Long wait on inside orders if you are in a hurry. I waited 45 minutes for one Egg McMuffin.

Busy place next to Santa Monica pier, with a lot of homeless around. But there is free parking which is hard to find in that area.

The food is good the workers are very nice and helpful this is by far the best McDonald's I've been too. They tell you deals when ordering so you will save money upon your order. Drive thru or walk in either way you will have a great time. Thank you for reading and have a good day.

If you use the machine to order items yourself, you will get a number tag for table service. However, the food might not come out. You have to let them know to get the order. Of course I was not expecting a great service from McDonald's but this was one of my worst experience with McDonald's

Crazy busy. Place was packed with young tourists. Seats are hard to find. Food was fine.

For the first time this MacDonald was clean, the person who was cleaning made sure every table and floors were clean. The food was cold for example the fries, the wifi did not have internet.

I've had a great many times at this McDonald's where their drive thru becomes a sit in for over 20 minutes at a time. They also have a terrible habit of messing up my order or putting my good in mismatched containers or wrappers. The only reason I give them two stars is because they always apologize and fix the labeling problem when requested and generally have a great customer service attitude.

We stay going. My daughter take McDonalds over bakers any day

Worst of the Worst McDonalds!!! many times they have messed up my order especially drive thru orders didn't get my order correct till 25 min later I suggest to avoid this location

Its takes 20 min for a dollar cheeseburger and a free McCafe with an app

It's a casual place to eat but nowadays you can only order TO-GO!!!

Give me my two McDoubles and it's far away from my house so I for to me w and ask for two McDoubles

Very crowed an kd they put two different breakfast order in one plate cuz it went to the same people I don't think so return 3 x before got right

It's gotten worse over time, you know it's bad when del taco across the street has more business then them. Just pathetic.

Went through the drive through; had to reverify our order in the first window. We get to the second window and find out our order was given to the car ahead of us. This whole thing went on for at least 20 minutes. Still got our order wrong. We had gotten fed up so we just took the order.

I went in the evening and the manager was awesome, the people that were working there were so kind and very sweet. Even when they had people that came that were very rude they still handled it in a very tactful way. I will definitely be back here and they make it very easy for me and my children to sit down and enjoy.

This McDonald's is a little small on the inside but is very nice and comfortable it's near College so it makes it easy to use your internet and whatever devices you need to use. Thank you and I will be back.

Drive thru and then wait 5 minutes for my 2 burgers. So much for fast food

Classic junk food, very satisfying. Fast service and everything tasted fresh, no dried fries nor stale cheeseburgers.

Drive thru cashier was rude, didn't say thank you have a nice day

Like any other Mc Donald's. The staff has been friendly.

This is a mc Donalds. Not super special but i have seen worse. Be aware of time you go. It close proximity to a school mean exactly what you think. Plus this area of town can sonetines but not always have some " characters" . its kind of a wild card. I dont normally go here unless im really in a hurry.

This place doesn't accept card transactions after 1am. What kind of business doesn't accept card this day and age. They told me they need to restart the system everyday for morning crew. This place sucks and is shady, just go to Del Taco across the street.

They have upped their menu game. It was a surprise and a relief that the food was good and always at a good price.

I really do enjoy this particular McDonalds. It's become my poor man's Starbucks lol I today I had forgotten that I ordered a coffee and they brought it to me.my only complaint where are the surly kids that go to school across the street LOL

Service is too slow. Lines are long on the inside and on the outside. And they are not friendly at all.

I've had really great customer service Everytime I've visited any mc Donald's the workers were friendly respectful and had my food ready in a timely matter that's why I give them 5 stars

Like any McDonald's I always recommend you check to make sure your order is correct, before you leave!! Always quick and hot food! And one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to!!

My go to McDonald's. didn't appreciate the service of the night staff the lady didn't give me a receipt after I asked for one but overall probably one of the better mcds in the area.

Icecream machine wasn't working but my pumpkin pie was pretty good

They mess up our order 100% every time we order the just cant get it right

Early morning is always cash only. Sometimes, even though they are open 24 hours, no service or response at the drive thru...

Not the best area...but fast service and staff is nice
