results but maybe I am just the wrong color for the connection

I went in to Mcleod Auto Sales for the first time, looking to get turned down yet again; however it was a different story. The staff was friendly and helpful, and thanks to them they helped me get my foot in the door!

I had to follow up with license plate. It was siting in their office and my temp plate was expired. No one bothered to call me when it got there. I called them on Christmas Eve. I asked about a small crack/ chip to the windshield and they said they fix. Never happened....

They sell salvage title cars and do not tell you about it. They make a killing selling these cats that are worth half of what they are asking. Buyers beware! These guys are cons.

Alton helped me so much! Came in and needed a car because I moved all the way from California and sold mine. He worked with me even having BAD credit. I got to leave with a car the same day. But he made me feel comfortable and never like he was forcing any car or payment out of me. He knew my budget, my down payment and made it happen. A dime down and their credit amnesty program can be considered false advertising and what we call the "bait and switch" method of greeting consumers to come to there place of business.

Called here to make sure their deal they cast out on the radio everyday about "if you make 350 a week you qualify for $30,000 dollar credit." And "credit amnesty". The lady on the phone told me I would be approved because I met their income criteria. So here I went thinking I'd finally be able to get my dream car. I read reviews on this place & all the good ones looked fake. All the negative ones looked true. I honestly thought of changing my mind because of the bad reviews but I went anyways with a little hope.

It was a flat out lie, I drove an hour over & back home empty handed with 3 hard inquiries to my credit report.
Only reason why I went here was because I knew my credit wasnt good but I did make more than 350 a week, I should've known it was all a hoax.
They do check your credit, if its not good they want you to put $4,000 dollars down. Then after about 2 hours of waiting around they "approved" me for a car I DID NOT want. The one i wanted was 5,000 dollars more than the one they approved me for. The guy who worked with me was very nice & their customer service skills are very good.
But if you have bad credit & Don't have 4-5 grand to put down on a car. You aren't getting nothing. Their radio ad is all lies, there is no such thing as credit amnesty. Classic example of "false advertising"

Ms Stephanie was AMAZING, when I was getting frustrated and wanted to say forget it, she ( Ms Stephanie ) didn't let me. And no, it wasn't because she was trying to make the sale, I know she was genuinely here to help me. The finance department was also outstanding. I WILL RECOMMEND them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Chris was a fantastic and attentive sales rep. Chris was empathetic to our needs and was extremely helpful. The overall experience was extremely positive with a wonderful staff, and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or finance a vehicle.
