Service was good, but could improve in drive through coordination.

charged our phones here when we had no power gave us free water. what would i do with do without them

Went for a children's birthday party. It was good just a little disorganised. Would recommend for a kids birthday event.

Well, we all know the brand but this burger is the best. If you need an energetic breakky then you must try this aussie delicates. A lot of bacon and bbq sauce its stunning!!! Maybe they can improve the service, but that's ok.

Restaurant was filthy. I usually don't hold a Maccas to very high standards against other actual restaurants, but this was astonishing. The only table I could sit on was one that the people who where getting up off it where kind enough to clear themselves. There was a drink spill a metre from the front counter that no one had bothered to clean up that was visibly drying, like they thought a slippery when wet sign would suffice. The toilets were noticeably dirty. If this is how they keep parts of the store the customers are able to see I hate to imagine the state of the kitchen. Food was average.

This branch by far the worst in brisbane. Lazy staff who always mistake youre order and rude even if they are wrong. I will recommend avoiding this branch

After the refurbishment this is one of the better Macdonald's to go to both inside and outside. Not clammy inside and a shielded overlooking outside section.

I reccomened the chicken Caesar wrap... it is a yum fast and healthy option!!!

This particular McDonalds has the whole touch screen set up so you can quickly select the what you want instead of standing and waiting to order.
Defintely recommend quickly stopping and using the touch screens if there is a long line of cars in the drive thru. The McDonald's burgers were actually pretty good here too... As far as McDonald's can go. They were fresh and quite got when we got ours, but it may be because it was late at night and they needed to make more.

Classy Macca's with a busy but brisk drive-through.

slowest maccas around, for years its been the same and the only plus side is the computer ordering yourself as you can order quickly, food takes for ever and the female manager is always rude

Ordered a large cappuccino in a mug, got a paper cup and attitude for my trouble.

Nice place to work on papers and sip beautiful coffee in the cool air

They gave our burgers to somebody else, weren't forthcoming admitting they made an error, then after 12 mins still not having received our meals they admitted fault and said we could have some complementary desserts. When we went to redeem our choice of desserts we were initially told that would be a sundae only. Eventually citing our grievances the on duty manager gave us two McCafe desserts something I believe should of been forthcoming to begin with.

Food is always fresh for Macca's, however you have to check your order because there is always something missing

Chai Latte excellent. Food very good. Staff excellent but did notice many were older than normal. Tables not clean, floors dirty and toilets needed attention. It was Australia Day but not that busy.

Open 24hrs. Great place if you have kids that wake up before dawn

The place is great it has nice seating and has a place for birthday parties underneath which is really nice.

Fairly fresh hot fries. Friendly staff. Not as fast as some others and Make sure to check your order and that you get everything!!!

Usually fine but recently got a "sprite" that was not even subtle with how watered down it was. Must've been 90% water, I could not taste any sprite at all

A good strategic position for traffic on Ipswich & Annerley roads. Food was good & view over Ipswich road good.

The playgrounds real good. It like 5 storeys tall but only I knows the secret way. They forgots the cheese on my junior burger

This McDonald's restaurant is one of the better establishments within the franchise. With an innovative playground for the kids and a retro fit out in part of the restaurant, it feels more like a trendy burger joint than a typical McDonald's. As far as food goes, it's McDonald's and you get the McDonald's you know and expect; really can't fault that because you know what it you're getting.

It's 24 hours now, so when the cravings come knocking, fat filled food comes... after a short wait in the drive through.

Annerley MDs meals cost more than other MDs. Shop around. They don't run with the standard recommended prices.

They sometimes forget my order, they sometimes give me drinks without a drink holder. Items on the menu that are not available anymore, still are showen as available.

Attended a birthday party at this store. I was puzzled as to why the guest choose a McDonald's a half an hour away from where they live instead of their local 5mins away. When we arrived we totally understood, this store has a complete floor just for the party. It was so nice to sit and talk to other parents at the party without having to feel squashed and in the way of other customers. For parties will definitely remember this store.

Food ready pretty quick, but the place was very dirty.

I got home from getting drive through and the lid on my coke had the little option bubbles pushed in!!!! That is the only reason I go to Maccas, it gives me joy and now I m just sad Also my chips where cold

Haven't been for a while and is it just me or are the burgers getting smaller and the prices getting bigger lol and the most expensive burgers have the smallest meat paddy's ever like really thin now and smaller buns ridiculously expensive food for what you get hate to take the family it would cost a fortune steer clear not good value for money cheers

McDonald's use this as the test fit store for Queensland so you're always see them trialing things in this store

Really good coffee @McCafe and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Late afternoon visit, so not full of screaming kids and annoying teens

Very Fast! I ordered the 10pc Mcnugget meal with a coke and the staff were fast, frindly and efficient! Seemed very clean!

Cleanest MacDonald restaurant in Brisbane. Great staff.
