The condiment area was extremely dirty and the floors were sticky and the table tops we're very dirty.

i went and they had no whip cream, no caramel no mayo and no more peppermint mochas. the trashes were overflowing and there was spilled drinks all over the place. every customer had a complaint. a guy got 3 chicken nuggets instead of 5.. some boys were smoking in the restaurant. i was harassed and i told the workers and they told me "so what" and started whispering and laughing at me. the manager called me a crybaby. an old man was asleep in the middle of the drive thru. the guy ran over my foot with the mop bucket.. overall bad experience don't come here pls..

Terrible. First of all at 3:00am i was told they will only serve breakfast. I asked for an egg white delight meal. But they cant serve that to me until 4am. Which doesnt make sense if they are only serving breakfast. I had to wait in line for longer than 20 min just to get to the pay window. Ridiculous. This is the worst service ive EVER had. I do NOT recommend coming here.

It's fast and the portions are big and I love the burger

Apparently their frappe/smoothie machine is never working. It's been like a month now and everytime I come they are either "cleaning it" or "doesn't work". They should honestly fire the manager here and get a new well trained one. The current manager is pretty irresponsible to have a machine down for such a long time.

Slow. Rude. And food was incorrect. 18 people working the back one cashier. It felt like it was everyone first day there

Avoid this place. Slowest McDonald's I have ever seen.

Terrible service the restrooms were really unkept...

I asked for no pickles on 5 cheese burgers and I got pickles. This happens a lot. And heaven forbid I ask for no salt fries if I do at my kids request we can wait up to and extra 10 to 15 minutes and to add to this I usually ask for large and I am lucky if I get a medium portion. When I was my kids ages I remember there being so much fries they fell over the sides now iam lucky if the fries are over the lower lip.

One of the faster drive thrus but the staff is always rude

Staff was pleasant, but the service was slow. Food was good however.

I drove through the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh. Wait time reasonable.

When using the drive-thru, they make everyone park and wait even when there is nobody else waiting in the drive-thru. I asked one of their employees why and they said it was a way of making it look like they were giving fast service to head office. Instead of "drive-thru" they should call it "park and wait."

Wish I would have known they didn't sale peanuts anymore, before I received fudge sundae Otherwise everything was great!!

Good location in Richmond , lots of comfort room for dining

It seems every time we go to a McDonald's there's something wrong with the order. No straws, no napkins, an item charged but missing. It just seems that the staffing is always so inept... only in a moment of desperation do I go and try to get a correct order. Just because this is a minimum wage job shouldn't mean that the staff are incompetent. At least I try to believe that. But each and every time you all prove me wrong.

Drive thru line time was very very long McDonalds use to give cards for long wait times like for a ice cream cone or small sundae they need to go back to that

Orders for Postmates were delivered quickly. Very happy.

This McDonald's is by far the worse in the inland empire. Sorry but I must keep it real. You will be asked for change and you will be sitting next to some drug addict who's attemptimg to put together some radio from the 1960s. It's inevitable. Steer passed it. I highly recommend that.

This place is getting slower and slower the customer service sucks just to pay for my food is like I'm getting a credit check done...

Coke and Diet Coke have the same weird aftertaste... can't explain it

This Mc Donald's restaurant is a busy one for sure. Never had an issue here. However the other night I did purchase both a food and drink item. I thought my drink tasted odd and realized the bottom of my cup was very soft as if it was wet on the bottom for a long while. That mistake surely isn't an everyday day occurrence. Keep up the good work I say

I went inside to place my order with the cashier. When they called my number I proceeded to pick it up. When I got home I saw that they gave me the wrong number. My son called the number on the receipt and let the phone ring and ring for about 5 minutes...no one picked up. My son told me he'll try again today 5/6/18 and call tomorrow if no one picks up. I won't go there anymore. Someone got my order and I got theirs. :(

It was great the food was nice n hot n fresh love it

Seems like there is always a long line in the drive thru, but, I have to admit, most of the time it moves fairly quickly... That's one of the reasons why I still eat Big Macs, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and $1 drinks

It was awful they gave me old fries and when asked for fresh fries they refried my old ones

Upgraded fries but only quarter full. Didn't even give me my garden salad and let me go since it was a take out. Had to come back twice. Incompetent staff need to be fired. If they're not going to check orders before sending it out why bother working. If you're disgruntled and don't wanna work at Mac Donald's why bother working? Just quit. Your attitude at work is your attitude at life. Teach these kids properly or don't at all. Hire new management that will. That or I'll have to lay it out every time I'm there.

service very bad but seriously very bad and if that were not enough I ordered a ranch sauce and they told me that I had to pay it

Slowest and dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to, and that's saying something.

Best Mcdonalds in the area. Drive through is usually packed, but seating is abundant within the diner. They have good service in the case of ordering by machine, pretty clean and upscale Mcdonalds.

Double quarter pounder was not fully done, patties had pink meat

The wait time was horrible omg.. I mean come on so many workers yet the wait time is horrible they are so unorganized I would say even though they have the ordering computers they still take forever but as bad as this wait time they still continue to get business they are always busy busy, the restroom are not clean and they smell I mean downtown San Bernardino location is actually not as bad as you would have thought right but I sure hope they improve in their timeliness fast food should be that right but the staff is friendly and willing to help so a big improvement from before though so I give them a better rating in the stars.

The same as the McDonald s on Mount Vernon it s the same owner their machine is always broken so there s no macafe no ice cream shakes or ice cream

Drive thru takes a long time to order. Super long lines.

Rude manager. And cashier doesn't know what shes doing.

I went there April 26, 2019 around 545 and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. While I was waiting in line my children and I got you see how homeless people just hang around the side next to the drive thru and fo drugs. I got you the window and asked what was the hold up and the cashier said they had a big order. Really!!! I also advised about the homeless and they didn't care. I will never go to this location again!! It was very bad service!!!

The wait in the drive-thru tends to be longer than usual here. Even going inside and using the kiosk didn't seem to make a difference. The service seemed faster back in the day when several people worked the counter.

Fast service and very close to my home. Very convenient.

Trash overflowing all tables dirt low staff no lids or napkins or ketchup cups ...

Despite the location the staff working super helpful and very generous

They renovated a year n 1/2 ago. Very nice. Has a cafe working room kind of thing. Parking lot is a bit small during peak hours

French never go bad days ,weeks ,later. Unreal food

There's nothing good or bad about this McDonald's, it's just a regular place that does nothing exceptional or horrific to Warren more than a mediocre star rating.

Annoying that they got rid of all day breakfast menu
