I ordered 2 large drinks and one small drink, 2 small fries, and 4 cheeseburgers with NO onions because my daughter and I are allergic to them. We got 1 large drink, 1 small drink, 2 small frries, 1 large fry, and my burgers all had onions. And fast-food workers want $15.00/hr?! Not if you can't take an order correctly.

Mostly calm, cozy, big area spot! The staff usually are helpful!
Toilets are locked( No power socket available( Not many homeless. No kick out "homeless"!

It's a good food place. One can get as much as fries one wan5 ....

Most of the time fries not fresh, the wait is too long.

The slushie drinks are disappointing. For 50 cents more you get a medium. The small must look like a water cup. Never again.

Went for to sausage mc muffin meal and they gave me to chicken sandwich so disappointed

Over price. Same old setup less stores and expensive.

One of their larger venue. Plenty of seats. Also a drive thru. Kids play area... Close to Canada line, 5 minutes walk to Lansdowne Station.

Fast service! The Chicken McGriddles were really a good bargin! I had a Mocha Caramel Latte with my sandwiches. Pleasent clean atmosphere!

In the early mornings it takes over 15 minutes for them to get people through the drive through. I won't be coming here again. This is not fast food by any means.

This location is hard pressed to get you the correct order of Chicken McNuggets on time, but, somehow, they always manage to get a 10/10 in my book. The customers are such a delight and so are the honest men and women behind the counter. This location is envious and is clearly visible from California freeways.

Manager was out there acknowledging guests and helping out with order system or question. Very personable and friendly.

It was horrible service and the food was under cooked and the orders were messed up so bad that everyone in the whole restaurant we're offered free meal coupons

Waited 15 mins for my food after going thru the drive thru!!

What kind of Mcdonalds is this. I thought it was a franchise, the night cashier looks like she wants to kill the customers. Employees should smile while greeting customers. Bad Service

Horrible service. The wait is long every time I get a iced coffee tastes like water

The staff are OK but the management needs to learn to smile, not look grouchy. Plus most the workers are definitely NOT homeless friendly like the corporation has gone on record as saying about McDonalds.

Can never get an order right ever... they want $15 an hour for their employees... try getting better employees

Blowing had a very poor customer service in the drive-through when an employee was supposed to be taking in order he was using foul language and chitchatting with the person making the order they took three minutes of talking before they place the order and then when I got to the window for my order I ordered two large drinks I was given one medium and one large when I told him that it was incorrect he gave me an attitude about switching my soda to a large soda and told me I looked paranoid because I didn't have the right soda if you cannot do your job and make a cup of soda get a better education

It was super busy nowhere to sit my French fries were cold my burger was fresh though

Besides the long lines and the wait the food is consistently fresh for a mcdonalds. I ve never gotten cold food. They also always repeat your order when you pay and when they give it to you.

They are a little slow in getting your order and food to you and they don't put enough ice in your drinks

Caters to high volume crowd. Lacks cleanliness. Food is no different than any other franchise restaurant.

Long drive thru lines but once you order it goes pretty fast. The inside is clean and nice considering location

My husband just came from there right now and he said the heavy set lady working there was sloppy with our order. One of the drinks was halfway full and had soda all over the cup. The fries taste like they were reheated and the soda is flat. These are the people who want fifteen an hour but are lazy, rude, and don't know how to make good food.

I got stuck in the bathroom . No toilet paper! Had to use my sock

I come here somewhat often, usually for something small, like a burger or just fries. It's hit or miss quite often. As is with most Mcdonalds I've been to, you will sometimes get everything perfect, and other times something will taste as if it sat there too long, or the order will not be right, or (insert complaint). If in doubt.. ask for "fresh" food. Be warned, though, that asking for fresh food means you will wait a lot a longer than usual.
