Bone inside my chicken sandwich and there is never frappes here as the machine is always down

Finally got the drive thru with no line. Lol. Thats amazing.. this place is great so i fully understand the lines.

Janitor hit me with a mop for no reason hair in food raw food or burnt food

McDonald's on Highland and G street, San Bernardino CA. Still letting the homeless RATS in the Restaurant. I am going to stop going to this Restaurant.

Guy at the window was pretty cool, food was good to for it being late at night

They do not follow your order, they mess it up flawlessly everytime

The iced tea was gross. It didn't taste right. We also got a cheeseburger that had nothing in it but cheese. We have never had that happen in all our years!

It's ok, its McDonald's, atleast the ice cream machine works.

slow During visit and their were Suspisous looking people going in the restrooms together about 4 at a time I suspect they were doing drugs or something.

Foods good but they messed up my order and my sweet tea tasted like coffee, over night crew really doesn t try.

Service was GREAT! Hot coffee as I enjoy it! The three issues that I encountered, (on this particular visit) were that people were pan- handling for food. Without showing gkratitude! The restrooms were a hot mess! One stall was dark (due to the lighting being messed up)! The baby-changing table was filthy!! The lavatory was dirty! Honestly I don't understand HOW those issues exist! One gets buzzed inside!!! For as much $ people spend to make McDonald's the successful business it is, suggest that MGMT. stay on top of it!!!! Thanks!

The only thing working for this location was the two gals at the drive-thru windows. They get 5 stars. Now onto the food which gets one star because it still looked like the items ordered. French fries are cold and have a thin coating of cooking oil. I am not enjoying the taste, texture, or temperature of McDonalds french fries? Houston, we have a problem! The Quarter Pounder, Wow! This was quite possibly the most overcooked, burnt, dried out piece of meat ever served at a McDonald's. EVER! Two cheeseburgers are almost as dry. What a disappointment.

The ice cream was good but it took extremely long time I went through the drive-thru it was over ten minutes just to get the ice cream but the cookies were really nice and hot

Very very bad service waited LmosAl 30 mins to get my food in the drive thru. And to top it off got my order wrong. Never again ibwill come here.

Order was wrong! They are very slow. My daughter ordered some cookies and they were putting them in the bag with their bare hands. Ugh

I think there is a lot of new staff and they are very wrong in delivering the orders.

Good Mc muffin but the yogurt parfiet just keeps getting smaller and smaller. I'm thinking I'm over Mc Donalds

They never get your order right and when you tell them it's wrong they rather argue with you!!!! Worst customer service ever!

Tables were so clean! And the food was quick and ready.

Service was confusing as I recieved a number on my ticket and had to take a table ID tag. Didn't know which to look out for. The employees were mostly nice, thought 2 did not hear me ask a question, but I'm assuming they were tired. The place is mostly clean. Service did move slowly and grew a long line. Food tasted fine, just the fries were a little bit too fresh, not all the way cooked and rush felt. You need to ask employees to open the bathrooms too.

Nothing special about this place although it did just go through a renovation recently.

Drive thu speed and accuracy seems to be an issue not only here but other McDonald's restaurants too. The issue seems to be proper staffing levels. I have noticed that has the MINIMUM wage risen, staffing levels decreased and drive thru wait times have drastically increased and order accuracy declined. With 80 % of business going through the drive in windows, why hasn't McDonald's adopted a better system????

It is starting to be like the rest of the fast foods, unsociable by going to the machines in stead of customer service.

This rating will change of the manager of the place removes the homeless people from the front door...

Bad service with employees and managers take long on orders some tables are dirty n restroom

2/5 times they get my order wrong. Forget the egg on a biscuit or give me the wrong flavor of iced coffee. Service is quick however.

They didn't have meat on hand to make any 1/4lb burgers? They were out of Diet Coke product? They served french fries that were at room temperature? I will not visit this location ever again! If you don't have anything in stock...why are you open for business???

For a business that has a plaque hanging on it's wall that says we strive for good customer service and cleanliness, they had neither

It's a place for all ages each one I go to it gets makeover so they trying to compete with all other fast food places

Pecimo very slow service for everything and also for food as they take to deliver

Slow service, hideous bathrooms, and a rampant drug and homeless population all around.
