Jean is an awesome realtor and just an awesome lady in general. She is very attentive, always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. This lady knows her stuff when it comes to real estate but on top of that, she is patient and remains cool, calm and collected in difficult situations. She was with me every step of the way through a difficult buying situation with a shady and non-communicative realtor on the other side. At times when I was frustrated to the point of walking away, Jean remained diplomatic and always had words of encouragement. I'm so glad I had Jean to get me through the bumpy process and not let me give up so that I now have the wonderful home I have!
