Takes 20min for a small coffee. If you want simple and fast. All your gonna get is simple.

Across the street from a school. The quality was not there.

The service I received was not up to the standard of other McDonald's I have visited at other locations.

The restaurant and the parking lot/drive thru where very clean and well kept & the staff all seemed to work together effortlessly they where very efficient and expedient. I will be going back again to visit this McDonald's more than once.

It's always messing in the dining area. When ordering inside they're very slow. It needs attention...

This McDonald's has been in Richmond for a long time. There are a lot of parking spaces nearby, it is very convenient~ There is also a car to enter the order to get off the bus.

They are trying to use kiosks instead of the traditional registers. Customer service wasn't that great with 10 employees and none working registers.

Fast service. Drive thru line very efficient. You do not have to wait long for your order.

They are mostly rude to people by ignoring them. Doesn't matter if your homeless or wearing a suit. Many times I have said for here and they still put it into a to go bag. To me that's just suggesting they don't want me there at least that's how they make me feel.

You guy should work on your service to all the coustmers it's seem like no body even wants to work there

This location is specifically the worst location I've ever been to on a regular basis.. Unfortunately I work close by and keep bending to give them more chances based on my good experiences at other McDonald's.. I'm actually writing this with a big Mac meal infront of me that they didn't put an Mac sauce on and also didn't put any ketchup or BBQ sauce in the bag that I specifically requested. The coffee has grounds in it.. As if the filter broke. So done with them. This was the last chance. Go to any other location.

Ordinary Mack, it's okay, but the toilets did not work, which spoiled the impression.

Fast service and clean bathroom food was kinda cold

The only good thing about McDonald's are the chicken nuggets and they have to be fresh

Totally an unpleasant experience very bad service the coffee machines do not work, the premises too dirty and many homelees inside the restaurant chain McDonald should have more care of their restaurants since most of their clientele are children and not It's nothing nice to be looking at all that panorama. Please take letters in the matter thank you.

What can you say it's Mickey Dee's. I like the sweet tea.

Slow service. Drive thrue people dont hear what you order and when you drive to pay you dont have your bagels!!!

Well cleaned, good attention, the bad thing that there is to wait too much for what they asked for

The theme of homeless, drug addicts, and hookers made my dining experience a real treat. 10/10. Would visit again. (Be sure to get a tetanus shot before going)

Cashier couldn't get orders correct, man b4 me had to repeat his order 4 coffee & egg mcmuffen 3 times.
I asked for 2 sodas & 1 coffee, she got that wrong also. Her English was good so......
Toilets were dirty floor was Clean

I only go when they have specials theres to many of us. N it really adds up.

Most the young workers at this location are rude.. thank goodness they have a good manager..

Cuz I was desperate for mediocre food. McDonald's is getting too expensive for what they serve. Sorry McDonald's

Because at the time I went they went under construction. So I had to go through the drive-thru they were quick but I still don't like drive thru

I went through the drive thru, and I handed them a 20, she even put on my receipt that I gave her a 20. My change was supposed to be 11.05, she only gave me 1.05 back, and I said you didn't give me my 10, and she was like you only gave me a 10, I put it in wrong. I said no, I gave you a 20, so I asked her to get the manager. He came over and didn't even ask me what happened, asked the employee, and she explained to him her side of the story. He told me that there was nothing he could do and I asked him to please check the security cameras. So I went inside and waited for 25 minutes for him to come over to me, he came with an extremely blurry picture of a $20 and tried telling me that it was a $10 and that there was nothing he could do about it. I have never been rude to an employee anywhere in my entire life, and I walked out of there telling every single customer there that they stole money from me. I don't think I will ever return to another McDonalds after this experience.

Slow internet. Like fast order screens. This is a staple in fast food. Will be back. Basic hamburger still their best offering.

Came during a tuesday afternoon at about 5pm, it was pretty empty. Place is reasonably clean. This mcdonalds dining area is one of the bigger ones that can fit a large amount of people. During this visit, there was a new staff member who was pretty incompetent. I bought a McFlurry and a drink at the kiosk and she argued that i didn't buy a McFlurry. I showed her the receipt and the mishap was quickly resolved. It could be a computer glitch but it was just annoying. The McFlurry they gave me was a little less than i expected though. Like a spoonful less. The service here is fast as you'd expected. Just before we finished up to leave there was a strange burning smell that permeated throughout the entire dining room area. I'll probably avoid this one if i can.

Been here twice in the last two weeks, screwed up the order twice. My fault for assuming the first time was a fluke and not inspecting my meal before driving off!
