McDonald's Review

Very busy not enough workers. Takes forever and a day to get your order filled. Bathrooms are nasty, even walked in on a dude in the fsmales restroom, who had been partaking in activities i wouldnt want my kid seeing, with the stall unlocked...smh

I'm not a big fan, however, I walked in, hoping to grab a quick breakfast bite. There was no line, and I received my order quickly! You must request entry into the restroom, and the location of the restaurant is nestled in a small, high traffic strip mall type space.

This place sucks at night time! Night crew are so rude and they seem lost all the time. I ordered my son his 6 piece and he came home with a 4 piece. Like come on night crew. Every time I come at night it s a MESS! Get it together!

Wish they'd stop panhandling going to our car windows

Nice place but the employees are very suspicious of everybody coming in due to the area do if you don't mind being treated like a criminal than you'll be fine.

When i just feel like cooking and I've had a super long day. I head over to McDonald's, you can never go wrong the have something for every person's in the family. Big and small meals to fit anyone desire. I absolutely love McDonald's fires they are the best.

I got my Mc chicken and was correct and was good what more can I say.

Poorly ran. Starts with management and trickles it way on down. No accountability and yet they want wages increased. It doesnt take 17 minutes to microwave our food.

The drive thru can get packed! If you park to eat inside, you may not be able to get out.

Large fry and its half empty thanks McDonald's and the soda you guys gave me was flat. Thanks again. And maybe the gal at the window shouldn't argue about the soda machine beeping maybe its beeping because its out of carbonation!!!!!!

The food was good, the service was good the Dinning room was clean and without need for repairs as far as I could see. Only surprise was the large amount of homeless folks all over the Dinning room and streaming in as I ate my breakfast.

Love the Big Mac. Nothing else like it. When they're freshly cooked the fries are the best!

I wish could give a lower rating was given wrong order, then argued with me that that's what I ordered. Very rude and slow. Never will I go back

Young lady taking my order today was pleasant and professional; but upon my request for them to blend a pie into a McFlurry, she summoned the manager, who told me they can t do that. I ve successfully ordered pie McFlurries at 2 other locations in the Lower Mainland before. Regular McFlurry it is for me today, I suppose.

No frapps available; this was one of two McDonald's we visited on the same night with the same problem. This is definitely something that McDonald's must addresss as it is a common occurrence.

Well, this Micky D's has remote bathrooms and fountain drinks. When you purchase, then they let you in the bathroom "remotely " and also the fountain drinks. But overall I got my order in a timely fashion.

Conveniently close to my work. I can stop by early in the mornings after work. Love that it's open 24 hrs. Only issue is that it's always hard to log on into their free WiFi.

They asked me to wait in the parking lot where this person was also waiting for his order, after 20 min a lady came out and gave my order to the guy parked next to me he unwrapped my food. Well he returned my food and the same lady just took the bags back outside and gave them to me.

There was homeless people eating out of the trash inside the lobby and everyone looked like it was normal. I had to take my food elsewhere because it wasn't a pleasent experience. Also hookers coming in half naked with see thru clothes on..not some where I want my kids to go eat..never again

Summary: go when you have coupons or promos. Not worth it otherwise.

It's north American MacDonald's. Nothing to rave about. It's definitely not worth your money if you don't have coupons. Some Mailer coupons are not worth it though! Beware! Best place to get medium coffee, breakfast sandwich, and hashbrown for 5$ before taxes. It's up to you to figure out how ;) if you're paying 5.50$ then you're paying too much.

Had a panc6special an the gave me a sausage patty with cheese from someone sandwich on my pancake platter. I have not ate here in years an this is why. Nasty, sloppy place.

It was ok could have been better except the server in the drive threw window never made eye contact and literally was shoving my order in my face.

Try the caesar chicken wrap with new wrapping paper ...the paper smells funny with warm fried chicken (run out grilled) and taste funny lettuce(staled?).

Customer appreciation day but when when I tried to order the deals the girl in the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about even though they are advertising it on the widow and pasted out flyers .....she told me she has no promo button for the offer. When I asked so what does that mean she told me she wasn't a manager and couldn't give it to me.... was there no manager on duty???? very disappointed in being treated this way especially on customer Appreciation Day!

Can't get what i ordered, and received the opposite of what i ordered on all 3 items

And they didn't deserve the 1 star they got. Scenario: you have at least 6 people in line. 1 register open. Manager in the drive thru with 4 other people. FINALLY get to place an order and the cashier ia not even paying attention and all he got was the last item. A breakfast meal that cost 5.29 turned into a 9.00 meal. When asked about it cashier couldn't tell me anything except "that's what it is" and when asked what comes with the meal "I think a drink" Wow GREAT TRAINING MCDONALD'S! When I asked for my money back the manager says "for what?" Needless to say they have the worst customer service at this place.

Service is very spotty....sometimes good, sometimes horrible.

This location has long lines they ALWAYS run out of ice cream an Diffrent food not just 1 day a week but for weeks an they don't put a sign or a note so if that is what your coming for you won't get stuck in a long for nothing plus depending witch shift they dont like questions an are rude about it when your the 1 should be upset

Not too fast at it should be, over 15 minutes waiting

The drivethrew is slow and people who work there dont care about your order just want to get you in and out. Its better to go to jack in the box down the street

This place is terrible. The employees are rude and unhelpful. If you ever want to go to a place and feel like you are in an SNL skit about people who hate their lives and their jobs this is the place to be. If you let them know that they got your order wrong expect them to react like you are personally attacking their character. And you better believe they will yell across the restaurant to prove their point. It is fly infested and dirty overall. Stay away from this location, until they hire new employees and clean up. They gave my daughter expired apples that were clearly rotten. The package says to keep refrigerated and they have them all sitting in the counter.

Like others have stated, the people are very rude here. The food i received was cold and soggy fries. I suggest to go elsewhere.

One of my favorite McDonald's in Richmond. The seating is amazing, a fun place to visit with your family or friends. The service and cleanliness is exceptional. I highly recommend this location. The drive thru service is great.

Good service, they have a kisko set up for ordering, very easy to follow. I'm going back again soon

Most of the time I visit this McDonald's, I see long lines and people leaving the line because of how long it takes to receive their food from the drive thru.

Waitsed my 15 minutes of breaktime coz they couldn't even take my order properly.....first guy took half of my order and told me to go next window to order rest of the order and after going to next window he said i can't add in this order you have to go next window and pay there, after reaching there they only prepared half of the order and told me tht they only received that order and manager did not want to admit their mistake.I will never go there again....worst McDonald's service in all over canada...staff is doing whatever they think is right

I didn't enjoy waiting in the heat after I placed my order at the drive thru... I thought this was fast-food lol.

Great location. Very well maintained. Staff is friendly and very efficient.

I'm not really keen on MCD's so my review will be biased, however the team working the afternoon shift really clouded my judgement. They were swarmed, they paid no attention to the lobby and although my order was extremely simple (2 for $3 plain mcchicken add ketchup, and a regular mcdouble) they found a way to butcher that. Gave me a regular mcchicken and a mcdouble with only ketchup. she even repeated my order so I'm thinking it is correct, so I walk out without checking and it was so backwards. I usually come here whenever my friends have a taste for it and this was my first time ordering with them. It will be my last.

Well if you do not have time to visit another place, well here is McDonald's, fast and cheap.

Love when they bring back the McRib and green chamrock shake.

I don't know what the planning was for when they renovated this McDonalds location, but somethings just don't make sense. Previously there were many seating area for customers to dine-in at, now it has reduced to half the amount. There use to be Atleast 4 cashiers (usually 2-3 staffs working at the register) and now there is only 2. Kiosks were pretty much the replacements of the cashiers. Although it's quick to get orders in, people still have to go through a long line up to pay cash... No room for line up's and waiting area. The best improvement they made is the drive through.

The worst experience I had was early morning 4am to grab breakfast before work. I stood at the cashier for over 10min to be served. The staffs working that morning clearly see me but they did not bother to Atleast let me know they will be with me shortly...they just stared at me from the kitchen (doing nothing but waiting for food to be heat up or something). Once I was served (which they didn't even have the energy or motif to do so) I waited forever for my food, but that's fine cause it was really early and they had to make my order from scratch.

The other bad experience I had was late at night buying food for my family (take out). It was really busy, so I went to the kiosk to skip the line up (which nobody was working at the cashier). Everyone waited 30min to an hour for their food. I got part of my order after 30min but the other part never showed up. After another 30min, I ask one of the staffs who were dealing with another missing order, as to where my big Mac combo was...it was apparently ready awhile back and is now cold. Luckily he was more than happy to offer me a fresh one (which took 10min), I got home with a warm burger and cold fries (I ate my ice cream and food while waiting for the burger).

Location so convienent but service is bad. I definitely don't recommend going during busy hours (nor early morning).

This place always has such slow service. Not because of the kitchen staff. Their cashiers are always ridiculously slow. Also they charge more than other locations for a mc double or double cheese burger dressed like a mac

This mcdonalds is very busy, the wait here is pretty long. Breakfast, lunch & dinner its always packed. Staff is kind & proffessional, even when its busy and frustrating. 3 stars just because of the wait.
