Terrible dishonest service. Baiting customers worse than real estate agents. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Find a better Ford dealer close by. Salesman Jack and his boss still seem to leed to learn what customer service is and efficiency.

Wasted an hour and a half round trip driving to this place to check out an fg xr8,ive never seen a car so filthy dirty in my life. It was a big old faded pos,apparently had 90 odd thousand km but looked double that from condition,price was bloody ridiculous for the condition,had a quick look around,every single car was filthy,hadnt been washed for weeks by the looks of it,dont waste your time with this mob because they are useless and couldn't give a toss what customers think.Typical caryard.... ill never go back.
Hands down the worst car salesman I ve ever come across, never offered a test drive for my wife who was relegated to the back seat, came along on test drive telling me where to stop, turn left, go straight was just pushy from the get go. Grabbed my drivers licence and started drawing up a contract without discussing price and got angry because I didn t progress with a sale! No thanks
Just purchased a Subaru Forester from McInerney Ford, it was a great experience and Justin was amazing. He made sure everything was looked after and that I got a great deal! Definitely recommend Justin!
The most amazing customer service I have ever had from a car dealership. Daniel in service provides the best customer service you could ever hope to get. He goes above and beyond. Deserves a pay rise... And no....he didn't pay me to say that..lol
Surprised to read a recent review that the salesman that takes your licence and then refuses to hand it back unless you sign a contract is still there ! This happened to me in 2016, when I changed my mind and asked for my licence back and he said no, I then started getting vocal with him and then he said I'm going to photo copy your licence ! That made me real angry so I started shouting that I was going to call the Police and where is Denis McInerney I want to speak to him. Other customers where in the showroom and this still did not faze him. Eventualy I think the manager heard the commotion and came out and told him to hand me my licence back, he still wouldnt and then the manager again in a more firmer voice told him to give me back my licence. Never again will I step foot in that so unprofessional buisness all because of that salesman !
Got greated by Loris great guy then finished of with Justin 1st car yard visited for the day had 3 in mind for a new car it's great to see a young guy going out of his way to look after the wife and my self. Highly recommend Justin you won't be disappointed
Called up regarding a Ranger XLT they had for sale. Unfortunately the salesperson Justin advises me that vehicle just got sold. He ran me through some options and notified me they had 3 XLS models in stock. We negotiated some pricing and I offered to purchase 2. He agreed and said he ll speak to his manager to see if he can sharpen his price further. 10mins later his boss Loris calls me and rudely says he can t sell me any rangers without giving me a reason. A few days later I enquire at another ford dealership and do a deal, only to find out I ve been put on a Ford Australia Banned List. Would not recommend Morley Ford to anyone, if there was an option to not select a star rating, that would ve been a generous rating.. Loris needs to take a good hard look at himself. Cheers
Worst service ever. Had a noise from transmission. 2days later and $200 , was told it needed overhaul at $5000. Having doubts as noise would go away when driving I took elsewhere. Straight away they said for a start it was leaking transmission fluid. Had that fixed at $500 and car runs perfectly. Makes me wonder if they took my money and never even looked at it.
Rang them twice to talk to someone about my car the first time I was rudely told there was no one there to talk to not even a please ring back later / tomorrow. The second time I got thru to the service centre and as I mentioned I had previously taken my car somewhere else and had it checked I was laughed at and told I should have taken it to ford in the first place. Worst customer service I've had on the ph to anyone ! Will never take my car here. Learn some phone manners.
Give 1 star for car servicing because they charge me pollen filter they never fit in my car, not sure they genuine replace my oil filter and my fuel filter too, don t know how many people they get done this before. Have to drive all day there again to pick it up. My basic is programming so there will be check list for the mechanic job description. When I call to confirm it they said don t know or forget about it. How can it be a big dealer shop do thing like this! Have drive car and motor bike for 25years I do know small thing about mechanical. Kelly very helpful give me $50 discount, that my fuel money to get there pickup my pollen filter.
I have had a lot of bad luck and stressful times over my new Ranger. Ive called and made contact with most of Perth dealerships but just never got any answers or results in my favor. That was until I got a call from the manager of Mclearny Ford Morley service department. That was back in October 2014. Since then the manger has not only fixed and got my car back on the road but he also continues to make sure everything is ok. My family and I want to thank you and your team for such personal service.
After visiting a number of dealers over a period of about 6 months (I could not decide on which vehicle I wanted!), I visited McInerney Ford and have to say this is the best car dealer I have ever experienced...and I have had many, many cars over the years! I was looked after by the manager himself along with a lovely sales rep and they have been amazing. They even stayed in touch with me to make sure I am still happy with my vehicle. When I returned for my first service, they supplied me with a loan vehicle and I returned to find 2 of the salesmen cleaning my car to sparkling again! I would recommend McInnerny Ford to anyone looking for a Ford, even if you don't live locally, they are definitely worth the trip! :-)

The service department is a joke. Send email, no reply, call 4 times and no one calls back and cant get them to pick up the phone. Then once I talk to them they have absolutely no clue. Disgusting.

Capped price service,should be called cut price service,in a two year period,they never changed brake fluid or radiator fluid,just glad it didnt damage my vehicle
Terrible service a job that should have took a day took 3 full days and I only got my work van back because I had to insist I needed it back to work. I was not kept informed on what was happening with it. I had to make contact with them to find out. When I went to pick the van up the person I was dealing with didn't even come out to see me and explain. The only good point were the two girls on reception very helpful. I will not be using them again. And the have lost a sale of a new van later this year. Regards J.R.
Had done 15k service on Ford Ranger PXII with capped price. The list what's needed done is on Ford's website. have asked before service will the cabin and air filters be replaced and the answer was yes. Well when collected the vehicle and checked the cabin filter it was filthy and has a couple of three leaves on top. when queried about it I was told the filters replacement is carried at 30k not fifteen. I have accepted that but not accepting the fact the filters were't even checked as per the service list. The other issue is this dealership can't keep their promises offered at the time of purchasing the car when I asked why the number plate frames have their dealership name and phone number. After few emails back and fort the BIG Boss rung and promised to investigate and ring back the next day. You guessed it it never happened. I have now removed the number plate frames as I won't be free advertising this dealer who can't keep their promises and do the service job properly. Bye Bye MFord as my car will never go back there even for a recall. Can't trust them anymore. They will promise you anything before you buy a car and after that you can forget. What is not written it doesn't exist. I have learned my mistake.
We were seen by Paul who gave us his undivided attention. We enjoyed his company and honesty and he did what he could to get us the best deal possible. The dealership was tidy, cars sparkled and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Reception was lovely and helpful. Would come there to see Paul specifically again 100%
Took one of two mustangs I purchased in for its first service today. Whatever happened to the good old days when your car would be cleaned as well. Disappointed to say the least.

Great test drive, but the salesman talked about himself for over 30 minutes while I stood waiting. Ended up buying a better car from a different dealer who handed me the keys to test drive it straight away

Took my new Ford Ranger in here for its 15k service and to repair a puncture last Friday. I arrived with the vehicle at 7:45am and decided to stay and wait with it as I needed the ute back on the road asap being a work service vehicle. 2 hours later my Ranger rolled out of the workshop still sitting on the spare wheel. After questioning the service staff why had the punctured tyre not been repaired and swapped out, I was told that the tyre had no puncture. Apparently my witness testimony of pulling out a nail from the tyre two days earlier isn't enough for them to believe me. I was told to take the vehicle away and see if it the tyre looses pressure over the next two days. Not willing to except this I had to remove the tyre myself outside their workshop and roll it back in demanding it be fixed. Another hour later we have a fixed puncture. Apparently the mechanic didn't think to rotate the tyre in the bath to check for the puncture first time around. Complete incompetence, what faith does this leave for the quality of the rest of the service? Is this what a $365 oil change looks like? The ute wasn't even cleaned, apparently 3 hours isn't enough time to clean a car these days. To top it off, not even an apology for my inconvenience or time wasted time.
We bought a 2nd hand Everest from this dealer and were very happy with the car and the purchase process, but the reason for this review is the excellent handling of 2 warrantee issues after we had the car for a couple of months. Although the issues were not caused by McInerney Ford they dealt with them promptly and with the minimum of fuss. We will certainly recommend this dealer.
Very happy with our purchase from McInerny Ford. Our sales person, Jack, went above and beyond to help us - he was friendly, knowledgeable and honest which we appreciated. Andrea in finance was easy to deal with too and also very friendly. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!
Absolutely the best ford dealer in Perth. I had experience with 4 or 5 dealerships until I found these guys. There have great customer service, are very helpful and will perform professional services in your car. They are incredible. It's worth driving more to take your car there.
We traded a much loved 2009 Nissan Pathfinder in on a second hand Isuzu Mu-x. The Pathfinder had done over 280,000 hard Km cover central Hwy 3 times, the Cape, Gibb River & Kalumburu Rd,Mitchell River. Through Outback Qld & NT. towing a Kimberly Camper even so we were hoping for a reasonable trade in price. Given the economy we should have expected a low price but hoping for better than offered. Well Justin and his manager. did try to help us and it was appriciated the extra yards they put in to do the deal. We are now the happy owners of the Isuzu Mu-x Thank you both for your wonderful service and thoughtfulness. Can highly recommend Justin & his manager.
Had an enjoyable experience dealing with Justin however my experience was tarnished by the fact that i made two 70 minute round trips to McInerney Ford to look at a car which was advertised for the wrong price on carsales. Unfortunately we werent able to make a deal despite their mistake and despite how much time and fuel was wasted due to their mistake.
I like the guys hear they are friendly and helpful. We have dealt with Paul Zapia (sorry if I miss spelt your name) he is a good sales man without putting to much pressure on you but answers questions well. We will go back there when we are looking for a new car
Tried to buy a new car from these guys. Negotiated a deal with a salesperson over the phone (I don't live near the dealer) and we bargained hard. The salesman and I agreed a price after he called me back saying he had got the approval of the Sales Manager. The next day just before I was to come in and put the deposit down the Sales Manager called me and said I will need to pay another $1000 if I want the car! I explained that I had already agreed a price and asked him why the change. He was very rude and refused to give an answer. He said that the deal I made previously would not be honoured. Pity I didn't record the phone conversation. No wonder car salesmen have such a bad reputation. I would never buy anything from this untrustworthy dealer.
I would of given 5 stars but ford don't simply put a protector cover over the alternator which has costed me a few hundred dollars over the years due to power steering fluid leaks into them
We visited McInerney Ford on 10th September to buy a brand new Ford Ranger. We had an appointment to meet a staff member to buy the car. When we got there he was busy with another client, so we had to deal with another salesman who was " all about himself". He would not let us get a word in. His price ended up being more than the price we got from the salesman we were originally due to meet. We left very disappointed and 30 minutes later arrived at Nuford who were fantastic. We bought a 2016 MY17 Ranger and picked it up 4 days later.
Great customer service from all the guys at the dealership.We bought an I45 and Sean was just great with the whole process made it very easy and hassle free.Great work guys,well done!!!

Terrible experience, I took my car in with a steering issue and was initially told that the issue was my tyres and that I had to buy some new ones. Once I asked how they came to that diagnosis they said it was because they were mud tyres and just because....! They didn't even take the tyres off and try them on another car, they didn't put other tyres on my car. They reccomended that i find a friend wuth a ranger from the same year (2010 so its not that old) or go and see if a tyre shop could put some tyres on and test it. they were very reluctant to halp but quick to chrge. I had to call the manager just to get them to put some other tyres on and test it. After all that the still blamed the tyres and I pointed out the fact that I could turn the steering wheel about 1cm before the tyres even moved and I was told that that was normal.... took it to the RAC and found that it's not!! Was charged over $300 with no help and I don't think it was labour as the workshop mechanics finished work at 13:00 for the past week according to the mechanic that gave me a ride home... no courtesy car. Never again, Do not recommend!!!!!!!!
Bought my son's first car from them salesman said it went through the work shop but when we checked the oil it was really dirty and the brakes were not roadworthy will never do business with them again will not recommend them to anyone
Tried to get a quote from these guys, 11 days later, they have moved on to the sales manager who lies through his teeth. I have no time for liars, there are plenty of other dealers out there.

After visiting a number of dealerships looking for a nice used car, I stumbled upon McInerney Ford. As a young guy its hard to be taken seriously when walking into a dealership. Not at McInerney's, I was treated with the up most respect, staff were polite, curdeous and happy to give test drives and a decent look over the cars with out feeling pressured into buying. Special shoutout to Paul Zappia who looked after me with a Nissan 370z. Absolutely love the car and had no issues what so ever. The service team thoroughly look over all there second hand cars and it shows. If you've got a good sense of humour hit up Paul for good, honest, no bullsh#t service. Highly recommend and will be coming back for years.
Best place to shop new or used cars. I got a good deal with Transit van. Loris is amazing sales rep. He's really helpful and transparent with all the pricing. Highly recommended
