The food was horrible , I called them rite after and after half hour They decide to answer . The worst I'll never go back there again!!!!!! How are they running business!

All tables were dirty with food stains and trash on floor.

Only accept cash early morning and don t cook biscuits, I m adding this weeks later, still can t handle the flow at night, I hate this McDonald s at night

drive through is slow and the new guy take order of two apple juice by hearing wrong and just give me one apple juice. Needs to change a guy

Pretty fast service same as other MacDonald I guess because their ice cream machine was broken; but I order a large fries and I got a half filled fries which was a medium in a large box. There ice cream machine was still out and third time they couldn't give me my freaking shake

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese today at 12:00 pm and the burger was under cook the patty was still red and the rest of my food was cold

A bit slow in service but I don't blame them. They serve a lot of people every minute. Keep up the good work.

The manager Jocelyn is disgusting with her attitude calling customers Liars when they asked if they could please wrap the food correctly instead of just throwing it in the bag unwrapped . And then when she gave us a refund she threw the money out us how professional is that I don't think she should be working anywhere and I will be contacting corporate office.

It's McDonald's, so you already know how it goes. Food is usually the same from place to place. This location however, I do give five stars simply because they rarely get my orders wrong, the food is always fresh (and we all know when our fries are fresh), and the service is fast and friendly. Good job, keep up the good work!

No frapps...this seems to be a common issue at McDonald's.

This McDonalds is pretty fast even being in a very busy area like downtown.. managers seem to really be on it. They really could have someone being more ontop of cleaning the tables and restrooms.. but overall pretty good at getting your food to you.. as far as food wise.. I mean it is McDonalds lol.. Deluxe breakfast stays my favorite even tho the calories and salt are so high!

Ordered an egg muffin and fries, the egg was old, had green around the yolk. I'm sure that for all day breakfast everything is suppose to be made fresh. And my fries were hard and not good. Work on your quality!

Went for a coffee in drive thru and it took them 15 mins to get it

The staff here really tries but when it gets busy and they got new people learning expect to waite longer then usual to get ur food. The food is classic Mc Ds so you can't go wrong there. Parking is always tight. So overall its 4 stars for them being polite and trying and the food good... They lose a star for slow new people causing long weights and bad parking.

They messed up my order by not giving me what I paid for. Fries were cold. There was water all over the floor by the restrooms. They didn't even have a drink carrier to accommodate 4 of the 5 drinks I ordered. Will not ever go back to this McDonalds.

Bad location, slow and inmacurate service, dirty and unorganized. The food tasted differently than other McDonald's. Though the restaurant itself was awful the staff was friendly amd apologetic.

Small dining area. Avoid peak eating times. Slow dine-in service when busy. Faster drive-thru time.

This McDonald's sucks. I swear every time I have to stop at this particular store to get my son chicken nuggets or a breakfast sandwich the service is horrible. I always leave wishing I drove the extra 5 mins to the mill street location. The employees have the worst attitudes and treat customers like it's their fault they have to work there. Its crawling with vagrants asking for change and I use the drive thru because the parking spots are not very close to the store. The trash can is always filled to the top. The last time I went they gave me the wrong order and the girl at the window told me I shouldn't come to McDonald's. I should take her advice and so should anyone reading this drive to mill st and better yet hit up the jack in the box or in and out not too far away

The drive thru took almost 30mins to get my sundae.. wasn't happy with the wait..

50 nuggets for $10.00 is a good deal at 2nd street Mickey D's and McDoubles and McChickens are 2 for $3.00 mix or match.

The person who took my order, Amarjeet , had a really bad attitude. They were out of white chocolate mocha and did not inform me about it. When I confronted them about the wrong order, instead of apologizing, she asked me if I wanted a refund. After giving me a couple of excuses, I got the so called apology. I could hear that the girls working were talking in Hindi about my issue and some disrespectful words were used for me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Not enough stuff so everybody is tired and no patient no respect no customer service
