Good service, but they need to wipe down the tables and seats for dine-in customers; also there are many homeless individuals in the dining room taking up space, asking for money, taking food and cups out of the trash cans and filling up the cups with free coke and they have complete control of the men's and women's restrooms which is not safe for the many children there!
Jack my order up so I had to pay full price for one sandwich instead of getting two for five bucks
Not good service at all. Coffee weak. Didn't even have ham.
Worst service. Cappuccino and smoothie machine works only once in a month. Had to wait cuz they miss your order and arrogant people don t even say sorry.
Waited for over a half hour in the drive-through waiting for our order to be taken after a concert.
I usually use the drive-thru but this time i went inside and when coming in there was trash on the floor tables were messy trash full of trash and it stinked horrible like stinky feet or something rotten, one of the worst experience I've seen in a long time going to alot of McDonald's this was was nasty and there work station was also messy epecially the floor and i wanted to order a frape but the machine wasn't working service was good and on time but I'm not coming to this McDonald's until it's cleaner and the workers weren't even on a rush it was slow not many customers inside or in the drive thru some of the workers were joking around instead of worrying about the cleanliness of the resturant .
Coming home in the early morning I was exhausted and hungry. Low and behold, this store was spot on. The drive-thru was also manageable. The food was excellent and service efficient & friendly
We went through the drive thru. The service was friendly, quick and efficient. Our food was done right as we drove to the pick up window. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Used the new order kiosk. I didn't have to wait in line. The meal was delivered quickly and perfectly. Good work!

The night time crew us the worse. If you are going ,go in the morning when there is a manager. Because at night every single employee is doing its own thing. Orders always wrong and very nasty looking.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. When I asked about my order was told I had to wait for the chicken. An order that came in after mine was given out with a chicken sandwich. The manager was very rude and could barely speak English.

The line was so long it moved every 10 minutes I believe I stayed in the line the drive-thru for about an hour then when I try to order a chocolate chip frappe for the fifth night in the row the machine is down so I end up getting a caramel iced coffee which was terrible I wouldn't even give it to my dog

The food was great. The store was clean the staff were friendly. The only complaint I have Is when I order 2 big macs they do not honor the 2 for 5 menu price on this item unless i point it out to them. This has happened on 4 different visits. Seems like they do not want to do that special unless someone points that out to them. This Is not good business practices. If you don't want to run a special then remove it from the menu so people do not have to go through a big hastle
Bad service.... no one said hi to us we were standing there forever and when one of the managers said oh take their order the employee made a grunting sound walked over to use and didnt even say hi or anything just stood there basically implying "what do you want" -_-
Check your order at the window, they try to accommodate their busy drive thru so its not a too bad wait. The apps pickup option is awesome except they don't start until you're there.
They told my husband they were out of large cups for ice tea and they wanted to give him a medium cup. Which in fact they were not. So he finally gave him a large ice tea.

Cashier couldn't country change,another employee dropped cups on the ground and put them back (until I mentioned it. Food was dry. Horrible!
What can you say about McDonald's that they've been around all of my life I'm 62 years old and I been eating the hamburger from McDonald's since I was four or five do I have the particular favorite not at all I've been all up in all over their menu been an amazing journey
Restroom smelled and very dirty. Staff has no customer service yelling at customers as they acquiring their drinks.
This place needs more frequent cleaning. The floor were littered with garbage when we visited. For a quick meals this place is ok.
This McDonald's is very horrible. A lot of homeless and drug addicts in and out. They don't buy anything they just sit in there. Also my wife was humiliated by the cleaning lady in the handicap bathroom. She was very rude and disrespectful. She said I have when people come in here and nobody is handicap. Well my wife and another lady are both handicap. We made a complaint to the manager and she didn't Nothing, so I was forced to call corporate office

The cashier wasn't very friendly but the food was good. It took about ten minutes to get our order.
Since there was 300 people in the drivethru line, I guess they did okay. Girl at the pay window was annoyed and the woman at the pickup window had no idea what was going on. Even after I showed her my receipt, she gave me someone else's beverage.
It's McDonald's they have one of those playground things full of screaming children. If you like that horrible noise, I recommend it highly.

They need to do something about all the panhandlers there. You get panhandle before the drive-thru. You get panhandle after the drive-thru. You get panhandled before you walk in. Panhandle on your way out it's definitely not the fastest McDonalds I've ever been to. Only one slower then them and screwed up is the McDonald's on del Rosa . Because they're all busted. At least this one soda machine works.But I guess they're doing a remodel on the McDonald's on del Rosa. Now if they can just get employees that actually care that they have a job. I try to leave better reviews then negative reviews. McDonald's on del Rosa is horrible. Sorry for rating for two. Just shows you McDonald's aren't what they used to be when a big Mac was a big Mac not a cheeseburger. You know what I'm talking about people back in the day when it used to be the size of their grand Mac. On the positive side McDonald's always has the best fries. Take a double double from In-N-Out and fries from McDonald's that would be capital.
Ordered my daughter a 6 peace happy meal when got home all they put in was the fries and apple slices. Totally forgot her nuggets.. the line is way to lo g to go back
This location is bad at everything they never get your order right they never pit the whole order in the bag they don't own up to the mistakes and make it seem like your stealing food from them
