TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The wait time was ridiculous the employee's had poor attitudes and the manager was no better. If you're a good manager then you should know what times are your busiest and slowest times. I know everyday won't be the same but it's enough to get a general idea when you should have ample amount of coverage. This location is in the downtown area of San Bernardino where a large amount of County and City employees are so your mornings and afternoons will ALWAYS BE BUSY HELLLLLLLOOOOOO!!!!! Therefore you should be prepared to have people there to service customers...PERIOD these big wig places always rant and rave about customer service, but you still dish out poor quality food and service...SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS!!!
