Great friendly service through drive through. Probably the only Macca's I've been through where the voice in the speaker doesn't sound like they hate their job!

Clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nice place overall.

Staff were very busy, yet still delivered fast, friendly & professional service. Very well run team who are passionate about their work & customers.

Great Macca's! Has an awesome playground. A seperate area down stairs for kids parties. Overall good customer service.

Have been here a few times now, really like the 2 storey layout: kids can make heaps of noise downstairs and adults professionals get a quiet space upstairs. NOTE: the playground is too small for an adult to enter if required (i.e. don't lose your kid).

The most fanciest McDonald's I've ever been to. They have CYT for both breakfast and lunch. Definitely worth a try. Has also the classic menu such as Big Mac etc.

Incompetent delivery service. 2nd delivery order incomplete. Chose another store. If they read this it's order no 950063-31/12/2017-25090.

For a mcdonalds, this is the best I ve had. Good service, good playground for kids, food is good for a mcdonalds.

Filthy tables slow service was hoping for the "new" maccas experience and got old disgusting maccas.

As far as maccas go this place is top notch. Lots of screens, space, customisable music, competent staff. A couple of recharge points for devices (3). Signage for wheelchair access could be better so you know which direction to go after parking but that's about it.

Manager wants to kick you out the second you finish meal

Not sure why I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink, pretty sure they don't need to be cooked yo.

Had an order go wrong. So I called the manager. The manager (Tim Morgan) proceeded to tell me that two burgers (that were in the order) would be given free. I explained nothing is free if you have paid for it. Unwilling to fix things smoothly and had to be quite upset on the phone to get anything done. I have had more then one order at this store messed up. Of the 20 or so times visited about 8 of those have been filled out wrong. DO NOT LEAVE STORE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. Poor customer service so 1 star.

It's actually quite a good, and upmarket McDonalds.

worst drive through service , always have to wait and you never get what you pay for. Plus it closes at 10pm. On a main road in Brisbane.

Good parking easy access both streets. Efficient service of hot meals by friendly staff. Plenty of sesting. Clean toilets.

Just went though drive through.
Was asked 4 Times to place an order while trying to read the menu with in a space of 20 seconds. So I rushed the order then got told to park for 2 items after rushing me to order.

Again... What can you say about MacDonald's. It physically exists, has opening hours and provides some kinds of food.

Has a pretty cool kids area which really influenced the review of this otherwise deeply beige place.

Very poor service. Only person standing at registers and not a single acknowledgement by the 3 staff members who walked back and forth, took 7 minutes to be attended to. Duty manager was rude and abrupt to two of the drive thru customers.

McDonald's in their infinite wisdom have deleted the $25 value meals from their menus!I

TERRIBLE PLACE! The "$0.60 soft cone" was $0.85 and the coffee was extremely watery.
Try going to another Maccas if possible.

Good explanation of food offering and food tasted well cooked....Coffee was late due to no staff manning the Mc Cafe station..
But the young female member who was clearing tables and spray/wipef table...apologised for her not on time service...but she seemed to be run off her feet.....maybe a bit short staffed tonight...Monday 1st may 2017.

Good maccas clean, fast service and polite staff. Play ground was fun for kids.nice out door seating as well as in door. This maccas has table service wifi, all of the mod cons. Gardens are well maintained.

Just grabbed a couple of coffees, it was surprisingly nice. Wish u could say the same for the restaurant, whilst it was clean-ish (for Maccas), it was really cold.

Can't say I lived it as my client wanted to go there, but the staff were nice and helpful the service was quick and the coffee was good

Great Unique Buger Bar here. Its different, its more goumet.

This MacDonalds is really nicely renovated and they have cool little specials I've never seen at other stores. Double shots coffees from here don't taste burnt.

Not easy to park and always busy, driveway is very tricky

Food is good but stuff is rude af they don't even greet idk just because I'm dark skin but whenever i see white customers there staff always greet with smile but for me they're rude af !

Unfortunately it's my local. My family, friends and I call this the lucky dip Mecca's. Even if you order something specific chances are you'll end up with whatever they want to give you. Also, they can't assemble burgers to save themselves. 10/10 would avoid this restaurant.

Young staff always getting drink orders wrong. Have to exit vehicle because speaker is too far away and they never can hear you.

Probably the nicest maccas ive ever been to, ultra modern and clean, food is standard for maccas nothing special.

It's a great place to dine in. The place is clean and their staff are friendly here.

Overall cleanliness was lacking, staff were sarcastic and rude to some customers, food was okay but lacking.

4* and not 5 only because it's not 24/7.

However it's the best Maccas I have ever been around Oz.

Looks brand new, nice style, very quick service, good team of young smiling people and for the first time I have seen recharge stations for electronic devices.

You should definitely keep it open 24/7

06th September 12:50 am.. The worst burger i ve ever had .. had literally no mayo and looked like it was there for 8 hours.. the worst part i was made to wait as if they were gonna serve fresh. Never going back

If Maccas is what you're after then this one will serve that purpose. Open 24hrs and they're quite busy so everything is generally "fresh" when you get it unlike some other 24hr establishments.

Opinion is based on having visited maybe two or three times a year for >a decade.

Went on a Sunday and were very busy. Obviously didn't have time to clean or mop toilets!!

After finding out about how much they're spending on Halal certification every year and how much of their meat is deliberately Halal, I've now sworn off the restaurant. I'm not interested in endorsing animal abuse for superstition.

Free sauce bar!!! Cool burger place has a salad bar open kitchen. Very fresh looking, retro feel

A place to park my city cycle near the entrance which was handy, and friendly staff. Got a $1 Large Chocolate Thick shake, with a $1 Hamburger, and the $5.95 Big Mac Meal with a Cheeseburger. My hunger was perfectly satiated, and I saved over $8 buckaroos! You gotta make the most of those deals :)
