Horrible McDonald's. Extremely slow. Rude staff. Homeless people camped out in the parking lot and begging in the drive thru lanes. You'd be really lucky if you: 1. Actually get your whole order 2. It doesn't look old and nasty. Stay far, far away from this location.

Very good value and service. Curry, Naan and samosas are excellent!

Since the virus this place has always been very busy at the drive thru. Even though they are really busy they do a good and fast job majority of the time. Been going here even before I moved to this city.

Always the only place to go when I get hungry during midnight!!! They open 24/7 . Service was ok, food was ok

Worst customer service ever, the staff were working slow and taking their sweet time having a whole line of people waiting. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and waited extra for them not to make 2 of my drinks, the only worker that helped us was this young Caucasian guy and he looked done bc of how bad the staff was working. Plus I had to go back and get the missing drinks for my siblings happy meals.

Ill start off by saying I have worked at McDonald before. I have been in the workers shoes and customer service is a big thing to me even if I no longer work there. I've dealt with rude customers so even to this day when I go to any drive-thru, which is not that often, I am extremely nice. This is second time a worker is rude, the first was a manager! Set the example much?

okay, I went in the morning before class and I ordered an oatmeal with everything on the side (even the water). I have done this before at other locations and I have NEVER had any problem doing so, I've even done it at my location. Well when I asked for this I was nice about and she says that they cannot do it. I say "I would just like the hot water in a coffee cup on the side because I am not going to eat it right away and I don't want it to get all clumpy and gross." I swear she giggles over the speaker and gives a smart ass response saying they cannot give an unprepared oatmeal its like giving an unprepared hamburger then goes on to say that she asked her manager and they said they cannot do it. Okay, laughing at a customer is one thing but then to respond with a smart ass response pissed me off. I wanted to be one of those rude customers but whatever. I didn't let it get to me and just asked for fruit on the side. I pulled up to get my food and the oatmeal had the fruit inside, had to be parked to get the fruit on the side. Customer Service should be more present. Will not be returning here.

Average fast food service .but lack on security for costumers.

Not keen on the food however, I do enjoy the caramel frappes and sweet tea.

McDonalds is my favorite for my mchicken and large fries cravings also the 1 dollar any size drink is great for those long days driving or working I just wish we don't have to pay extra for sauce

First time going through at my lunch hour and I was in and out of drive thru within 5 mins

This place is ghetto, shady people inside and out, won't be back, and to top it off they gave my order to someone else.

Clean place and hardworking people. Food is consistent with McDonald s standards.

The food was fantastic. The customer service was great especially the cashier named Jennifer. It was the first time I got my order fast and correct. My experience was awesome!

I very much liked it because I got my food fast but my dad did not and the burger was very small so yea I would recommend going but for them to make the food quicker and hotter

Like its cool but uhh the morning staff sucks they don't serve everything right and they don't give you much of anything but the afternoon staff is good

Usually the orders are wrong. Check before leaving so you don't have to drive back. Poor customer service a lot of the employees act as if they don't want to work.

This by far is my favorite location to visit in the Inland Empire because they are fast and they've never gotten my order wrong or forgotten something. Tip my hat off to the hard workers here.

They are so quick to get you in and through the line that they get your food wrong and give you no napkins and 2 ketchup when you ask for extra ketchup and 30 dollars worth of food. I asked for a unsweetened ice tea and it tasted 2 days old. It was so disgusting. Never again and its worst because now McDonald's just doesnt sound good at all so I dont see myself visiting any of them anytime soon. So disappointed

Rude employees. They definitely need to re-train there staff especially their drive thru people!

Alright here we go. My first non-5 Star review. This place desperately needs either a store increase in size to combat the 3 hour wait time, or staff that'll actually get things right in the first 3 attempts. Now I'm not asking for you to finish my meal in 3 seconds, but if you're going to spend 15-20 minutes, get the order right at least. Otherwise the 3 minutes you shave by being quick, also meant I had to wait awkwardly in line to ask for something I was supposed to get.

Service slow and their attitude was bad not ro mention the food was cold.

Very poor service it was beyond the ghettoest McDonalds I've ever been to. Not even the ones in Watts are filthy like this one. All the cashiers had an attitude.

I've been to this location many times because it's conveniently located near my house but the service is bad and the food is even worse. If you're looking for fresh nugget or anything else really, this is not the location for you.

People in this mac Donald its so slow and they have a bad actitud to the client's

I was in line for12min. It's not like there is a rush at 2:15 am. Totally uncalled for. I will not stop at that facility again

This cook won't make it far in life. Honestly how dumb can you be. I really do think this is a new low.
