Worst McDonald's ever. Always forget stuff, can never run their drive thru properly with some common sense. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic! Upper management should be made aware of the lack of talent they are employing.its McDonald's not rocket science.

This is a nice McDonald's (still McDonald's though)

Polite. Good fatty food. Easy n fast dinner for busy parents.

Dirty place nobody cleans tables dirty and the dont call the cops when drug addict s go inside .when there s littles kids inside the management doesnt care for there customer s.

The employees always go above their duty and have the greatest attitudes.

I guess, it depends on who & who is working at that time. Sometimes the service is great, and sometimes the service is Straight Outta' Compton... Just sayin'...

This location is terrible and always has been food and customer service. The only good thing is its location right off the freeway. Its simple if you hate your job quit if you cant then be greatfull you have one many people dont. If you can't take pride in what you do it shows in your customer service and in the food you provide. You too should quit and find a different line of work. Its simple!

We stopped by for another Happy Meal.

Under staffed. Ice cream machine hardly works and they will offer you 2 10 piece mcnuggets in place of one 20 piece so u get more sauce, however it's not the same price they charge you more so they essentially charge you r more dollars just so you can get one more sauce packet. Don't let them play you. But if you go in the morning the sausage biscuits are always fresh

I went thru the drive thru but it was quick and accurate

Forgot 1 of the meals ordered, didn't put in creamer or sugar and put ham instead of sausage on my sandwich. Great job

Had a excellent experience in here with my son. The food arrives quickly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

Not really good service but the inexperienced help is responsible for delays.

This McDonald's is discusting. Full of tweakers. Poor customer service. There lids were not stocked. And it is stuffy as hell in here and the manager said they can not control there air conditioner in here. This is a very poor maintained McDonald's

Food was good and service was fast and easy thru drive thru

All franchises allow u to take off condiments and substitute condiments at no charge. Not this one they want u to pay for mayo even when u take off ketchup n mustard n ask to just substitute mayo in their place. They are a greedy franchise n not worth the money stopping their they count on the unexpected customers to stop by n make their money but once you come here you usually do t come back.

Always busy, has to line up all the time. But otherwise it is a good place to hang out with friends

Always a long line in the drive thru. Because of location, very busy McDonald's.

I've been avoiding this location for awhile because I find their quality of food is generally worse than other nearby locations. But since it's closest to home, I decided to give it a try again. There was 1 car in front of me at the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes at the reserved parking spot (where they told me to go), I asked them what's going on. They forgot my order! Waited another 10 mins then finally my meal came and they forgot my fries. A simple drivethru order took 30 mins.

Consistent food, fast service, and decent coffee. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. What more can you ask for?

We dined in and I ordered the #9, 2 cheese burgers , fries and a drink. I always add extra pickles on my burgers. To my surprise when I looked inside my burger they both had a tag saying "extra pickles" but they each only had 2 small pickles. I was disappointed with that, to top it off, everything was COLD! My lemonade was good!

Enjoy their coffee its the best compared to Tim Horton's or Starbucks

The drive thru line was very long then the computers were down couldnt use card or use coupons!

Prices are ok. Food is ok. Perfect for late night food with friends.

Their beef crafted burger, was so nasty, McDonald's on "G" and Highland, San Bernardino, Ca

It's 10am and they only had one person at the register (at the time) there were about 10 people in line behind us and 3 people in front of us. The pace had no salt. Only good thing was that the employees were very nice.

It's a rough area, so expect transients to ask for change or food. The food is usually always on point, minus burnt fries here and there. These guys try hard especially the morning crew... For mccraps I think they do well

Too many homeless panhandling in parking lot. Asked for packets of mayonnaise and they wanted me to PAY EXTRA.

Busy location but once things get moving, it goes quick

Love to go to McDonald's every other month, but I noticed how bad their quality has gotten. No doubt they cut corners to make profit. Look at the quality of bread just breaks on you.

The food of the God's no doubt but beware lest you be stricken down.

Great juicy burgers and hot fries-endless drinks -super fast service friendly staff!

Food was great, but the mens restroom was not available for full use. (Sink wasn't working)

It's a good place to eat and share with what you love most are the little ones

Came here at 1am and asked if they were serving icecream, the lady took 5 minutes to go check. Came back and asked what i wanted. Been waiting to exit the drive thru for the last 30 minutes

I just went here 15 min ago my 1st experience was that the employees that's working in the drive thru were very very rude.. and then when my husband got out and walked in and heard them talking about the situation like it was a big joke.. I am unsatisfied and I will not be back to this location

Order cheeseburger with no onions extra pickles and it was delicious wasn't dry was perfect

The crew very unorganized but I think they can improve, I really hope.

Customer service is bad because the lady was very rude
