Bathroom was flooded and no toilet paper. Ketchup dispenser broken. Someone spilled a drink on the floor and no one cleaned it up.

It's the worst McDonald's let go in r home less they grab soda and sit at the tables .. they're all dirty that disgusting

Regular quality McDonald's plus the service is super fast in this particular location.

It was a good McDonalds and clean. Pretty standard.

They forgot my sauce packets for 20 piece chicken nuggets for like the 20th time also they have the entire team working the drive thru and no one in the front counter I stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes they took out 3 drive thru orders while I was waiting to make my order and a front counter order was just sitting there instead of packing it and calling the customer they had plenty of employees to do so this place really needs new management and an entire crew this has been going long enough the reason I still go is cause is convenient for me it's a 10 min walk from my home !!!!

French fries were really too hard.. hell! the fries are half of the meal

Ya so first of all my fries were cold. Second I was cold. Maybe be considerate of your customers next time thanks.

Love the service in the morning the ladies are very nice and they remember you so they remember your order

Drive through line was too long and realized the pay window they got my order wrong. Location is way too small and makes it less desirable to eat here.

Horrible, no wonder there was no line at the drive thru. I received half the order of my fries. The sandwich was placed in the bag on its side, so everything fell out and squished. Had to wait at the first window for someone to walk there and take my payment. Just plane horrible service. Called to speak to the manager and of course no one answered.

I just stopped there to get my coffee which I think is better than Starbucks and hell of a lot cheaper!!!!

Fast but didn't give me sugar for my coffee until I reminded them, and then didn't give me a stirrer and I just left

Slow service and often out of items and forgets or leaves out items.

Seems to be getting worse. Food is terrible.. barely even warm. Got sick after eating the sausage from the platter in the morning. Starting to prefer Jack in the Box now. McDonald's coffee is ALWAYS a fail. #NotLovinIt

This McDonald's has the worst night crew as me and my family were treated with utter disrespect while ordering at this franchise. We drove to this McDonald's not expecting that they wouldn't except our cash as it wasn't plastic but instead paper. This is Canadian Money regardless and it was late at night without any cards, I only had cash. Yet they laughed at us for only having cash and not cards basically saying that we wouldn't receive our order regardless. We drove to them late at night and waited for 20 mins due to the long line at the drive thru. I hope this warns other customers of this locations customer service because they dont care at all. Would rate it a 0 as I left with nothing.

Food hot and they made my iced tea just how i like it, it was perfect. Cashier in drive up very friendly.

The food was good and the service was alright.....I thought when you order thru the kiosk and take a number that they brought your food to you but they didn't.....

Half the time you eat at McDonalds you will feel sick .

When this location first received its new look the service was incredibly bad. Like they dudnt kniw where they were. I told em. A week or so later it was AWESOME. Still is.

Don't go to this McDonalds. I have never experience such a unprofessional mistake they made at a fast food joint. I shown up at the drive-thru at 5am and I ordered a simple breakfast meal with an orange juice. Didn't reach the Window until 5:20. And there was only one car ahead of me. That is not even the worst part! When I got to the Window, not only did they give me the wrong order, they didn't even have my order ready.

I Always order my food fresh sometimes they give me what's sitting around,.
They give me the wrong sauce when I order chicken mc nuggets, I have to dig the old ones out. Almost everytime. If I order nuggets and sandwiches for the kids they give me 6 sauces for 100 nuggets.

This place lacks the appearance of any welcoming attitude
The cashiers look like they have no motivation whatsoever
I was missing some items and i had to call the manager(which was right next to me and completely ignored me) and the employees as well dont even hand you your meal they just threw my tray on the counter and walked away
They need to adjust their attitude or will continue to recieve many complaints on customer satisfaction

Worst service I've ever had, there was only 1 register open and the poor girl was also doing drive thru. The manager was talking with other crew members and shooting the breeze. It took so long for my order and all we ordered were cookies. They are slow and sometimes with a bad attitude. They have homeless going in with their our cups and just help themselves to soda. I've complained but those McDonald's manager's doesn't care. Think I rather eat at Burger King for now on.

Typical McDonald's food, the drive thur service is a bit slow,even dinning in, the wait time is long even not much customers.

Only visited for take away, experience as expected. Requested extra sauce which was delivered unlike other places which don't add any extra sauce even though it's specifically requested.
Took off a star since the drive through is a little awkward. Hard to reach the window after you take a turn to the last window.

Homeless sleeping in booth next to me. People doing drugs both outside the front door & in the Men's bathroom as well.

That McDonalds sucks the slowest service I have never ever seen

This is the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. The inside counters and tables are filthy. I came here about a week ago and my order was wrong, the girl at the counter was rude too. She argued with me that my order was correct when I showed her what I ordered wasn't in my bag. I won't be coming back here. Save your money and go to del taco.

This place is absolutely disgraceful. If there was an option to use just zero stars, I would. This place is not clean, they treat the customers and employees like garbage. Why would anyone want to come here to enjoy a single meal if they lack common decency? Manners go a long way.

Service is good. Too many transients roaming the parking lot. Also the driveway leaving the drive thru is blocked by parked cars so you can't see when pulling out. Very dangerous.

I love coffee. In my opinion, McDonald's has the BEST coffee around.

The food is better there then at the other locations

I only bought a large Dr. Pepper and they forget the ice... and the weird part, it was warm not room temp. but warm it was nasty, like how hard is it to get a drink order right! Lady gave me attitude also don't do customer service if you can't handle!

Pretty long wait for a simple order. They were clearly understaffed.

Burger was cold an I felt very uncomfortable with me being Caucasian and they were all speaking Spanish and I know enough were I knew they were laughing at me.

They aren't open at night a lot and when they are they only accept cash. They can never remember to give me extra sauces even after I pay for them and I'm never satisfied with there costumer service.

Very BAD ! I go to that location about once every two weeks. The services and food are getting worst. I used the drive thru service yesterday to order egg BLT bagel meal. When I approached the window, there was no greeting, NO hi or what would you like to order. I didn't know if I should go ahead to order or there's nobody working at the drive thru at that time. After I got my order and noticed it was sausage mcmuffin, I went inside to tell the staff that I order the egg BLT bagel meal but got susage mcmuffin. Then, she asked if I ordered hashbrown. Don't they understand what a meal means? The food.... I got some bacon crumbles, no tomato, no mayo and the bagel sandwich fell apart. Worst experience ever!!

The employees park in the reserved drive-thru parking in the evening so when they do park you there's no where for you to wait. I've been waiting for over 19 min away from the window and waited for 5 at the window. There's someone behind me waiting for their food as well.

Fast service. Good deals on various food items. Accurate order. Will continue to go there.

Do not time out parking, otherwise you will be issued a ticket.

Just go there for drink large Pop only $1.00 plus tax.And my kids love there kids meal with toy that all.And l also love all day breakfast and ice cream too.

At first i had ordered a beakfast #2 and recived a regular #2 which is a Quarter Pounder. They took the order back exchanged it and gave me back my change with no hassle. Shout out to the femal manager. Thank you for your honest service.
