Food was fine for McDonald's but the downstairs area smelled really bad as soon as we started walking down, smelled like mould and there was water leaking from the roof.

Very nice to have good service and nice staff. Thanks for this Mcdonalds Annerly, also free sauce!!

Mc Donald's Annerley is the ONLY maccas that CONSISTENTLY has good bacon egg mcmuffins and the drive thru is ALWAYS quick and efficient. Havent actually ever had an issue with an order here which is rare

Fast service. Clean restaurant bathrooms were spotless

McCafe drink, although good, was served without cream. I get it, sometimes you run out... But they should have explained that. I had to follow up, and they responded with no form of apology.

Efficient and very friendly staff especially if you are a regular. Avoid drive through during wet weather as ridiculous roof design will result in water in your car. Edit: Now 24 hours!!

Dirty. Incompetent staff. They served 2 happy meals, minus the boxes and toys. Said they only put happy meals in boxes for takeaways, then produced them after the meal. The toys were never forthcoming, despite several requests. The play area is filthy. Worst McDonald's ever.

I went to get a dinner and I hat to wait 20 minutes because they only started to do my order once I asked for it, they didn t put well the soda lids so it watered all also once I got home I found it in the beef.

Always decent service. Open 24/7. The inside of the McDonald's is a bit nicer than most others.

Ordered takeaway on a kiosk inside the restaurant, and I waited 15 min before receiving my order on a tray. I tell the server that I asked to take away, so he gives me a bag and asks me to put my meal myself in the bag.
Long wait, cold fries because it was 10 minutes they waited on the edge of the fryer, no sauce as requested in the order, unfriendly server. Abnormal when it was not in rush hour.

McDonald's Annerley used to make good coffee all the sudden they have turned terrible even when you spacifically asked they still don't, very disappointing.

Order had to be repeated numerous times. Couldn't use new token to get a discount. Food was cold and unappetizing. Staff had little to no experience. And when this was brought to attention, kindly, they didn't care. Every time we go there something is wrong with the order.

My favourite Macca's store, so spacious and cool to chill in on a hot day. Mc Cafe is a great spot.

Great coffee frappes cups were filled to a good standard

Your standard McDonalds, clean on the inside, friendly staff, quick service.
Parking is all on a slight hill, so be careful.
Being able to choose which song can be played is a neat touch.

It's now open 24/7 what more do you want from a Macca's?

I think this is the best maccas to get your fix at in Brisbane to be honest.
I've been there about 8 times over the last year and every time it's perfectly fresh.

Good Maccers. I'm gluten free and they are careful with my meals I order without buns, they know the procedure very well.

My only concern is that they don't know how to stack burger straight, they always seem to be all over the shop.

Restaurant is clean, drive through is nice and quick, with good customer service.

They do desperately need to figure out a way to make the speaker boxes better. The one on the far side you have to tell at, and the first one is no good anytime there is extra noise from the road.

If you online order, you'll never have this issue.

Place is in good location. Today I had been to this Meccas to taste a McCafe's coffee.. Ordered a coffee from the self- checkout to have it as dine-in. Few minutes later one young fellow , when asked said himself as the manage,r brought the coffee in a take away cup. This kid doesn't seem to be interested to smile at customers nor he wants to be polite with the ctustomers which was kind of rude attitude. He was trying to behave like a police officer/security guard but not like ausual Meccas's crew member. This kid probably needs some additional training on how to communicate with customers. However the coffee wasn't of that quality or taste. Later I realised the 7/11 $1 coffee has got much better. taste. It was a disappointing coffee too.

Always fast and always polite, they even gave my dog free cream in the drive through so she definitely doesn't have any complaints either.

I am unable to write a review on this McDonald's. As every time I go there I regret it. They really need to listen to there customers. And my family won't be going there anymore. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

Went through the drive through for breakfast. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin with no egg and bbq sauce with a hashbrown. Of course I got a normal Mcmuffin so I had to go back through. When I received the correct Mcmuffin the bacon was raw and it was soaked in a ridiculous amount of sauce. The hashbrown was also cold. I really don t suggest this maccas, drive to another one it s pretty bad. It s put me off their breakfast menu for sure, I don t think I ll be ordering breaky at any maccas any time soon.

Seems to have been some type of attitude from a crew trainer there who had nothing to do with my order other than standing there and eavesdropping.
Next thing is they got the order wrong and I had to take it back.
Mistakes can be made, but reading through the reviews of this outlet, getting orders wrong seems to be a common occurrence. It wasn't a busy time of day there at all. So that couldn't be an excuse.
Thanks anyway. I know they try. Mostly. Have had other better days at this outlet with more pleasant staff.
Felt it was worth reviewing.

A great place to go for a quick bite (with or without using the kids' playground), right through to the kids' party room downstairs.

It's 1am, all takeout is closed... Uber eats makes maccas whole with its "guys on scooter" army.

Decent environment. Lots of parklots. Stuff are friendly.

Coffee is fine banana bread brunt Saturday afternoon not busy store but can't sit where I want to as I've been here for about an hour and not one staff member has cleaned a single table very disappointed

We come to this Mc Donalds when we are in this area or passing by, we know they are regularly clean and good with orders we make.

I ask for my bill to be checked and was advised it was right. I have since visited another MDs and they were wrong.

They nearly always forget something from the order. If we order delivery it's always delivered via bicycle so the food arrives cold.

Got drive through today,didn't get the order right.....twice......Overcharged in the process! Wouldn't go there again,bad it was ! Sunday lunchtime.

I asked & paid for additional. Salad... To get home and find 4 shreds on my burger...
