Even though the lines were long service was fast and correct.

No cheese, no cheese, no cheese, listen to your customers I hate to return food because I don't trust the staff at any restaurant when food is returned so please pay attention to your customers orders. Other than that staff is very friendly when they talk to you but they all need to smile....

Drive thru not very efficient, more concerned about selling new a peppermint cookie, than listening to my order. When l went inside to correct it, got questioned which took time, the reason l went drive thru was to save time. So l cancelled my order which was fast and efficient. And when to Tim Horton's instead.

Customer service is very welcoming and very polite to there customers

The young staffs keep forgetting my ketchup for takeout. Food quality is ok. They're fast food, it hits my expectations. This location particularly keeps their ppaces clean. Kudos for the team

Came here numerous times over the years and every time there is something incorrect with my order. When I talk to staff about it, they are not apologetic and often thrown back attitude. Most recently, my order was missing both my strawberry cheese danish and my extra egg. I had already waited 10 minutes at this point and was not worth the frustration to deal with staff.

You gave me what appears to be a strawberry shake in a designated "smoothie" cup with a presumed "medium" size in my postmates order PST190/take-out order #1613 delivered at approximately 1:19 AM SUN June 21st 2020.

I ordered a LARGE shake to be in a designated LARGE "shake" cup. Fixing this error would be highly satisfactory.

Anyway,
So I grabbed that shake.
Looked at it a little bit...
saw it wasn't a large shake..
and said..
MAN, THIS AIN'T NO LARGE SHAKE.
THIS A MEDIUM.
AND WHAT.
IS THAT A SMOOTHIE CUP.
MAN, I AINT SOME CHARITY. I PAID ONE DOLLAR EXTRA.
So I grabbed that shake...

AND I THREW IT ON THE GROUNDDD.

THAT'S NOT A LARGE., MANNN.

If you could fix and compensate me for your erroneous preparation, that would be greatly appreciated.

Slowest McDonald ever! The floor is slippery when it rains which is majority of the time in Vancouver.

The first McDonald's I went to over there by the Bed Hospital they told me I had to use the kiosk if I wanted to use my card my credit card or my debit card I would have went to the kiosk first second this place is so slow and I don't mean service wise I mean the cashier slow thinking thank you

Usual great coffee and service! Good location across from the mall! Quick little drive through in the back!

Love the double drive through hate the slow service also in the mornings during the week you may or may not get a fresh breakfast sandwich or hashbrown patty. Some days it's just the luck of the draw with this McDonald's

Although this McDonald's is a little small in the dining room area the staff is friendly and fast.

Since the first of December until now they havent had no hot drinks ,please fix that.

They are always forgetting something plus there is alot of homeless in the drive thru

Went there today and the floor was filthy . There was food u der at least 5 tables that I saw. You could tell that it had been there awhile.

Very dirty the place and the bathrooms do not even say give it up

Lately I've noticed that the food spent a little too dry and the staff doesn't really care where they're your cups are dripping on the outside after they've given them to you because they are in such a hurry and their drives through and all of the McDonald's lately really suck you wait longer in the Drive-Thru then if you were to walk in

Every McDonald's has a story, and they all are about the same.

The food was delicious and the staff were all very kind. A great McDonald's!

Love the guy at the speaker with the theme park style voice.

Its ok lot of panhandlers/homeless i usually get coffee after work and this McDonalds is close to home but when I'm there I get approached about 2 to 4 times all the time and in the drive thru twice getting bad

Always good but typically always parks my simple breakfast orders

Large seating area and quick service.
Renovations are a little dated, but still good.

Always out of Ice cream for the shakes. The new building is ugly.

I like going here because it's convenient for on my way to work, but about 7/10 times my order is wrong or missing something.

They are too busy half of the And mess up orders a lot

This is probably among the top 2% of worst McDonald's locations in America. The girl working the drivethru on 9/10 at 11:50pm is a great example of the mindset of all of the employees at this location. It's painfully obvious none of the staff care about their job....the owner needs to replace everyone starting at the main GM of this location.

tried to get a job the manager himself had me on hold for 15 mins never came back to the phone

Bad service. I was waiting for 30 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries.
I waited patiently. Employees didnt bother to ask me if I needed help, I was stading my the cashiers.
Manager and employees need to step it up and be productive and punctual with customers.

This McDonald s has the best customer Service in the IE! Hands down the best ! I work at a fast food restaurant so I know how it can get but I love that they are so fast and always make sure your food is hot and fresh , keep up the good work kids

Taste environment is the first in the liberated area

Not very friendly ,order incorrect fries were luke warm .

Negative 5 stars.If You're not Asian, You wait forever. Sad but true. 1 1/2 hours, never got anything I left . 22 orders went by for the better ones before I left. Go to Subway!

love the new look been coming here since I was a child just lately it feels like this is the only McDonald's that always takes forever when it comes through drive thru

We experience that McDonald's is not like it used to. The customer is always came first. It is hard for them to give you extra sauce without paying for, and you have spent$20 or more. These are challenging times that we're living in.

All of your favorite items always available at a fair prices! But I think management needs to control homeless people from entering the restaurant and sometimes bothering customers...

Iced coffee is on point! I was even able to do a pay it forward thanks to KSGN and The cashier!

Very poor service. sat in the drive thru almost 20min.and my 4 Happy meal where not ready when I got to the window. I asked for my money back. The 5 customers inside where not happy eather. Very very poor service never going to that place again!

This Mc Donald's NEVER HAS GRAPE JELLY. So if you are like most people who like GRAPE JELLY ON THEIR SAUSAGE AND EGG McMUFFIN, you will be very frustrated at store #17770 on University Pkwy in San Bernardino.

McDonald's is like a beautiful woman, dressed like a clown, throwing children into a ball pit, and serving you something eerily similar to food.

It's a good mcdonalds. They'll actually make your food fresh If you ask for it to be fresh, and if they make a mistake they'll make it right for you quickly. At least in my experience.

The manager/lead running the establishment at night on 5/05/18 should be recognized as an amazing employee. They were packed and I initially thought it would take a while but within five minutes I had my food and went on with my night. The manager/lead was very polite and kept his calm under the rush and he even joked around which really was a nice add. Other McDonald's don't compare to this one.
