McDonalds, Annerley QLD Review

Lots of carpark spots, and helpful staff comes fast to help when we couldn't order on the screen. Handy location for a drive through

What kind of Large chips is this half empty ? I am not lying with the picture. The amount of the large chips has to be consistent always. This is not the first and won't be the last I guess !!!

Okay, it's a Maccas, so you know what you're getting, food wise, but I liked that my order was brought to the table (dunno if this happens when they're busy). Lose a star for the tiny parking spaces.

God damn Annerly, you don't disapoint. In my honest opinion this is the best McDonald's that I have visited in Brisbane and if I consistently find my self comparing other fast food joints to this one. Fast? Check! Fresh? Check! Friendly? Check! Also give your cafe staff a raise, they do some great work! Keep it up!

Wide Open Space fast service entrance and exit little dodgy to get in and out of really worn surface on car park

These guys are heroes, they are always busy, yet they keep together. They deserve better support from Maccas HQ.

Everytime I go in there they stuff up my order. The burgers are cold that they serve there.

Our life seems to be a series of coffee stops while the kids are asleep in the car, but this has to be hands down the best drive through experience - CHECK OUT THIS REAL GREEN WALL.

As always the coffee was consistent, friendly staff and quick service.

Stop asking me to rate McDonald's. It's McDonald's. It's always the same.

My favourite Maccas restaurant - modern, clean and great staff that bring food straight to your table (minimising the amount of effort on your part, which, let's face it, is exactly why you would go to McDonald's).

Wasn't happy to be told by a manager to use the ordering screens instead of the counter because they were busy. Couldn't find the items I wanted to order so had to line up anyway. Jaye

Awesome low-carb options when you're on the run. Annerley is one of the few Macca's in South Brisbane that wraps the lettuce wrapped burger in paper for ease of handling.

Went for brekkie, everything was great. The bathroom was a little small, and the bathroom sink was small and not very clean but no biggie.

It's not crowded at all. And you have table service if you want.

It's a good place to take the kids, as they love the playground.

I wouldn't normally review McDonald's but felt I wanted go after visiting today. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got the nicest coffee I've had for quite a while and the cinnamon scroll was divine. The lady who brought out our order asked if I would like it heated up and brought it back out with a smile. Kids were happy in the playground so I got to relax for a whole half hour by myself!

My wife and I have breakfast here at least once a week, and it's never a disappointment. Good food (I recommend the brioche breakfast bun - I'm vegetarian so I get it without bacon), great prices, comfy booth seating, and very good service. Strongly recommend.

Pleasant staff on drive through but our food was barely warm.

The service is efficient and of good quality. Friendly staff. The facilities are not very spacious, but there are parking and recreation areas for children.

One of the few mcdonalds restaurants that actually follow all special adjustments to orders. Staff are efficient and polite and provide quality food and service. I will go out of my way to get food from this particular maccas. Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly staff n decent Maccas food though the hot fudge sundaes have never been hot. This McDonalds is 24hrs.

They got our order wrong after waiting for ten minutes, then the last tried to tell me it was my fault. After telling her what I ordered she replaced my burger and gave me my missing items. Lucky I kept my receipt. She was very ride and even another staff member apologized.

They have a create your taste (CYT) burger bar. It is absolutely delicious and looks great! It is a must try if you've never been before. They also do delivery now.

The parking lot is horrible if you're barely awake and hangry. Trust me.

Visited this McDonald's late on Friday night when the drive through was particularly busy. They served up a nice Double big Mac with light sauce as requested and the fries were just cooked and crispy, unlike most of the other mcdonalds that serve up soggy fries. Overall a decent place for a late night snack.

The reason why I rated 3/5 is because I ordered one double Big Mac, but they made a Big Mac for me. The good thing is that the staff followed my customization, no cheese no sauce. I usually check the product before I go cause I ve experienced that so many times in other McDonald s. Maybe they are so busy that cannot prepare everything perfectly. So, check the product you ordered before take it away.

I enjoy Maccas and their Create your burger thing! It's an amazing and very attractive strategy for the fast food chain. I've been to many Maccas in/around Brisbane, and have to say that the one in Annerley has the best interior so far and the worst kitchen staff. Don't get me wrong, they are friendly and try their best to smile. However they can't do this special burgers properly. Tried Lettuce Wrap burgers couple of times in this restaurant and they never wrap it properly. Everything falls out and it's uncomfortable to hold and eat. Don't they get a sort of training on how to?!

Excellent restaurant for McDonald's. The best I have known. The experience ruined somewhat by their counterparts staff Charlotte who was snappy and rude. Good manners and the fact of the kids nearby left me biting my tongue in resentment.

Haven't been here in a little while. Simply adore the artistic talent of the Barista. Love the Bear design on my Latte.

Ordered several menu items that were rubbery soggy and smelly i would be careful of the food there. Probably old and way passed due date hope no one gets food poisoning from this place. id give no stars for that but cant even do that.
