It was ok. They have lot good choices of clothes but pricy. Normal used jean, they cost about $5-12. Most thrift store sell much cheaper than this place. Most furniture was ok to fair condition for little over pricy. House stuff and other stuff was ok to worst condition but again pricy. Pro - lot good clothes and book. Con - almost everything is pricy compare to other thrift store. So that why I give three star.

I stopped by just before Christmas with my daughter when we noticed there was a pen filled with kittens who were noticeably ill with serious eye infections. We brought the situation to the attention of their staff and they responded by saying that they were aware and had called someone several times to take care of it but nothing had been done, they said they would call again. When I visit stores like this it is to support their cause, my daughter and I were both mortified by the disregard for the animals well being.

I love how they always have something unique and affordable there.

Okay place for items and they even have pets there for adoption!!

One of the best thrift stores in the area. You can always find something and they run frequent specials to help move inventory.

I just donated books, dvd's and new clothing. They just dumped it outside and I asked if they would get it inside before it rained in a few minutes, there weren't sure. They told me all the books I had just donated would be put in the trash because they had too many books.. I suggested they get rid of the books in the store and swap them out for the new books they have. LAZY, LAZY, workers. I left my phone number a month ago stating I could help them with their books since I have a lot of experience in thrift store book depts. Never heard from anyone. I won't be shopping or donating anything there any more. They obviously need new management, better supervisors and better workers.

This is my favorite thrift shop in the area! The people Manning the register and taking donations are always incredibly nice, and the stuff I find here is unbeatable!

The staff were so wonderful! Amir [I believe that's the correct name] helped me make sure a baby bassinet worked before I purchased it. The other associates were just as great and helped us carry out the giant crib when I came for my pick up the next day. I can't even express how thankful I am. And a huge bonus, they have cute kittens in the store for adoption. Why shop anywhere else?

I love visiting when I'm in Raleigh! The cats are so cute, and the staff always knows the background and info on their fluffy friends. The store always has good finds at a fair price. One thing that I always appreciate is that they always have certain tag colors on sale. The color changes, so you always have an opportunity to save! They have a rewards system too, but I'm not sure how it works.

There was the ability to safe distance with other people..
I racked up on t-shirts and shorts for work...
And early February got a headboard and foot board king bed frame...

First time visit...good thrift store! Pretty big place, great prices, had a big selection of some relatively good quality furniture. Even had cats and kittens!!! Will return!

Walking into the store I was greeted by a volunteer wearing a big black hat and durag. As I approached the cash register to browse the racks he stopped me and pointed to his shirt and asked what his japanese shirt said. I am Chinese and am astonished on how unprofessional and disrespectful my experience was at first. Employee Keesha apologized for the volunteer and handled the situation very properly. Keesha was great. The volunteer brought it down with his racism.

I was quoted $200 for a table and chairs. When I went to pay, the owner changed his mind and wanted $400 for it. This is poor customer service!

Some nice clothing and shoes, in color order and easy to find what you're looking for,old none appealing furniture and other old stuff.

This place is very well organized! Clothes are even arranged by colors in some sections! There is a huge amount of women's clothing here, and adequate amounts for men and kids too. A particularly large section for books, electronics and appliances, and music. They have frequent sales and I enjoyed my time here. Unfortunately, I somehow missed the kittens!

Cool place. Lots of used stuff. Process are ok for the most part. You have to wear a mask to go inside for now.

I came here with my roommate and it is one of the best thrift stores. There are live cats in the store so if you have allergy's be careful but the had a great selection of clothes and furniture and everything else. It was all priced well and it was a great atmosphere.

They have a huge selection of most things you could be looking for and even several cats that are available for adoption. I'd love to see an area where you can play/interact with the cats before deciding on one to buy, but a the same time this place is a thrift shop first so it's understandable they don't have this

My boyfriend and I love coming here on the weekends. The staff are always nice and the kitties are adorable and well-cared for. There are always some good finds here at a super cheap price!

if your lucky you can find some great buys,store needs major cleaning up and to be re organized,the workers there can ruin the shopping experience even more because they hate their job and there is people on probation forced to do community service here so don't expect any great customer service, they are all rude,un friendly,even the managers are trashy Cashiers are rude

This is a big place, and you can find cool stuff if you're willing to dig. I found some great vintage dresses at this location. Also, there are kittens in the store. I mean, c'mon.

Cause for Paws was my go-to favorite thrift shop for years. However the past few times I have been in there I was blown away with how high the prices have gotten. I know everyone needs to make a $, but if I can get the same thing brand new at Target for that price is crazy. I won't make the trip out to either Cause for Paws anymore for this reason.

Love this place! We adopted our cat from here. Never know what you'll find, but sometimes they ask too much for their stuff. It all goes to a good cause though

The cats make up for a multitude of sins, and the prices are good, but I will never understand why the clothes aren t sorted by size. It makes finding anything INCREDIBLY difficult and just feels lazy.

Wide variety of items to chose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went looking for couches/armchairs and found a love seat and over-sized arm chair at incredibly great prices! Staff were able to help get the items out of the store and into my vehicle. Bonus that they're pet friendly, the money goes to a good cause, and there are kittens and cats to adopt (or pet if you aren't looking for a new furry family member).

This is a treasure trove of goodies. And kitties! I found some fantastic sweaters and jeans here. Will definitely return.

I am an avid shopper to this store. I visit every Saturday like clockwork. They have some of the best deals around.

Way overpriced for a thrift store. Staff seemed disinterested with everything. they have a lot of broken stuff that should probably be trashed as opposed to have a high price on it. I left without buying anything after numerous times to get an employee's attention.

Every time I visit it's a great experience. Color coded tags on sales, low prices, good finds, professional staff, convenient location, love the cats. love the fact that they help cats find good homes and a portion spent goes on their care. Also add up points, and get e-mails on super savings.

Kids love that there are always cats to cuddle here. Can find some good deals, especially on pet stuff.

My first visit to this store. They have live cats for adoption in cages in the store so you can see and pet them. If you're wanting a cat go to the store and see the available cats. They have clothes, furniture, books, albums & all kinds of stuff. Their prices are a little higher than the thrift stores I'm used to shopping in but you can find some good deals here. Take your time and view everything. Don't bring non shoppers with you or you might miss a treasure.

Lots of good lost treasures found here. If you're looking for an extensive thrifty spot, this is IT.

Evelyn was an amazing help. I had called to see if there were any large sized dog crates and she checked for me immediately and even held it for me until i got there. When I came to pick it up she brought it to the front for me and even helped me find a couple other things as well. Wonderful customer service all around.

Please "like" our reviews. Handicap accessible (but challenging for wheel chairs to manuever through the aisles.) This is one of the best thrift shops in Garner. We got steals & deals! Staff were all super helpful and friendly. They have a color tag system which give 30%, 25%, 10%... They habe furniture, home goods, nice clothing and shoe items... they have some electronics and interesting items like telescopes and linens. It is very clean and well-organized. Will def be visiting in the future.

Located in a busy, sketchy part of town.. stay closer to Capital Blvd, nicer shops.

I bought a stove that had roaches in it. When I asked for a refund, and or exchange since I didn't really ask for the small zoo in my stove, I was just directed to a bald black guy. He just talked down to me like I'm wrong about my complaint, and asked me to leave....That's BS!!!! Alongside that I called they're number for a pick-up to get it, and BOTH of the drivers were clueless, argued with me, and had the nerve to tell me to lift it in the company vehicle. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

There are cats on site for adoption as well as a website where you see them. The store is packed with thrift items. Lots of sofas. The lady working this morning was really nice and helpful.

I used to go to this store more often, but in the last year or two prices seem to have gone up a lot.$6 for a well used men's tank top, $40 for a used shop vac, and so on. It is too close to the price of something that is new, and the last few times I've been in, I've left without buying anything, so I don't stop by nearly as much. In the past I've purchased quite a lot here, at least a few thousand dollars worth, so I hope somehow items can be priced more realistically in the future so it's worth returning to. On the positive side, the staff have always been nice, and sometimes you can find unique items (although that's true of most thrift stores).

It was a little too crowded but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Good prices but the place is kept alive by community service workers and the bathroom needs a little fixing. Snacks are also overpriced like who s paying a dollar for a small can of soda when theres a vending machine across the street

I just bought a quilt here for $6 or $7. Pretty one. There were KITTENS. One of the adult cats (an orange one) looked VERY irritated and unhappy...maybe even sick. I hope he is okay. The workers were very nice. A black man that was well dressed helped me out big time AND at closing time when he didnt have to. Loved it. Thanks dude.

worst customer service ever. staff even had the nerve to gossip about my friend and i for being in the dressing room 10 minutes prior to closing.

I would not recommend that you bring donations to this store. The staff is rude and acts like you are a huge inconvenience, or like they are doing you a favor by accepting your donations. Make sure you go after ten thirty am because if you go earlier they will ignore you.

i truly enjoy shopping here..i've found wonderful kitchen gadgets,tv's and clothes.i also prefer this smaller store 2 tha 1 on capital blvd.most of tha ppl r alot nicer!!

Though I only found a few things I could fit into that were cute I was so pumped that I could keep my dog In the cart. Mind you she is well trained.

Very strong smell of mold,to cluttered,they have to many things in a very small space.if you are patient to look through they have hidden gems,bought a $180 luggage bag for $7.99.samsonite.

Some of the staff act bias.. I don't like that they seemingly discriminate against dogs. They have no other animals than cats
