I have never worked with a realtor before and was always super hesitant in the past. Wow! Talk about GREAT! I am leasing a property and have been working with Kim Cavin. I am BEYOND impressed. She has been super efficient, kind, and very professional. She has even taken care of things when she wasn't in the office. I also had to make a stop into the office and everyone there was the same. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Our experience selling our home was very pleasant experience. Debby helped us in so many ways for which we are very grateful. We encountered problems with our property early on, namely a major water leak, and Debby was very patient with us throughout the whole mess. She is wonderful and we are so thankful.

Rob Faulkner was excellent. He is very friendly and professional. He made the buying process simply and stress free.

I spoke to a woman named Krista about a house i was interested in seeing. We agreed on a day and time to meet, but my girlfriend was working that day and I wanted her to be there to see the house too. She asked if i had any pets, which i told her we had 3 cats, and I asked if we could reschedule the meeting for the following Monday. No answer. I txtd again later that day, no answer. I called and txtd the following day, no answer. I txtd one last time trying to see the house and asked her if since i had cats if it was pretty much a deal breaker, and i asked her to please let me know something soon because i didnt want to waste any of my time. Still no answer, whatsoever. This really has been the very worst realtor ive ever dealt with. A simple "No." wouldve been better than just being completely ignored. I wont be using this company again.

Heather Caputo was by my side and was my advocate throughout a 5-month new build in Broken Arrow. I had full trust in her assistance.
She asked questions from the builder on my behalf that I didn't know to ask. She regularly kept in contact with me over the whole process. I contracted to build this home in Oklahoma from out of state. And I was comfortable with the process because Heather was there and knew the ins and outs and characteristics of the chosen builder. She was with me during the walk-through and my closing appointment. I will recommend Heather to anyone who needs a realtor in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area! She made the whole transaction flow much easier for me.

Jean is an awesome realtor and just an awesome lady in general. She is very attentive, always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. Ray Nash is a discredit to the industry and this company!!! Would highly recommend avoiding using Ray Nash as a real estate agent!!!

My entire family and I are disappointed in the lack of professionalism and unethical behavior displayed by agent Matthew Gray. He tried to replace a water heater and do general contract work by himself and without a permit (per the city of Tulsa investigators) and, in doing so, caused a lot of damage to heirloom furniture including our family piano and my deceased relatives living room furniture. We eventually moved elsewhere because of Grays malfeasance. I give 3 stars because my family has been part of the Tulsa community for decades and we know this is not how McGraw generally operates, and we are also hopeful that their agent Mr. Gray can learn from his mistakes and become an ethical professional who exemplifies McGraws standards.

Jenni Plaster with McGraw Realtors helped me find and buy a house and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a first-time home buyer, I was pretty clueless about most of the process and she helped me every step of the way, answering questions, providing recommendations, and offering proactive information on what to expect and what to watch out for.

Horrible experience with McGraw renting our home in Broken Arrow. The property manager rarely returned phone calls or texts. Invoiced us for everything in a relatively new home - 2015. As soon as we switched to new the prop management company they had our home rented within the first 2 days. Do not use McGraw to rent your home, one headache after the next.

I loved our realtor Patrica! She was amazing, and helped us the whole step of the way.

Although Diana did not actually represent us, we felt as though she was. There was a lot of emotion connected to this real estate transaction and Diana played a critical role in making things go smoothly during difficult times. She went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions; e.g. fielding texts and emails while overseas at her daughters wedding! Diana is a true professional and Mcgraw realtors is a great organization and I highly recommend them

I would not recommend anyone EVER do any kind of business with these people. I leased a property from them. I specifically told Chris Fowler that there was a possibility of me getting relocated for work. She said that it would not be a big deal and with proper documentation I could get out of my lease without issue. I got transferred and how to move. I gave Chris Fowler and Kim Cavin everything that they asked for! They charged me 2 more months rent and an early termination fee.. All of it was over $3000. They said I owed also for utilities after I moved out. They were paid their money and then they didn t pay the utility company. Now I have to pay that as well.. just a little word to the wise.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had a horrible overall experience with this company. It has made me really sad. It was wonderful in the beginning. The leasing agent (or whatever her position was) worked with me in getting a home in Tulsa when I was moving in from out of state.

She responded every time I had a question and was helpful throughout our correspondence. Then when i signed my lease, i found out there was another woman with whom i would be doing further business with who was my property manager. I hardly ever heard from her if at all. I still emailed or texted the leasing agent with my account numbers and payments and maintenance requests etc. My property manager managed my property poorly and without empathy to say the least. I woke up one morning with ice forming on the walls, windows, doorknob, and even on some of my belongings that were on the built in shelves.

I wrote to the property manager expressing my concern. The house was indeed equipped with gas wall mounted heaters (so they are not complete savages), but the flames made me nervous so I turned them off whenever I left the home. I called the company and the customer service rep said that she did not recommend leaving these unattended for long periods of time. I also asked my friends and coworkers what they thought and they too agreed that they shouldnt be left on while i was gone for work for 8-10 hrs a day.

I sent photos along with emails telling the property manager about this and how condensation was all over the walls and dripping into outlets and on my things. I moved all my belongings to the center of each room and even had to flip my mattress up on its side (i did not have a box spring so the bottom of my mattress was all wet from condensation and i could not sleep on it. The heaters would not heat the whole room even after being left on for hours and i was still walking around fully clothed and even with layers of sweaters and jackets and sometimes a hat to keep warm. Who wants to be walking around in their house dressed like they are outside? It is uncomfortable! I paid rent on time for 10 months before this kind of an issue (which was weather, not their fault)... But the lack of empathy and customer service boiled my blood.

The property manager would say "i will call you later" or "speak with you tomorrow" and i didnt actually hear from her for weeks. I had to email her and remind her my issue went unresolved for x amount of days (i mentioned the number of days in probably every email) and she responds with "sorry you were waiting to hear from me, i was on the phone when the maintenance man was installing the heater". She used the word "installing" which really, all the maintenance man did was leave a small portable heater (size of a water gallon jug) in the garage for me to grab and plug in. That hardly did anything. It helped but barely. I pushed my couch up close to the wall heater. Used two comforters, fully dressed, with my two dogs sleeping on the couch with me for heat throughout the night.it was ridiculous.

Finally i tried to negotiate with the property manager because i was paying too much to live this uncomfortably. I heard on the news people were being relocated from their homes because the apartment complex couldnt provide adequate heat for their tenants. I also heard on the news a womans house burned down (which i assumed was from a heater- source still unknown) so leaving gas wall heaters on was really not something i wanted to do.

I waited days - suffering the cold each day - and didn't hear back. So i finally moved out and turned in my keys. Now i am getting notices every month that i owe rent and a late fee for each month gone unpaid. This week they sent a threat for eviction. I have been out of the property for three months and NOW i hear from them. They are harrassing me for payment but didnt hear me when i came to them with an issue. I was trying to be understanding and patient but they pushed me to go elsewhere. Now I'm in a cheap apartment complex that has spiders and mice but I'm happy because at least I am warm. How messed up is that?

My house was in the process of being renovated. She communicated with other realtors and suggested that changes me made to that downstairs bathroom. This was part of the renovation. This property had quite a few viewers.

Worst rental company! Doesn't return calls or emails and extremely unprofessional. Ong Xong has no personal skills. They fraudulently made false move out charges on a house that had been condemned by the city health department and instead of fixing the issues at hand went ahead and rented anyway.

Jamie was referred to me. She gave me a lot of options, asked questions and listened to my answers. She was most professional and very attentive to my needs. I have referred her to others as well.

McGraw is a fantastic real estate company. I used them to buy and sell my first home. I especially recommend Laura Bryant! Will definitely use her and this agency for future real estate purchases.

My wife and I relocated from New York to Broken Arrow, OK. Our realtor, Heather Caputo, was nothing short of amazing. We told her what we were looking for and she quickly identified which properties were the best for us. She has a thorough knowledge of the area. She arranged visits, and set up meetings with builders. We then decided to have a house built. Heather was intimately involved with every detail of the process including frequently visiting the property and sending us pictures , videos and updates. Since we were having this done long distance, Heather served as our eyes and ears and was the interface between us and the builder. I honestly don't know how anyone could have done a better job. On top of all that, she was a pleasure to work with.

Lindy was fantastic at communicating with me through her thoughts about pricing, furniture, closing dates, and the list goes on. Having a litigation background, she made me feel very secure with our demands for repairs and ensured me that I was in the right hands. As the seller, felt as if the listing agent was working for the buyer and not me the whole time. As a former real estate agent, I'd recommend a Keller Williams agent.

Worst business practices ever. Rented a house from them for 2 years, and left the house nicer than when we moved in. Their idea of a final walkthrough was to stay in the garage and take the keys. Never went into the house or gave us a list of anything to repair. Not only did we not get our deposit back, they tried to bill us. Do not rent from these slumlords.

Absolute Best realtor we ve ever had!!! From start to finish Joyce took care of us and led us through the entire process. She helped us sell our property to the first and only buyer who looked at it.

Our home of almost 20 years was placed on the market a couple times before with no luck. The stars must have lined up this time to enable the closing of the sale.

After 6 months with very few showings, we were feeling a little helpless as to what to do to sell our mother's house. Neither my brother nor I live in Tulsa or were familiar with any realtors. We asked around the neighborhood and were given Pat's name. He was just what we needed! He gave us helpful advice for updating and making the house more marketable/buyer friendly and he even worked to get us several bids and the contractors we needed to do the updates and repairs. He also regularly checked on the house to make sure things were ok since it was empty. After doing the advised updates and putting the house back on the market, we received an offer after the 1st day it was shown! Pat is very friendly, professional and a great communicator. Zero stars would be more accurate than one star. We have bought a house through McGraw & it was a horrible experience. We decided to give them another chance when we found a house we wanted to rent, even though it was through McGraw. The realtor seemed very nice, however her true colors showed once we got in there. It has been a nightmare as well. They care about nothing once they have you in there & have your money. There are tons of realtors out there, we would highly recommend you to find a different one.

My agent did an excellent job of helping out with contractors, marketing, closing, etc... Very hard when a parent passes away and you are dealing with so many things and the biggest thing to typically deal with is the home. Thank you so much Heather M for all that you did. WIll be calling you shortly!!!

Roger was very patient and continued to work with us until we found that perfect lake house. We look at houses for almost 2 years off and on and Roger never wavered in his commitment in assisting us with our home search. We couldn t be more pleased with the outcome.

Estella Alvarez was my realtor. I just so happen to comment on a post on fb about my frustrations with getting financed. I have great credit and make good money but for some reason kept getting turned down. Estella sent me a pm that said i have a guy that can get it done for you. I didn t have much faith that he could do it. And to be honest there for a while it looked like it wasn t going to happen. But they finally got it done and i closed on my home December 10,2018. Estella was very helpful and graciously put up with my panicky messages and did her best to calm my nerves.
