Most of the time they get the orders wrong but the food is great

Drive thru is slow even though they have two stations to order your food. There is also a bunch of crackheads that hang out there asking for money either at the door or right after you order your food in the drive thru. They really need to monitor that, its unsafe, specially for women with kids. Only reason why I gave it an extra star is because it's the closest to my home and convenient.

Had several employees the store had several homeless hanging around. The bathrooms were dirty. The service was super slow. And when I tried asking for assistance with the bathrooms the two young males did not come to help. I had to get a bit louder the second time I asked for assistance. There was a guy that gave them a hard time but it had passed. And the employees seemed to be to chatty amongst themselves and not really focused on working.

Went to McDonald in the drive thru to start off the speaker was horrible u can barely hear a word they are saying and they messed up my order I didn t realize it until I got home and check inside the bag so I went back and I waited 7 min for them to make the burger the mangager didn t even bother to come and help fix the problem

It's a decent McDonald branch that need some improvement on cleanness of the store.
Has high volume of people who are time spenders, so they need to be on top of cleaning.
Parking lot is good and convenient, plus drive through.

Very slow they can't get my order right. I order a double cheeseburger 2 for $3 and I ordered three orders and these employees gave me six regular cheeseburger instead of double cheeseburger

Just have one thing I don't like... We want the McRib more time extend at least for three months.. How about year round like Dead Pool says. What can I say, love the McRib :D

I used the mc donald app and i presented the code to the cashier, and she said i have to scan it, so i grabbed the scanner. Unusual. The play area was not clean, was not dirty, but it was filthy. It needs to be sanitized.

Should be only kids I don't like the food not always hot or fresh

The food was nasty. The meat seemed old. I got the stomach sick right after eating.

Can you guys put someone in the drive thru that knows how to speak English ? Oh wait nevermind the owners are the ones at the window...oh and by the way everytime McDonald's has some type of special the owner always has an excuse to not give it to you in order to save money

Really good chicken biscuit, just needs some kinda sauce, service always FAST and friendly.

I waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and not even an apology oh! and no receipt

Line was very long, but service good. There is a big hole in children playground that is dangerous. Spoke with Alejandra who said she was manager and says I can call back in 2 hrs to speak with Sylvia store manager . I heard that this hole has been there for quite a while. Not only is it dangerous but makes the kids area look worn down and also one of the red swinging poles was broken . Very sad when not addressed by the managers in swift action.

I've never been the but my boyfriend has & he told me that they were very short staffed & not very friendly.

So many bums hanging around the area... even getting around the cars in the drive thru picking up dropped change

The lead time from placing the order to actually getting the food has a lot of room for improvement, especially when it is not that busy that morning. However, the manager in charge that day wore a big smile and was very friendly.

Drive thru is really quiet can't really hear my order had to repeat quite a few times and they still got it wrong. Very disappointing

Ideal for fast food only that caramel frappes do not come out very well to say, well that's my opinion

Took my granddaughter there to get an Oreo ice cream treat in a cup. She loved it. Service was fast today.

It's cool that they have 2 lanes with screens but their graveyard shift is so rude and inattentive.

Pretty big mcdonalds, it's a little gringy, but I guess all mcdonalds are like that. The staff aren't that smart, but I guess they are just kids.

Mobile service was being difficult but service was good

Went inside around 8pm and took about 40mins to get our food. It was only 4 items.

Drive thru took me 25 mins just to order... i'm still waiting in the drive thru 30mins later

I love this McDonald's . It is the best one because it has a original play place . Just like when I was a kid. Brings back memories. As well as the food and the atmosphere just too off of how great it is.

Service sucks espcally at night wait 15 min wait for big max meal with extra nac sauce uask for little ice and they give u no ice all j deink is syrup i got sick the food i peobally xould of sued for food posion but i didnt wanna wazte. My time and energy wen i could just give reiview and let every 1 think twice bout eating hear the. Take long time it seem like only got 1 speed and it slow

I love my senior coffee.and the fast service and my mac nuggets, with hot mustard.

Such bad service! Took them more than 20 mins to give me a hot coffee! It's ridiculous, everyone is just chit chatting and not doing their job!

This is the worst McDonald's that I have been to. While in the The drive-thru waiting for our food we had a sip of our drink and noticed that it tasted like chemical and it burned our throat. We asked for different drinks and Destiny was very rude and even talked trash about us to another employee while slamming the window shut. When we received the new drinks, they were also chemical tasting. Destiny came back to windows to order us, not ask us to move to the wait lane. I declined to move and asked for a refund. Destiny just slammed the window shut and walked off. We were left waiting for about 10 minutes. She then came back and asked for our credit card for the refund. I gave her the credit card and waited a few more minutes. She came back to the window with my credit card and refund slip and as she handed my card back to me she began threatening me to move car before they call the police. The manager was standing just a few feet behind her allowing all of this to go on and never taking any action. This place is run by trash.

My next complaint will be to the Health Department, BBB and McDonald's corporate.

Bad they didn't let me pay a coke at the front it says one dollar gee and they said they were busy

First time at this McDonald's and drive thru was terrible! Too many cars at once and people trying to pull out of parking spots but all of us in drive thru blocking them. It was stressful BUT when i finally got to the window to pay the girl working was so friendly, she was smiling and had a great attitude inspite of how slammed they were. She was quick and efficient without lacking in customer service. Next window to pick up my order, same type of service. Food was great, hot salty fries too boot!! Great experience overall and excellent service.

It's a McDonald's. This one is pretty busy at times.

Place could be cleaner.. waited at front counter till the cashier's finished talking to one another before order was taken ...was ready to walk out. Food was good.. its convenient ... on University

My big mac was very disappointing. Hardly any sauce and lettuce and pickles!

Nice layout , and pretty clean . But a little slow this morning.

I went through drive-thru and was not given sauce for chicken nuggets. My husband didn't notice. I tried to go into the dining room to get sauce, but they are closed. I understand COVID-19, however, I thought ordering indoor was still an option. The drive-thru lady saw me but chose to ignore me. I had to go back through drive-thru line and wait 15 minutes to get sauce. Also, they are using gloves to hand out food and touch ice cream cones with their gloves. That's creating cross contamination, so if COVID-19 is a concern, maybe they should look into that, too.

The machine to place your order was awesome! No waiting in the long line!!!

Never if I can avoid it. At least Burger King King has vegan options.

Bad service. It takes for ever just to get something to drink.
