Worst part of town to have a McDonald's. Tons of homeless people and weirdos. An the employee's don't do a thing about it.

What a trip 90% of the people her either homeless or just came from the immigration attorney across the parking lot in other words no one spending any money and they stand in line to use the restroom of course this is a better McDonald's in the McDonald's off Baseline where the homeless just walk inside probably 95% just sit there and urinate in the seats and no one does anything about it marriage was terrible there oh well there be another day

This mcdonalds is very busy and alot goes on their.

Don't go here after 8. Plenty of times the food was cold or the order was wrong. Not worth the absurd long drive thru waiting time.

Brought up my issue about my McRib being served on hamburger buns a couple days before it really seemed like I was bothering them to have brought up the issue and baby care to correct their apologize that's fast food for you nowadays..this is a lousy current location anyways I very rarely seldom have had a positive review I have been come to this location for 5 years a few times a yearI don't think I will be returning to this location anymore I think I've had enough for their bad service

My whole order was wrong bad service waited and it still was wrong

Really bad service, order online when I arrived the store manager said there is no mobile order. Can t help me. Then after I order it again with triple flat, only came with 2 ? Asked manger, no answer no refund. Never come back again

Everybody knows McDonald's is the best fast food restaurant in the United States of America no matter where you go whether it be a la San Francisco Texas New York Florida Colorado New Mexico Nevada Pittsburgh you name it they have about 1000 McDonald's in their state McDonald's is and always will be the very best in fast food hahaha

Not impressed to be parked for a single burger when theres literally no line.

It is nice, with a play place for kids and a order for yourself console which then allows you to get your food without waiting for a cashier. It's clean and it's only downfall is the long wait at certain times and the fact that like most McDonald's it has no ice cream after 8.

We wanted 30 minutes to buy a coffee and ice cream. The taste of ice cream was not good.

This is the worst McDonald s I ve ever been too. Very bad service and horrible attitude from employees

After waiting in the line and having been unable to properly pull up to the mic we asked for a pail of cookies and immediately the speaker says we dont have any cookies so i said okay then thats all i wanted ill leave and thats it no reply and even looked at with additude while we were passing by waiting in the long line thanks for nothing mc donalds except for the closure of me never returning and having this problem

Slow! Drive Thru parked every car that went through.

Ordered A 6pc Chicken Nugget HAPPY MEAL in the drive-thru was asked to park up front and they'll bring it to me. Waited about 15 minutes still didn't bring my food out so I walked into the dining area and asked what the holdup was all they told me was sorry about the wait here's your happy meal I would have requested a refund but the food was for my daughter

Food was slow. It is dirty. And we used the kiosk sat down with the table tent and after 20 minutes of waiting I found out food was sitting on the counter cold.....

drive through is pretty good and easy you drive through, it's mc donalds you probrobly know what they sell, it's "food" pretty good service i guess, i dont know it's fine.

seats inside are nice wheelchair accessible, electronic ordering if you'd like (aka no talk just food) and there's a play place.

Food is given cold. Not a pleasant place to eat at.

Mmm I'm lovin it. This is a good McDonald's. Can't say I've had a bad experience. The diner is clean and they are always stocked with utensils and other needs. Check it out if you're driving by and you're hungry.

There's not really anything wrong with food and service but there's usually alot of homeless people lingering around and the smell right outside the restaurant is god awful.

Nice convenience of kiosk to order from, but the dining room needed attention.

Since they put in 2 drive-through ordering stations, it takes longer to go through it than it used to. (2 ordering stations doesn't equal faster service; it makes a traffic jam!!)
Also, they changed sodas & put Dr. Pepper in a former fruit punch line, so now it tastes like cherry Dr. Pepper. *Blech*
I will say the employees were very nice, helpful, and accommodating.

I drove out my way so my kids could play and the play area was closed. The food was dry

I waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes and I got cold fries. This McDonalds is terrible. Rude, apathetic employees...I will never return.

Food is okay, but environment is not good for kids because of the many homeless and mentally unstable people in the area and one in particular within the building who was swearing and yelling at people. I feel bad for people like that but he scared my grandkids.

Orderned no picckles. Got a bun with just cheese. Ketchup and onions...

Fast food restaurant. O.K. I guess. I hate their prices though.

Too many people asking for money outside bugging us. Not very clean, and customer service isn't very good. Building is nice though and very good size.

Got parking ticket for eatting at McDonald's. That should be enough said about this location.

Bathrooms half clean wiped down my table. Was given number to take to table but still had to pick up order and asked for cups for our drinks when we paid for our order but was told we will get them when they bring our order to table.

Food was exceptional . The service was phenonminal .
I would say if you go and theres a long drive through line just walk right in . the workers are always ready to help . beware of wet floor though i almost slipped comeing inside . the manger helpped me up and offered free food because of the accident that couldve ended in a law suit all in all McDonald's is cool and all but not healthy so go to carls trust me its waaayy better

Fast and easy ordering just how fast food place should be.....

Still occasionally get my order wrong but still good
