McDonald's Review

Horrible customer service. Manager Blanca was rude and she doesn't have a professional attitude. My husband order a large orange juice. N when we got our order we end up getting a half cup on a small. And when we went and asked where was our large orange drink they told us that we needed to pay extra. This place has poor way to treat their customer. The manager's aren't on the same page with their cashier's. And after me complaining they end up giving us extra small cup half full. We paid for a large orange drink not 2 half small cups. If I had a choice I wouldn't even bother giving this place a single start

Very unprofessional i will never visit this restaurant again ! ! !

It's always something either the ATM machine don't work, ice cream machine down, or no ice coffee on hot days....

Food was cold hash brown was not fresh by any means found cahiers not very friendly last 4 times I've been there order was either wrong or cold.

worst mc donalds in the IE.. always mess up the order.. burgers have hardly anything on them.. F this place! if I could give 0 stars I would.

Very slow, poor customer service. At 1am, I've been stuck in the drive thru over 30 mins. Never returning.

This mcdonalds like the rest is pretty packed with customers but not like very many this mcdonalds has a problem with taking care of the lines whether in the drive thru or inside. The last time i was inside it took about 5 minutes for someone to get to the register and say hi. They kept passing by but didnt acknowledge the line was there. The food was good but of course its mcdonalds, they're always consistent when it comes to the food.

Customer service is is great but this McDonald's is understaffed if you're thinking of stopping by do not go through a drive-through take your chances putting your order inside the McDonald's

The 50 piece was crispy, hot and fresh most definitely going to this McDonald's fro now on

I just need to make clear that this was the only McDonald's location that made my single order of a McDouble with TLC. It honestly looked and tasted like perfection. For that, I will always be coming back here. And to whoever made that burger, you have earned mad respect.

Poor drive thru service bought a simple kids meal and I was missing half of my order.

A lil slow and got my order wrong.but corrected it so fast.

Friendly staff, it seems to get busy so uses the automated order stations, also if you need the bathroom order first so they will buzz you in it's locked but doesn't look like it's locked.

Always insist you use kiosk, didn't participate in Veteran's Day free meal to Veterans, franchise optional. And no they don't have a childrens play area, but there is a huge parking lot with lots of open space!

Went there to have a quarter pounder and I told them, no Mayo. Got all the way home which is about 8 miles away. Opened the burger and it was full of mayo. Glad I looked because I'm allergic to mayo. Pay attention, McDonald's!!!

The machine payment didn't work so we had to get in line anyway.

The worst McDonald's there can be. Got my whole order wrong and the meat had a weird smell to it as well. Would never go back even if it was for free.

My mcfurry :( is this cup half full or half empty.....I'm not sure but I guess it will be less calories.

The night shift that works at this Mcdonald has some sort of attitude problem. I certainly don't expect smiles and rainbows at such an establishment, but I also don't expect attitude and condescending BS while going through a drive through. You've somehow created a negative service experience through a 2 minute drive through, I give you the greatest of applause for the strong effort.

The food was good we had breakfast and it was free she was hot and it was enjoyable. The only negative is I went to the restroom and an obvious manager came in with me and there is only 2 stalls and she rush straight to the handicap I didn't think anything of it and I took the other stall and sure enough they had not toilet paper I was sitting there looking at this whole in wondering what's missing here and I couldn't figure it out until I needed toilet paper at thought test a Toilet paper dispenser hole! I thought why didn't she tell me? She would obviously know even if she wasn't a manager! Give me a warning man! That was a little disappointing.

Heavy traffic during lunch hours. A few too many homeless hanging around panhandling. Other than that staff does okay for where it is located.

Extremely slow, they called my number and I still had to wait for my coffee, and they got my order wrong. I should not be surprised because they get it wrong almost every day. The only reason I come is because it's right by my job but I think I'll start eating breakfast at home.

Best store in area in my opionion. Table service and the self service kiosk

Ordered 2 Egg McMuffins for breakfast because I was on the go and needed to fuel up fast. Can honestly say that it was meh. Next time, I will interest the time and buy an egg and ham sandwich from a breakfast restaurant. The egg didn't taste like egg tasted, in fact it tasted like nothing. The ham was too. The only thing I can taste was the saltiness from the cheese. After spending over $8, I'm thoroughly disappointed...

Horrible food.
The very last time I went, the chicken nuggets came out darker brown and more crunchy than usual. I couldn't eat them with how awfully made they were, so I had to drive back and asked for them to be remade.
They made them again and they came out the same way. When I asked why this was the case when other establishments never have had the same issue, they informed me that the oil wasn't changed when it was supposed to? I promptly asked for a refund.

To add to the experience, there was a man visibly higher than a kite on some hard drugs by the entrance, and people loitering by the drive thru when I ordered.

Never coming back, that's for sure.

Graveyard shift is quick but morning shift is slow especially girlsince taking orders. They are easily confused when you order quick in walk up window

If I was able to put no starts I would bad experience and slow I just ordered drinks and it took them long

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The wait time was ridiculous the employee's had poor attitudes and the manager was no better. If you're a good manager then you should know what times are your busiest and slowest times. I know everyday won't be the same but it's enough to get a general idea when you should have ample amount of coverage. This location is in the downtown area of San Bernardino where a large amount of County and City employees are so your mornings and afternoons will ALWAYS BE BUSY HELLLLLLLOOOOOO!!!!! Therefore you should be prepared to have people there to service customers...PERIOD these big wig places always rant and rave about customer service, but you still dish out poor quality food and service...SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS!!!

I wouldn't really call this an Italian restaurant but we do love going for they're all you can eat soup and salad and got to love those breadsticks

For fast food, this place was great! The food was hot and fresh, and my bun on my burger was super soft and fluffy.

Meat was to dried out. And the fries too. I felt like a had the meal at least two hours resting. I just wanted fresh.

first time there a average McDonald's but we drove by the first McDonald's on E street just before.

Very busy but staff is polite and able to get food out in a reasonable amount of time.

1986 worked at my first McDonald's and my how times have only made this place better!

The coffee caramel frappe was amazing! However, the buttermilk chicken sandwich was difficult to eat, it was like eating processed rubber, it was disgusting.

The person in front of me slowed the line because they didn't pay first! The workers handled it great though!! Anothr thing, there diet coke tastes like bubble gum. Not all the time but every once in awhile, today was that day! Not sure why?

Bad experience, that happens to have people of color working are loose

Sometimes food is good and then there s times where it s absolutely horrible. Honestly I don t like how long it takes to get my order either.

Came in the morning on a Saturday around 6am, the place was empty so I got my food fast.

Why on God's green earth would you want to go to McDonald's get a fillet a fish sandwich and a french fry and pay close to $8 come on McDonald's wake up ain't nobody stupid no more

It is very beautiful and clean in the inside. Great customer service!! I love that it has a play place (not to many McDonald's still have play place) .

THEY TOOK FOREVER. THE DRIVE THRU WAS SO PACKED. N THEN MY FRIES HAD NO SALT ON THEM AT ALL.
