Quick drive through. Parking can be a pain because of the multiple dealerships around.

Ordered well done and both items were cold. Instead of having a remedy to the situation they kept arguing it is fresh. I'm sure I can tell the difference between a hot a cold item. Thanks Ramen or whatever the managers name is

Nothing to complain about. Clean, and fast service.

Never in my life have I been to a McDonald's and they tell me" We have no ICE".. it was 120 degress outside. Machine should have be FIX ASAP!!

I think there service is poor and it is not clean at all

If you go to this one drive-thru only if you walk in you will be waiting 10 to 15 minutes don't know why don't know what happened but the workers Act as everything is normal something is wrong

Caesar salad (side) literally had a mouldy piece of lettuce.

Service was amazing they hand fed and treated me like the kind I truly am I felt welcomed and loved thank you McDonald s. Three days before my trip to this amazing establishment I was having suicidal thoughts and almost acted on them but thanks to this magical place my live has meaning again. Thank you #I mlovinit

It's close to home, and has a play place my niece's love that.

Today is February 29 2016 and I decided to go to mcdonalds I was craving some chicken nuggets so I decided to get some. After having 4 chicken nuggets I relaxized it tasted weird then on the last one I bit into something hard when I spit out the food I saw a piece of plastic I had lost my aperitifs and stopped eating but. Dang those fries are bomb

Cleanliness is always bad . restrooms look and smell filthy..

how many homeless. Begging for change while you're trying to get your food. And order your food.

Food was cold and my hamburger was smooshed. I don't recommend.

2 lanes to order but only 1 order taker available. Took a long time to order.

Terrible customer service. They would rather talk to each other than wait on customers. This happens a lot. Not sure why I keep going to this location.

This McDonald's is no bueno.. I ordered a QP and fries.. Both were cold.. Come on night shift,. You can do better

They are busy at lunch time. I think the drive thru may be faster, but either way it takes time to get your order. The food was hot and good .

I ordered a Caesars grilled chicken salad and they gave me the southwest chicken salad, maybe she was new or doesn't understand English very well but I didn't complain I just accepted it but they usually do much better than they did last night.

Bad service I waited more than half an hour and it was cold

I was going crazy looking for my phone that I thought I had lost at first so I left for three hours and came back and then they where like hey you are you r u looking for your phone I was like yeah

I don't know but recently every McDonald's I've been to it's always breaking down with their ice cream machines I never ever have any luck getting ice cream cuz the machines are always breaking down but I love going for the Happy Meals chicken nuggets and fries

They are horrible here, they always get my order wrong, they never honor their own coupons and they are way over priced at this location and the managers are not helpful at all I don't see why they are even in the manager position if they don't even try to resolve a situation, some of their other employees are better suited for the manager position.

I bought a caramel frappe before work this morning and it made me feel sick and I threw up ....

Ordered from their mobile order app and drive-thru said they did not received my order. Have to look for another number and waited longer to receive my order.

WORST mcdonalds in bc. Been here 3-4 different times . Food always seems old. Will not b giving this location another chance.

5/3/16 my husband my son and i are new to the area from Rancho cucamonga. We got some coupons in the mail and I was craving a burger. After hoping on Google maps we decided to make the 10 min drive to the McDonald's on 2nd (we are on 5th off the 215) we get there and get in line.. a cashier asked if we were ready to order but looked confused as if he didn't know if he could take our order. When we said we would be using two coupons for a happy meal and a buy one get one he said "He might have to do two seperatly transactions" we said "he who" he walked away and we stood there confused. The manager came up after and took our order but again the cashier and the manager didn't seem to know who should take the order so we just walked up to the managers station. He took our order seperatly. I asked to use the restroom and it was bad there was toilet paper everywhere and a diaper on the sink. One stall had no toilet paper and it was muddy. Once I used the restroom I let them know that they NEEDED to clean the restroom he just shook his head and didn't even hear what I said. We tried to find a clean table to sit at but they were all dirty with napkins crumos or trays just let on the table. My husband cleaned one off for us. They gave us our first order and we waited almost 15 min for our second one so our chicken nuggets were cold the fries weren't cooked all the way and our big macks were just thrown in the box and way to much sauce. We asked for our fries to be redone and they did but they got really busy and the tables stayed dirty the restroom wasn't touched. I don't recommend going here at all. Needs a big fix me up. I will be doing the surveys online. I always do.

Very promt Drive through even with special orders was no long wait it was in an out.

Poor Service. If you're in drive-thru, verify your order before driving away. Staff makes lot of mistakes and show attitude.

Way too expensive. In and out tastes way better and about same price now.

I always seem to have a problem. Something always missing. But i noticed it depends who is at the drive thru and who is the manager on.

Asked for extra everything, and there is NO onions and NO mustard and it s all sloppy. But that s not the worst part, the lady preparing the burger was using her BARE HANDS to slap that sloppy mess around. Disgusting. I ve filed complaints through their website and used the stuff on the back of the receipt as well and I haven t gotten any response or type of acknowledgement. TLDR: McDonald s is filthy, disgusting and doesn t take any type of feedback.

Late getting to me, food was cold. When I called about service was put on hold for no one to come see why I was calling. If this isn't fixed I will never eat there or any other MC Donalds. Wish I could give a -star

I luv McDonald's but the only problem is that everytime I ordered my foods theres always a mistake with my order. Its either missing or it wasn't my order.
