I went through the drive thru, and I handed them a 20, she even put on my receipt that I gave her a 20. My change was supposed to be 11.05, she only gave me 1.05 back, and I said you didn't give me my 10, and she was like you only gave me a 10, I put it in wrong. I said no, I gave you a 20, so I asked her to get the manager. He came over and didn't even ask me what happened, asked the employee, and she explained to him her side of the story. He told me that there was nothing he could do and I asked him to please check the security cameras. So I went inside and waited for 25 minutes for him to come over to me, he came with an extremely blurry picture of a $20 and tried telling me that it was a $10 and that there was nothing he could do about it. I have never been rude to an employee anywhere in my entire life, and I walked out of there telling every single customer there that they stole money from me. I don't think I will ever return to another McDonalds after this experience.
