All McDonald's seem to have the same. .mediocre to poor service.

They never say "please" or "thank you", instead they say, "have a nice day". Just awful

a lady sneezed in the kitchen, and she didnt go to the wash station to clean up. obviously she got the flu, I had to cancel my order, and the manager seems knew nothing abt her flu. sigh

Good service. Only the games are out and the sun is strong if you eat at noon

Dont really eat at McDonald's but only place in area but, service slow, very busy and not the best area.

I love this place for its convenient location, delicious food, clean restrooms and friendly people.

Terrible service, I would give it zero if I could. Drive-Thru lady was lazy and rude, we tried to add on to our order and she said no when there was no rush. Unnecessary and unacceptable.

The food is good at this McDonalds. But at lacks accuracy on your orders and slow

Just lefted this location. The woman that took my order thru the drive-thru is very rude with an attitude !! Didn t get her name but I did mention about my complaint to another young lady that gave me my food at the drive thru window. I asked the lady that took my order a few questions about their breakfast deals. She was no help at all. All she said was what was that?
Then I asked again about the breakfast combo deals her response was about what like if she didn t know what I was talking about. She needs some GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! I mean she s the one who works there she should be more helpful to the customers! And know what to say to do that !! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Food was cold too !!

Local Hangout for others but didn't stay long, also liked the coffee!!?!! God Bless!!?!!

Food is always great but some employees attitude ruined me ever going to this mcdonalds.. fighting with a customer twice = getting fired! She was a small girl didn't have a chance to see her name date Monday Oct 3 time 6:55pm check ur employees!!!!!!!

Surprised at this location. Always always drive by but never stopped. Service was great, place was clean.

I order 3 happy meals & thy forgot my kids toys. No one answer the office phone.. boooo to thm..

It's a McDonald's. It was open and we were hungry. The sandwiches were hot as were the French fries so I guess that's a plus. Actually one of my least favorite fast food restaurants. Enough said.

They didn't put Mac sauce on my cheeseburgers I ordered 5 of um

It's close to the public bus station, clothes shopping, and grocery stores

Fries was cold they didnt had Sprite and big mac was messy.

This place has a confirmed case of Rona on August 31, 2020. Shut'r down.

Lots of egg shells in my sandwich this morning. Now I'm looking for something to eat.

food has been the same years. they never spend money to improve the food. instead, they improve the property and the building's structure. hamburgers are not their profit. its realastate!

They wouldn't give us the change for our order, gave us a coffee that wasn't ours... Didn't stir the coffee that was ours, we asked for salt and they gave us pepper packets... When we pointed this out they gave us sopping wet salt packets.

It's regular McDonald's but downside it that there a lot of rude customers constantly

Too long wait in drive threw 30 min just for one drink and have me just carbonation in a coke so dissatisfied 3am didn't want to go back in the line for replacement

Large coffee and an orange cran muffin for pocket change, good enough

service was good but had to peel out cause of some dude didnt want a one dollar burger nooooo we had to buy him the expensive stuff

All good except the self order&pay keops. Too time consuming. Other customers complaining about it (so I'm not the only one).

Took too long to fill my order. McDonald's charges for water cups now - thumbs down

The service was good the person that took my money is very energetic and very nice . But My order was not right even though my sandwich was good I just did not have time to go back.

I just purchased a 10 peace chicken nuggets and they where very nasty I bit one and it had a very nasty Taste and I checked it after and the inside was like yellow in the middle with red dots and I called to let them know and the girl who answered said "I'm pretty shure they weren't bad but ok " she offered me to go get some other ones till the end . Bad customer service as well.

Awesome with the homeless. I'm Very grateful that they allow us to use the bathrooms. Bring a single mom with a teenager in our car is hard enough.

Although they did have good customer service they took awhile for orders to come out

This restaurant is notoriously slower than others. Most of the time special orders will be done incorrectly. My husband ordered a #5 crispy chicken sandwhich with ketchup and no mayonaise. Of course he got mayonaise and there was no ketchup. The breast tasted dry and he threw half of it away.

There are times when I show up and one thing or another isn't working. Whether it's the card machine so they can only take cash or their ice cream machine.

They had good movement in the drive thru and the food was good and fast

I dont know her name i think it was joselyn yea it was she saved my life like i fell and she gave me a bandage and the whole 50 yards she even cared about me like i was her brother and gave me my order right i didnt have 10 cents for my order more so she gave me 10 cents awesome !! Give her a raise i will start protesting up in this joint till she get a promotion thats how much i mean it. Ps also that mf ICE CREAM MACHINE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS IN THE SHOP IS THERE EVEN A SHOP FOR A ICREAM MACHINE PLEASE GET IT FIXED BEFORE I bodyslam someone
