Would be better but housekeeping was cleaning the drive thru window as we were getting our food. It's good that they clean but I'd rather not wonder if the dirty water he's cleaning with is going to drip into my order as she hands it out. Plus the parking lot is a nightmare not much they can do about that though. Just be warned.

The French Fries were nice and hot and they were a medium size. So I'm giving them 4 stars.

This location is MAKING people use the kiosk to make their orders. I don t like those machines and it takes too much time. We need humans to interact with. McDonalds workers be careful, you won t have a job in another year.

I was disappointed they no longer have breakfast items after 11am.

I am currently here at the hemet location on florida blvd. A young man named Anthony has gone far above his duties to help my elderly mom with her coffee. He was cleaning the parking lot when she flagged him down, and asked for additional cream and sweetener. He promptly ran inside to meet a grateful customers request. Give this Young man a promotion (with a raise of course). He is a valuable asset to your company.

Burgers are expensive and you don't even get a piece of lettuce. Plus don't order a shake don't taste like it did in the 80's.

Took long to take our order and missing something from the order when we got to our destination.

Did you know McDonalds excepts competitor's coupons such as buy one get one free!!

Okay service, lack of seats due to the middle school next door, even though the students don't buy anything

Horrible they messed up my entire order. Forgot a whole combo throw the whole staff away and not to mention they parked me and still didn't get it right

I am truly BLESSED! I lost my wallet at this location off university parkway, left it there on the counter or in the parking lot. And someone turned it in!!!! With ALL my money still in it. The managers put it away in their safe for me until I picked it up a few days later! God bless you all that work there. There is still GREAT people out there.

This McDonald's on 2nd Street San Bernardino CA has serious ISSUES that have NOT BEEN CORRECTED in the 5 yrs I have been going there. When I did go there recently eg: no one was taking walk in orders, they were on break said a guy mopping the front entranceway. Kudos for trying to FINALLY GET AND KEEL THIS STORE CLEAN. However just because you have a few cars n drive thru doesn't mean you let a customer stand for 10 minutes without even acknowledgement. Thank you to the employee mopping for taking my order when he did

Very busy there. Can't really find a table to sit especially with big group. Lot of people chill for a long time there just chit chat. If you are looking for quick meal, it is better go through drive thru.

Will not come back to this location! Ordered a junior chicken and ended-up pulling out quarter length hair strand from my mouth!! The rest of the hair strand was still in the sandwich. . . trashed the whole thing. Not worth coming back . . . EVER!!

Real big crowd through lunch, can't unlock restroom without worker assistance with a bunch of high schoolers making runs

It was very bad service there. I think the manager was a younger African-American lady with a bad attitude. Also the tables needed to be clean, they were joking a lot in the back. And you can tell that they were just there to maybe get a check not to work. Maybe if you guys pop up on them at night you will understand what I'm talking about.

Food was not good cold and my meat party was hard at the end

The quality is not worth the price increase. They still have a $1 menu, but all of the food is been removed and only the soda is remain! What is the point in having the menu?

Every time I go to this McDonald's you have homeless people and strange people walking around asking for change and things like that and they'd be all over the parking lot that just gets kind of frustrating you can only help so much

I don't go at this McDonald's anymore. Before I use to go there each morning to order hot coffee on the drive through. But recently I have experienced 3 consecutive mornings on the drive through when they I order coffee they will always say the there's no available hot coffee. How would you expect this to happen at McDonald's? This might be an indication of poor management in service. If I'm a state inspector, that would be a red flag to me.

Love my local McDonald's. So much has changed over the years from the menu to remodeling, to using an app to order and deals that are offered. Sometimes a good ole Quarterpounder with cheese or a BigMac and a Large Coke is all you need to get through or end a long day.

Clean, spacious, newly furnished, and most importantly, the manager is extremely helpful (I was a visitor from overseas).

This is a great and convenient McDonald's location in central Richmond, but be warned of potential looooong drive-thru line-ups on weekday mornings! It's a busy place! The dining area within the restaurant is very spacious.

After purchaseing $100 in gift cards, this store billed my account another $75 ! After 10 days , 3 phone messages I am waiting to talk to someone else about a refund of $75. Do not think you should use a card here, only cash.

Taste like real chicken, but they charged me for extra mac sauce

Been to their drive thru many times at night time in the past 6 month it is kind of scatchy that they only accept cash at night.
There is no reason for that unless either your machine is not workin or you are trying to cancel transactions and keep the money.
Since I have been there at least on 6 different sunday mornings looks like its always like that.
Also super slow. Last time I was there (12/17/2017) around 1 am and I was the only one in the drive thru and waited 18 min for a big mc meal (I timed it).
Numerous times I got old buns(crispy)
Or cold fries because they didnt prepare the orders in the order of cars driving in.
If you have the choice to go to another place I suggest you do.

VERY FRESH IN THE MORNING and the food is hot N ready and in the morning the CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE CRISPY

Fries taste great, Ruben v. was an amazing employee, not to far from entertainment.

I ordered chicken nuggets with 2 kinds of sauce but received only one kind, the chicken nuggets tasted dry not juicy, trash cans were full needed to be emptying. Lots of homeless hang around, perhaps that's reason you need an employee to open the restroom door when you need to go.

Slowest Speed rate I've ever experienced 25+wait is a drain.
