Only the slope in the parking area is inconvenient. The rest is good.

Pay window is right on the corner and you litterally have to open door and get out of car to pay if in a 4wd

Clean, fast, recently refurbed. Maccas makes a good iced chai latte.

Great maccas great for parties with split level the bottom level for parties and the restraunt upstairs only one I've seen like that. Great play ground for kids two levels. Great service great food.

The person serving stuffed up 3 orders in a row. One question was asked does the icecream that was ordered come with choc fudge if so we will have 2, answer was yes. It did not come with it when questioned after getting it she said no it does not and said here ill just put some in but its not meant to. Never smiled once even handing the order over was an effort, not even a thank you. Also the napkins were empty, i hsd to ask for some to clean a table and was handed 4 only. No one offered to clean it with 2 people in the cafe part.
Also seen a customers coffee made and sat for 20 minutes, the number was called 3 times in that time, eventualy it was taken out to the customer who had a table number given to them. Worst McDonalds we have been to.

I always get consistently great service at this Maccas. It's surprising, considering it's generally a bad area with mentally ill people and drug addicts roaming the streets. Well done, offering great service in a not so nice part of Brisbane.

Looks good inside. If you are dropping people off at the PA hospital it's a good spot to stop.

Things were difficult for crew to serve me a double filletofish. Also no napkins in my take away bag

I just left here about 15 minutes ago with my order and upon arriving home found out that they forgot; the two big mac sauces I ordered, the mcbites i ordered, one of the 6 packs of nuggets i ordered and the other 6 pack only had 5 in them. I couldn't be bothered to drive back and fix it so my sister and I just copped it. I normally wouldn't say anything but this happens almost every time I order from this store in the chain, they forget at least one thing. I dont normally say anything because mistakes can happen, but they seem to happen consistently here. And the loss of money adds up. Be better.

Even though this would have to be one the oldest, most poorly run Macaas in Brisbane, with the rudest, unkempt staff, it is still in handy proximity. In the 30+ years I have chosen to actually eat McDonald's, they are STILL yet to give me the correct order and one worth eating!!

Waited for 30mins and finally when we got our meals was all wrong. Chicken salad was served with chocolate sauce??? Who has this??? It was a drive thru order and we saw this when we reached home. Please Macca's get your act together as people don't have time for this!!!

Only went after midnight, when it wasnt crowded and mostly its uber drivers waiting. I would say this place is one of the better Macas in terms of hygiene.

Nice modern look chill with mates at the mccafe or grab a meal to go. If there busy the restaurant can be a little messy but generally pretty good

Children's play equipment is wonderful, although it would be very hot on hotter days.

It's ok. Like any other McDonalds. Just beware of the drive through in and out. Great for kids parties downstairs.

Bad service 10 minutes in line waiting no service know its Christmas day and all but come on 10 that bs

Waited over 15 minutes for my takeaway order before guessing that they somehow missed it. Mistakes happen I get it, but then found out at home that they forgot the dressing for my salad as well. Was treated rudely by a staff on a previous visit too. Will be avoiding this branch in the future.

Clean and modern with upgraded interior furnishings. Can do special order as well.

Roomy facility and very nice staff. Good coffee to start the day.

Most of the time they are good, some busy periods may get a missing order or wrong oder. Double check before you go and grab a receipt
