I am very happy with my Bentley Flying Spur 12V, Also MCL group quality of the crew is Great. I believe Jonathan Wang is the one of the best sales person I ever meet, he is a perfect match for the selling Bentley and management level Eric Law. When I was looking Bentley's from the window because store was closed 30 minutes ago, he opened door and let us in, we became a friend with him since that moment and because of him I bought my first Bentley GT.

Everyone that works here is absolutely incompetent...

Everyone that works here is absolutely incompetent. From sales people to sales managers to finance managers, to service department absolutely incompetent.
Have had nothing but problems dealing with them trying to sign for a brand new lease.
Zero communication between departments.

I highly suggest avoid buying from this dealership or getting your car serviced here.

Husband has tried many times to get the Land Rover service to help him, without any success. Terrible service department obviously.

The owner reads these as they reply to the good comments and avoid the negative ones. What does this say about the car dealership?

By far the best luxury car dealership in the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and personable, professional but not afraid to joke around with you. My sales consultant Sara spent an entire day with me and helped me choose the right car for me, something I'm not used to with other brands. Sales people don't forget you when you walk out the door and personally come to your home to pick up the car should something go wrong.

Service reps remember details about you and always go the extra mile on products and services and most of all they are honest. If something goes wrong they fix it fast and correctly the first time and appointments are always available around my schedule.

I've bought three vehicles from MCL and will continue to do so - I'd never shop anywhere else.

How would I describe my experience at this dealership? Worst experience ever. That s right Mike Pham is a very arrogant and disrespectful salesperson and manage to be astonishingly ignorant about the car he is trying to sell. Do not waste my time by saying it s a test drive appointment and that you prepared the car for me when it s very obvious that the car was in the showroom and filled with dust and I was also refused of a test drive. It boggles my mind how this dealership is still in business. Oh wait, I know, by scamming the customers. Do not waste your time going to this dealership if you want a friendly and honest service. You have been warned.

Took in two vehicles I hate and came out with two I love!!

So happy to be part of the Land Rover family now. What really makes it so gratifying is the amazing sales experience my family and I received at MCL. We dealt with Sara Nowak on two sales and will do more in the future. Not only is she totally professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles, but she is so much fun and totally friendly. It was the best buying experience we have ever had. The whole staff at MCL is amazing (everyone pretty much got to know us and our little boy!) However, if you are looking for a sales person who is great to deal with, go to Sara Nowak. I know my family and myself can not wait to deal with her in the future again!

I acted as the middle person between sales person Amir Yusefi and my very busy employer on his most recent purchase. We were both very impressed by Amir from the beginning.

Amir was always accessible. Whenever we called, he picked up right away and on the occasion where we left a voice message, Amir got back to us incredibly quickly.

Amir completely understood what my boss was looking for and easily adapted to his very specific requirements and requests. What has been a painful experience with other sales people, Amir made it simple, easy and enjoyable.

I would not hesitate to recommend Amir Yusefi to anyone, especially hard to please clientele. Thank you, Amir!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from MCL Land ...

I recently purchased a used vehicle from MCL Land Rover. I am an out of town buyer and I dealt with Robert F over the phone and via email throughout. The vehicle was exactly as presented and Robert was excellent to deal with.

On the drive home, I had a minor hiccup and a quick call back to the dealership and they had me sorted out completely. A special thank you to Carlo V for his assistance.

This dealership has high end vehicles and the SUV I bought was one of the lower cost options they had available. Despite this, I was made to feel like a valued customer as if I was purchasing a car 10 times the price. I really appreciated the professionalism and transparent style of everyone I dealt with at MCL. Thank you.

I have no reservations in recommending this dealership and will be back for future vehicles.

In the past 3 years, I've leased two vehicles from Adam Smith and he was awesome in every way. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, easy to deal with and he never "pushes" the lease or deal. Even if I buy/lease a different product from MSL, I would only want to deal with Adam. In fact he's the reason I returned so quickly and took out a second lease. Both my vehicles have only been serviced by Jason Hanyoung. I've never had a vehicle serviced by someone who took such a personal interest in my vehicle. Recently, I had a number of minor issues that I wanted inspected and corrected as required. He easily included these items and then included the necessary work as part of a scheduled servicing my vehicle was required. And he still had the vehicle out at the time promised. Jason always ensures a very proper and thorough washing/detailing is completed to the vehicles he's responsible for. Another great servicing job Jason, thank you very much.

I would like to thank the staffs and managers for a smooth and relaxing purchase experience. Breakdowns are straight forward and simple. Sales manager, Mike Pham, assisted me with all of my inquiries and greeted me as I walked through the doors to take delivery of my 2020 F-Type. Eric Law from finance is already on standby to process paperwork and an Allwest insurance agent is also present right when I'm done signing. Everyone is punctual and and immediately available. Also thank you to Jarvin Ong for his proficiency in demonstrating the InControl features at delivery. It has been a flawless experience!

every-time I go there I regret! first of all they mark up the price because they are located in Downtown Vancouver next to Ferrari, Austin Bentley..
compare to RR Langley and Richmond. sales manager and the car appraiser don't know what they're doing and act so immature. better to buy a car from small car dealership in the middle of nowhere than this MCL... if they have -5 stars I would giving it to them. so disappointed

Beyond fed up dealing with MCL and their 'salesman' Kirk Leslie.

This guy is your classic slimy car salesmen, and who has no problem providing completely false information to clients. He takes absolutely zero care in servicing his clients.

He doesn't even know how to operate the cars that he's been selling there for over 10 years.

If he put half the energy into doing his job with integrity rather then harassing his clients after the sale for them to complete some satisfaction survey to his benefit that would be a great start.

We recently walked in to MCL to purchase a 3rd car from them, but in having to deal with Kirk again we'll never be going back to this dealership.

I guess at the end of the day you should just always listen to your wife, who told me from the get go that she had a bad gut feeling about this salesman and that we should go elsewhere.

After sales experience with Philip was great as well, he helped me purchase extended warranty for the best price available. Jarvin was very professional in explaining how the vehicle works, it s rare to find such phenomenal service and attention to detail when purchasing a pre owned vehicle.

The absolute WORST. I'll never buy another car fro...

The absolute WORST. I'll never buy another car from MCL and DEFINITELY not have my vehicles serviced there. The lack of care, from all levels, is by far more horrendous than I've ever experienced at any car dealership in my life. From taking over a WEEK to get the financing department to call me back to simply run the credit the application TO puchasputhe vehicle, to my car being in the service department for 42 DAYS to fix a blown speaker and being told not once nor twice nor three times that it was repaired, drove to the dealership EACH time only for the problem to still exist. It's as though no one even checked the car!!! Then, to 'apologize' for my horrible experience, they offered to do my annual service free of charge. Got the car back, drove for a couple of months only to then discover that they DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT!! The level of negligence experienced at that dealership is Kryptonian. Literally out of this world.

I want to say its fantastic to see a knowledgeable and respectful saleswoman. I was merely browsing over some of the Jaguar floor models when I was approached by one of MCL saleswomen by the name of Christy. She knew her product line and represented herself very well., The one thing I noticed is that she provided me space and she had great knowledge on each car and answered all and any of my questions. I would recommend MCL to any of my clients as well as refer them t this lovely young woman. I will be connecting her in the new year.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. The Land Rover service group is a joke. They are arrogant and unhelpful. We gave them two chances before taking our business to another dealer. They were late, rude and unresponsive. When I confronted them about it they were unapologetic and unwilling to make amends. Not what you would expect in customer service at all!

Recently purchased a pre owned Volkswagen Golf Wagon from this dealership and I must say my experience was nothing short of amazing. My first contact was with Mark Petriw, he took care of me as if I was buying the most expensive Bentley on the lot when in fact I was probably purchasing the cheapest vehicle in the dealership. He was dedicated, attentive and just down right friendly. He worked on my behalf to get a price for the vehicle that I was happy with and made sure everything was explained to me in a way I would understand. He is truly a gem and an asset to this dealership. This was truly a one of a kind car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to come check out the great customer service at this dealership. Furthermore I wanted to also mention Bo in the finance department she was pleasure to work with and made the purchase very smooth.

I bought a car recently from this company, which was a Range Rover SVR. The sale person sold that car to me with the engine light on, I noticed that right away and told them, but they said it was because of oil change. one of their mechanics checked it and said it was alright and that I could take it home, but when I was driving home on the highway it was shaking a lot. Then I emailed them that the car was shaking a lot and they said that they would pick it up and drop off a car for me to use in the mean time. The next day I waited for a call from them, but they never called me back and it seemed like they didn t care about the car. I emailed them and sent them so many messages, but they didn t reply to anything. So I had to take a day off from work and go to the dealership myself. They checked the car and then said their was a fuel injector problem. They said they would hand me the car back on the next day and since then it s been almost half a week and I still haven t received my car. So therefore this has been the worst experience I ve ever had with a car company

When he reach the show room to buy this car it the engine light on he let the sales person and manager too they said it is because of oil change. But when he is going home the car is engine noise they guys said we will fix for you tomorrow he was waiting for there call but no body call back to fix engine

We are on our second Range Rover now and I wanted to comment on what amazing service we have experienced from service advisor Jason Hanyoung. He is the most honest and knowledgeable individual I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. Because of this, he builds the utmost trust of his customers and that results in repeat buying and loyalty to the brand. Jason is a huge asset to MCL, Land Rover, and Jaguar. On that point as well, we have owned Mercedes, BMW, and Audi vehicles over the years and we have never experienced such fantastic full cycle experience as we have with MCL Motors. I consider them the benchmark for premium vehicle ownership and always recommend to friends and family to go pay them a visit for their automobile needs.

I recently purchased a vehicle from MCL and must say, I was very impressed with their knowledge, inventory and customer service. My sales specialist, Brian, was fantastic as he was efficient yet took the time to provide a high level of customer service and ensure that I left there happy. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the rest of the team was extremely organized which made this feel like a high class and seamless experience. None of the classic car dealership sales games or hurry up and wait. The experience matches that of their product. I will be recommending MCL to all of my clients, friends and family!

I had spent over $100k in this dealer ship which is called MCL Moters. The dealer shop owns me 1000 dollar refund from the deposit to purchase a vehicle and they were supposed to refund the money right away it took me more than a month of chasing them and calling them everyday the manger of the dealer shop is named Dan and wouldn t reply to my call after the several messages i have left. The financial officer named Bo Seeto told me the cheque has been mailed and made me run around and they have never mailed any payment the only person who answered the phone is Jane was nice to reply the calls and request the manager to refund the money finally i sent an email to take this mater to media and take legal action and they refunded me today. When i purchases the vehicle last month i have been given a certified draft to purchase the vehicle they have kept my draft for two weeks before the transfer of the lease buyout this is unethical and unprofessional and a dirty dealer shop i will never shop again in this dealer which is called MCL please go to any other dealer to purchase a new vehicle dont trust this management they are all crockets the only good people their are the sales people.

Good sales but the phone rings and rings for the service department! Then finally when answered I say I have technical question then I'm hastly transferred where 'that' phone rings and rings, comes back to reception (I think) then goes back on the merry go round until I finally hang up. If everyone there is so darn busy I hate to ask my question for fear I won't get a well thought out answer and be told to spend a good part of my day to bring the car in and be charged shop rates to get that answer.
I will need to consider this when I purchase my next car, because this does not work for me!

The staff at MCL Motors were incredible! It s easy to find people who are helpful when the sale hasn t yet been made but what sets this company apart was the support after the sale was completed. My salesman, Amir, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous... but more importantly to me, after the sale was completed he arranged follow up appointments to instruct me on the use of the vehicle, and contacted me to ensure the vehicle was meeting my needs. During this transaction, I interacted with six staff members and they were all outstanding. Amir however, has won my trust and my business. I highly recommend him and this company to anyone searching for a vehicle.

Excellent service! I would highly recommend speaking to Mike Pham if you are looking to buy a car. Our family purchased the 2018 Land Rover Velar SE R-Dynamic and we were impressed with his knowledge of the car which is not always the case at other dealerships, odd as that may sound. He is very personable and customer-focused which was very helpful as we built a connection with him early on. He even took us on a test drive along a route that demonstrated how our model performs under different road conditions. Thanks so much for everything Mike!

Best experience ever! I don't live in Vancouver so I was buying a new car on Kenneth's recommendation, and did he over-deliver! Vince is a fantastic specialist - not only did he teach me all about the car, but he took care of everything! Although I didn't get to meet Philip - a big shout out to him for getting all the paperwork together before I arrived. I won't go anywhere else - thank you MCL!!

Since buying a Land Rover in July and having an amazing guy, Mike Pham assisting me with professionalism and care up to taking my car last week for service, having Mike again replying promptly to my questions and getting winter tires at almost the same price of CT. I arrived early and was immediately helped, got coffee and been luck to have Phil Levy in command getting my car done right away with the tires and check ready for our winter holidays. I highly recommend MCL because they have a great team and excellent customer service!

HIGHLY recommend to see Mike Pham the sales manager from Jaguar and Land Rover.
I had a WONDERFUL experience with range rover Vancouver. Mike Pham the sales manager helped me with all my problems and concern, therefore I bought a discovery and I love the car the moment I step in. Mike really showed the likeability, rapport and trust which I will refer my friends to him too when they want to switch vehicle.
Philip the business manager also took the time to explain everything very clearly to me too, as well as Tim who help me with every single detail of what I need to know about discovery.

Nothing but good things to say about MCL. Mark Cheema hands down is the best rep I've worked with. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and got me into my Evoque. The entire process was very smooth. I did not feel judged for being a "younger" client with him at all, and he took everything I said into consideration. He is a 10/10. MCL is the epitome of service, from front desk to Spiros over in the service department! Great job guys

This dealership is the epitome of terrible customer service it's 2020, take a lesson from Amazon and learn to treat your customers with respect. I had a Jaguar and not only was the customer service terrible but after being unhappy with my car in the middle of my lease and wanting to give in, the trade-in deal that was given to me was less than 50% of the actual value of the car at the time (if the car was actually worth 60k I was offered 30k), which not only seems like an unethical business practice but also another sign of MCL Motor Car's terrible customer service. Not once have I had a good experience when walking into that dealership and not to mention my father was also yelled at by the management, which makes me believe these malicious business practices are preached and taught throughout the organization by the top management.

I had the worst experience ever in this dealership...

I had the worst experience ever in this dealership. I have been driving BMW for almost ever and wanted to lease a Jaguar as my next car. There were a lot of things wrong with them. The store does not have lounge area, the personnel are impolite. They don't let you test drive the car alone, and also keep telling you where to go when you are driving it. Feels like driving test.
Salesmen won t give you a quote or discuss pricing until you tell them you want to buy right away!
They hold on to your car key so you won't leave even if you tell them that you don't want to buy today from them.
Anyway, I liked the car but the sales person ruined the experience for me and I may never get a car from Jaguar because of the unprofessional salesman there.
