Classic good and fast McDonald's service. I hate to say I enjoy the occasional double cheeseburger. Credits to the staff here for never making a mistake.

Stop here on the way to Brisbane/the coast. Nice lunch or breakfast stop on the way to the city.

The burgers aren't swimming in oil and grease, not to mention I swear I saw not one but TWO employees actually smiling. And not that fake ass smiling, like actual genuine emotion. Best fast food joint around to eat my feelings!

Great service at any time, day or night! Went there in the wee hours of the morning recently, there was a wait on some parts of our food (understandable in the middle of the night) and the staff member on drive thru was so lovely and gave us extra fries to make up for the wait! Never had a problem here and staff are always amazing.

I have tbh here. We only went here because it was for my son's friend's birthday party. The food in any Macca's always make my stomach cramp up so needless to say, I didn't eat but my little guy was entertained well by the staff.

Convenient location. Food is as any other McDonalds. 24X7. Ample parking and good customer service

Only used the drive thru, and it was tricky to navigate. Food was above average for the franchise.

Don't you to this place for a cup of coffee the have no Idea how to make a good cup of coffee and when you complain you get scoffed at by the staff, if you want a great cup of coffee than go to McDonald's in kangaroo Point they do know what they are doing.

Service can be slow at times. Food can be underdone as well.

Went through drive through and had to wait over five minutes for the food to be ready, only to realise they'd forgotten the BBQ sauce and had to go back in to grab it. If you don't know how to drive-through, maybe don't have one?

Had a bad experience with a rude staff member in the drive through. There are always hungry, bored Police here.

One of the best McDonald's I've visited, the staff are always under the pump but 5 mins and you'll have your food.

Finally 24/7. Good service and standard maccas food

Carpark layout isn't great for walk in customers, but the restaurant itself is catered for online, kiosk and drive through purchases. Nice that they have a serve yourself sauce table.

Service was absolutely appalling was ignored by staff members turning their back whilst waiting in line to mack an order 15 minutes, there were more employees then customers. When I was making a complaint to the manager she turned her back and walked away after refusing to talk to me or tell me her name .I placed my order I then began to wait another 20 minutes as I was waiting for my order I could see that my order was half ready sitting there for over 10 minutes after receiving my completed order my Burger was cold also while standing in line I could see that the kitchen was filthy and employees were standing around trying to look busy and not serving customers they were more concerned about ubereats then their customers in store . I have never in my life been to a disorganized and unprofessional McDonalds in my life .CUSTOMERS SERVE 0 .

I love how they have decorated the place, looks pretty cool. Unfortunately my family and i had bad experiences with our coffees and tea, we complained to a male manager who was extremely rude being sarcastic which has left a very sour taste in my mouth, as i have never encountered a manager who acted that way.

i only have three words:
1. unhealthy
2. unhygienic
3. long wait

My chips were almost all in the bag as the packet was upside-down. My coffee flappe was cover in the drink and dripping when I was headed it through my car window, also there was no ice so it was just a coffee thickshake, the ice clearly is needed as it was no enjoyable at all. My Angus burger was beautiful could have been a little hotter but tasty. The drive through speaker is on a busy road so very hard to hear.

Worst customer service, when someone says they don't have the cup tray dont force it onto someone and drop the tray of frappes all over them. And then when you go to remake the order you still stuff up the order, nothing but rude customer service.

Karl was a fantastic manager, patiently training an employee, and the food was the best we've had at Maccas. Thanks!

There's always bound to be less people during public holidays, etc. So I am thoroughly impressed with the quality service and product we received. Double Quater Pounder was juicy, the vanilla shake was actually vanilla I've been to other maccas and it's been caramel or something other than Vanilla so definitely 10 out of 10 and they were kind enough to wipe our table down promptly so definitely best place to be after a crazy busy day ^-^

They have an efficient staff and could run rings around the staff at the queen street mall location.

They can not get an order right to save their lives. Three times I've ordered uber eats from this miserable excuse for a macdonalds and even with all 14 of the cumulative brain cells the staff here probably share they got it wrong each time. I wouldnt trust the braindead wombles who work here to make my rice bubbles. How fitting that their mascot is a clown because these moronic jokers make looking like an idiot a professional sport. Zero stars, except google makes me put at least one.

Awesome service - were helpful, friendly and efficient. Ill likely choose this maccas over the one near my home. It has a nice atmosphere and is clean.

I only come to annerley McDonald's when I'm desperate since I live a few minutes away but I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the next McDonald's location than here. Every time I come here, the staff is extremely unprofessional and untrained.. and the food quality here is horrendous. Don't let the exterior and interior design fool you, it looks fancier than most McDonald's but man...

Credit card machines don't work to pay for your food. Very unprofessional and poor

Ordered a double sausage and egg Mcmuffin this morning but given a single instead (the muffin was stale), ate in so was replaced easily, last week in drive thru they did the same mix up but was down the road so it was too late. Carpark has small potholes, this is usually a well run McDonald's but is looking a bit tired. I asked the manager if it was the cook, he said no.

This is one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to. They've got nice decor, and a place to make your food in front of you. Their cafe is in a prominent position, and they also have a free meeting room (if that's what you're in to).

Customer service wasn't great when I was there. Expect better from McDonald's.

Very friendly atmosphere and good vibes. I had my 20th birthday here, letting the staff know it the my end as a "teen" and they made sure it was an authentic experience. Best Maccas I know!

Consistently leave out items from drive through order.

Ordered the chipotle pulled pork burger in a large meal, burger had hardly any pork on it just a whole load of sauce and mayo and soggy coleslaw for $13.50 this was the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. Also there is NEVER chipotle mayo left in the sauce dispenser ive been a number of times and there was none, how hard is it really? Come get your act together!

Looked dirty, with staff just kicking rubbish around kitchen floor rather than cleaning it up.

Had create your taste here, was great. I received table service and the food was amazing.

Usual Maccas experience but with benefit of large kids playground and party area. Multi drive through lanes work well.

It's clean a modern environment. The staff are lovely and the quality of good is always great for a maccas
