Food was pretty good and service through drive through was quick.

Went through drive thru and they didn t have kids Calcium poppers so they offered my milkshakes instead with no discussion of extra cost and then when i went to pay they charged me extra. When I complained they said they ll bring it up with their manager but i still had to pay the extra charge!! Final straw- they always get something wrong in the order whether it be they forget sauces, or forget to take out pickles when requested. Very poor service. Flustered when busy.

I was served by a lady in drive thru that could not rush me thru fast enough...very impatient...would have understood if they were busy...but i was the only car at the time. Then didnt even take my order properly anyway and didnt include 2 large fries in the order. When I noticed this at the pick up they informed me that in fact the manager wanted them to show me the duplicate receipt that showed i was only charged for 3 fries not 5. I said that i was happy to pay for them but still needed them. I returned to the hospital with the 70 dollar order for my family only to find out that the burger box with the grill slip saying chicken clubhouse was in fact some sort of beef burger. Not great. Poor service. Poor food quality.

Well, didn't see much people there! Not busy less than usual, perhaps two people outside by the veranda, and a few insides.

Definitely one of the better mcdonalds around, parking needs to be relined, impossibly small parks

Really good fast service. Nuggets and fries where hot and fresh as can be. Definitely one of the better McDonald s around Brisbane.

Good location and plenty of parking spaces. I saw preorder touch screen first time. Staff helped and explained how to use new facilities. Excellent service

The only downside to this place it, that the drive thru is very tight. So if u have a big Ute or car, I wouldn't advice using the drive thru

Absolutely disgusting, stale, old Big Macs with long death grey lettuce and chewy cardboard-like buns. Would give zero stars if possible. Worst Maccas in Brisbane.

You get what you pay for with mcdonalds. Its fast food after all. On the plus side it has duel ordering lanes

They served me undercooked fries, and when I pointed it out (I could see the fryer) they said it was cooked enough for me. Then I got sick from it. But I was really drunk. Never again!

Worst fast food place ever! They literally took half an hour to make just a cheesburger and sprite, the place was barely crowded. Not to add the fact Maccas is really poisonous and super unhealthy. NEVER COME HERE EVER!

One Saturday sad morning. Just a quick breakfast I thought. Bacon and egg mac muffin. With a flat withe for sit in. Took the fast food tucker 14 minutes as while my coffee was cooling lonely on the counter. The muffin was looking lite it was beaten and went around the world. Sadly a very poor performance . My advise bring time and don't expect much.

Kids entertainment area is much bigger than typical McDonald's. Perfect for birthday parties.

One of the best Maccas, it has a range of services that place it as one of the leading McDonald's. It has table service, a meeting room that can be booked, new technology to increase customer interaction and a diverse range on its menu. There is always plenty of carparking, but the drive through always seems busy but fast.

Very slow service rubbish on tables and bins that were over flowing with rubbish

Breakfast is good, and also has the most healthy options than the rest of the menu.

Come one, come all to the failure of service this McDonalds brings! Hurrah hurrah, enjoy your missing items, half filled chips, drinks being spilled in your ice cream. That's right you wanted great service and we are so happy to see the worst instead.

Hopeless beyond belief. Second time I ve ever been to this store. Slower than a tortoise on its way for a sun bake, order wrong. Letting down the brand.

Easily the best MacDonalds in Brisbane. Staff are fast and the food is actually fresh and nothing missing! Yay!

I've been eating here for one year, never had hot fries

This is one of the good restaurants. Coffee is always great quality. The staff at Annerley McDonald is very helpful, polite and give us a good service. Most of the staff there always smile. There are friendly and clean up the table quickly. My partner and I love the place.

Never had an issue with this Macca's location. Shane it shuts early-ish but I think they can't get approval to be open later.

Nice large store that's been updated recently. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Staff friendly but forgot to give sauce with nuggets and perriperri wrap was tasty but poorly wrapped and it fell apart at the bottom. Cooparoo better.

Scene: Maccas Birthday Party with 27 kids.

Staff on the day were clueless as to how to host a party.

Food Arrived as expected, most other things like music, air conditioning and games organization were eye rollingly lame.

Coffee was as expected

Good Maccas and better priced than others. AKA large coffee $5.75 vs $6.20 at some. Chips are always fresh and they actually put heaps of mayo on a double McChicken which I like very much. Fast too - but there are a lot of terrible drivers who mount the yellow thing when exiting the car park lol.

McDonald's Annerley is the go to for
a great coffee. They use really good coffee beans and the baristas know coffee. Try it.

Probably the nicest maccas I've been in. Has a Cafe feel to the new section. High quality CYT offerings and large menu selection. Feels like the flagship store for south Brisbane.

Great service with delivering food to the table. Certain Staff were very loud & needed to keep their voice down when swearing & talking rudely about customers. Food was great. Coffee was amazing.

If you have a low slung car, avoid the car park's scrapy quality.
I know you are hungry (you must be)...

Be nice if they put all of my food in the bag before I leave so I don't have to come back

Who even reviews a McDonald's anyway? I do, cause Google asked me to do it and I have to do what she says. So sit back and enjoy this thorough review. So my big existence of a human being was really hungry at 10pm. I thought hey I might as well fail my new years resolution right now, let's get some McNuggets. Then I thought, hey, ordering at McDonald's is way too difficult. So I downloaded their MyMacca's app so ingesting calories could be quicker and more pain free if I use it to order and just pick up at the store. From time of download to ordering and putting in all my info it took about 10 minutes (I live 3 minutes away from McDonald's.) I leave my house and roll up to the ordering screen in my car thinking I'm some kinda of genius for skipping the ordering process. "Hey, I have a pick up order." "Okay, what is your order number?" "BG71." "Okay, drive thru." I pull up to the window to get my food. My drink is handed to me. I put on a good podcast so I can get in the zone and eat my McDonald's in shame by myself in their dark parking lot. This way I can get rid of the evidence before I leave. My wife is really negative about my need for fast food. This podcast was getting really good and then I realized, I've been waiting like 4 minutes for this food to come up. I look into the store at the random cook I can see, marking sure to have a very displeased look on my face. The window opens a minute later and the nice young lady passes my obesity for the day to me in a nice brown paper bag. I pull into a spot next to the trash can so I don't have to walk far when the meal is finished. Open the bag... Where's the friggin sweet and sour sauce I ordered with my nuggets?! I angrily put the car into drive and go back to the ordering screen. "How can I help you?" "You forgot my sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets." "Oh sorry, drive up and we can give it to you." I drive around the corner, three cars ahead of me. Just my luck. I pull up to the window almost 5 minutes later and they pass my sugar syrup to me so I can dip my nuggs. Before the guy could close the window I said "Hey." He looks at me confused. "When I order on the app do you start making the food before I get here or what?" "No, we make it when you tell us the order number at the ordering screen." "So is there really a point in using the app to order ahead?" "No, not really." "Okay, thanks." I drive back to my cardiac arrest food zone next to the trash can. Devour my nuggs in peace and dispose of my single use McDonald's garbage. And all I can think about on the way home is what I'm going to watch on Netflix so I can lay flat to aid in the digestive process. So all in all, not a big deal. Just another day. But when I get home Google sends me a notification that I should rate my experience that I didn't want to think about again. Yet here we are reading this long as review about something that doesn't really matter. And now I have PTSD.

don't buy 24 nuggets here, they will give you 22 or less then what they say. If you call up to complain they don't care. absolutely disgusting service. DONT COME HERE!!

Poor service and stupidly leads to inefficiency and increased green house gasses. Good on you for the two orders per car and the stupid grin by the attendant at the end of the second time around was good too.

Don't go to Maccas often but this place was nice and had good service too.

Was given excellent service by a younger crew member. Friendly staff.
