We were first-time sellers and Jamie walked us through the entire process, answering our many questions and providing us much needed encouragement and confidence in the process. She went above and beyond by providing us with packing materials, providing us with resources to get rid of things we could not take with us, like an enormous upright grand piano! She even came to our going-away party. She became very endearing to us throughout the selling process. She is a true gem!
