Long wait, and they are always out of stock on items.

They REALLY need to wear gloves and hairnets. The person at the cash register should not touch the food at ALL. Money is filthy carries many forms of bacteria and credit cards too.The drive thru should not take money and then touch food without washing and sanitizing their hands. The store on Highland and G st is nasty. The workers nor leads wash their hands nor wear hairnets. Some don't. I can't say All only the times I have gone. Thats why its been a year since I have been to McDonald's. Its important to practice clean habits at places where food goes to the public. They NEED to implement Gloves, Hairnets and WASHING OF HANDS

Used two coupons at once, everything tasted and the coke was crispy just how I like it

I paid $349 plus tax for a egg mc muffin without coffee. Prices at MAC DONALDS IS WAY OUT THEIR. NEVER AGAIN SO HELLO CARLS JR. AND JACK IN THE BOX. Nuff said.

The food here was fine. What you can only expect from McDonalds, but the service was horrendous. There were 10 people in line inside and 4 workers just talking and standing around not taking any orders and that includes the supervisor who was the one chatting it up. All the customers were just staring at the employees. Even an employee looked at all of us and then grab a rag and started wiping the counter. The priority was on the drive thru and everyone inside was ignored. Finally once someone took the orders. Our order was missing an item and when I informed the supervisor she just walked away without saying a word to me. I guess I was supposed to read her mind and know that she was going to get my item for me.

Ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins all came with no egg only had cheese inside. Called the store phone is disconnected.. like really. 7/13/19

Yummy turkey sausage but they ran out of turkey sausage!! SO REGULAR SAUSAGE IT IS tomitio bowl and small Mc Cafe

The exterior is pretty messy as a first appearance. Very courteous and prompt service.

Lots of screaming by staff, not a lot of listening to customers. Our order was wrong and chicken sandwich sloppily put together.

Exiting the parking lot limits your options to east or north. The drive through is also quit short and narrow.

This place needs to hurry up and close down. Service sucks, receiving your food on point is not even close, and employees attitudes are not professional... more ghetto and you could see favoritism among the employees. It's sad to see a hard working employee doing her job while the other crew is clicked with their boss barely doing anything.

Amazing chocolate chip Frappuccino I can honestly say better than Starbucks with extra whip cream and caramel!!! Mm m mm

The 1 stars only for the burgers. The fries were soggy. The manager sprayed some perfume around the whole place while were eating. Just another bad experience at McDonald's

The drive through is always long, but this time it went by very quick. I paid for my order and got everything I ordered. Good customer service too.

Worker's are not wearing gloves not washing hands! Just doing things the same as always! Not practicing the safe rules we were told too is sad! But who works there? Young teens who dont care!

For being at busy location they are very friendly and fast

Fry's are already cold and taste cardboard and when you tell him you want to meet fresh they give you an attitude burgers and chicken sandwiches...

Employees were nice, but service was pretty slow. Restaurant was clean. Food was fine.

This McDonalds is too busy. Drive thru and parking are usually packed.

Never fails everytime I go they always try and not give me my full order. I am given attitude when I inform them my order is not complete.

Very surprised how they tore the toll building down and actually built it from ground up again it looks very nice and the inside they bring your food to you when they give you a number when you sit down more classy I would say since it is San Bernardino and that's what makes me happy cuz I know that people in San Bernardino that owns stores and shops can they can make their Shops look not ghetto or too sore to say bad area they can make it look nice and since the school's right across the street to get lots of business. I would definitely recommend going to this McDonald's they have a Play Place it's clean you can see your children while you're eating and I was happy when I went thank you!

My daughter is severely allergic to onions, she told them, NOT to put onions on her burger, they put onions on the burger anyway, she had an allergic reaction, and was transported to Dignity Health Hospital ER.

I love their ice coffees I'll tell you what I dont is that they raised their combo prices $10..00 I feel it's too much

it says 24 hour, but no drive through or doors open at 1am, even though staff inside doing some cleaning, no one come out tells anything and it still says 24 hours hanging out door. So Annoying!!

Surroundings needs a little attention one of the service crew smell like weed

They always have over 10 drinks on the counter ready for the drive thru so when I get my drink it's all watery with no ice. The other day they gave the car in front of me my drinks and the customer gave them back and when I was next the employee gave me the same drinks that the previous customer had touched. Gave me the happy meal I ordered with no toy and when I asked they said we have no toys which they could of informed me at the time of ordering. Fries and nuggets tasted old and weren't even warm. They didn't have fountain drinks.

It took me 40 minutes to get ONE happy meal... 40 minutes....

They always forget something in my order. Waited in reserved parking for 12 minutes on food. I had to go in because they forgot to bring it out.

I mean, its McDonald's so 5 stars for McDonald's quality

Great customer service, I used the McDonald's app, but forgot the promotion and they honored the promotion. Even they didn't honor the promo, it's still best customer service.

The internet is not working the service takes for ever and just not well made

Everything is good at my McDonald's except I don't like the kiosk thing. When I go in I enjoy speaking to your employees. The kiosk are to high for me. So it's very disappointing to have to do that. I will stop going to McDonald's with my grandchildren. They will miss it too.
