Food was good. Location was nice and clean and employees were great!

It's Open 24/7 , But After A Certain Time ,You Can Only Go Thru The Drive Thru ...Good Food ,

Drive thru was very crowded and seemed to move slow. Once we ordered it went quickly. This particular Mc Donald's is always crowded though. The employees are usually nice and courteous just overwhelmed because of it being so busy.

I love this place but it takes about 5 days that my daughter got intoxicated with an mcflory

wrong order replaced by another wrong order. I ordered a mushroom and swiss cheese burger. They have me cookies instead. Then they gave me a burger, just not one with mushrooms and swiss cheese.

Foods always hard the nuggets and fries aren't ever fresh i have to tell them to please make sure its fresh but once thats done my son enjoys it

ordered from postmates but I had multiple things missing from my order because of McDonald s not the postmates. they need to keep better track of their orders for the sake of happy customers.

They always make you wait ..pull over to the front we will be with you in a few minutes and I only ordered a mcfrappe!!

Good service, but they have Homless, in their facilities, inside and outside., Service is good and food along with prices.

Was waiting in their drive thru number 2 spot for over 20 minutes just for a hamburger.

To close to the freeway with lots of drive through traffic. If you go to this one I would recommend ordering inside.

McDonald's is McDonald's...although I find this one having lots of trouble, especially during the night times. There have been two times that we've gone through the drive-thru (at around 11pm) and it's taken them over 10 minutes to get three cups of coffee ready. Imagine what would happen if I actually ordered food!

I'm not sure if it's because the newer staff usually works at night, or if they're just exhausted by the end of the night.

The people working here at the time are usually friendly though, so that's good.

They change there prices to much, to fast an it's the same stuff u've been eat'n for years!!! Overpriced!!!

Glad the girl offered me the 2 for. $5.00. I saved some money on my parents order. Big Mac and Filet of Fish we're available on this purchase.

I liked their service but they ran out of utensils, so I had to eat my bacon fries with a spoon. But other than that it was great.

Small, not up to date, friendly and kind staff. Order came out incorrect for my close friend. He asked no mayo (not a big deal if you're not allergic).

This place was disgusting the play equipment was filthy the toys were broken the windows looked liked the hadn't been cleaned in months .it was very poorly maintained I will not be taking my kids their again

Horrible... They served stale and old fries and cold chicken nuggets.. the coffee tasted burnt ... The app charged me and the cashier said I had to pay again... Now I got charged twice on my Visa for terrible quality food. The cashier was very impatient as well.. terrible customer service. Speechless

No fountain drinks no frappes no men s restroom women was so disgusting I didn t use it tried to wash my hands no soap so the employees aren t washing a disaster waiting to happen

April 1st around 2:40am they served us old re-fried fries. They couldn't even bother to put salt on them. I know they wont get talked to over this or a write up. But if you're reading this I hope you take pride in your job in the future. There was no one else in line at the drive thru. This was simply you being lazy. It's not a hard task to do. You throw away the old fries ( I know they don't deduct your pay over throwing away old fries) and put in some fresh ones. Well I hope you take your job more seriously in the future, even if it is an entery level job.

The environment here is a few comfortable but the parking lot is troublesome.

Waited in line forever, just too have to go back for receiving the wrong order. And they are ALWAYS out of something.

Usually get the orders correct which can be rare at a McDonald's drive thru

You forgot my small fry and you said my hot mustard was in the bag but it wasn't.

Food is fast and accurate, but play ground has a saftey issue that needs to get checked out, everytime i come i always see kids falling or tripping on a big hole and today when i was there a little boy triped over the hole and hit his mouth on the stair case and had. Much bleeding.... Didnt seem like the staff cared and Seem liked when the parent was trying to complain staff was to busy! What is the point of having a play ground if the safety for kids is not one of thier first priorities!???

Thay keep letting the homeless people HANGOUT, PLAY GAMES AND USE FREE INTERNET, although they have signs reading a 30 minute limit while EATING THE FOOD.

It's McDonald's, so you already know what to expect food-wise. If, for some reason, you actually like McDonald's food, this is one of the nicer locations and the service is fast and courteous. They are also open 24 hours, so they are a viable option if you work nearby and are putting in an all-nighter. If you're looking for something to eat during the day, however, there so many good, cheap, restaurants in this area that I'd highly recommend broadening your horizons by trying some of them.

The service was slow. The floor were dirty. There was no ice, lids and napkins. The trash cans were full. You need more staff working there. You need a manager that care about your customers.

This is one of the older McDs in Richmond.

Like any other McDonald, a good place to grab a quick bite when you are in a rush.

Not easy to get to Alderbridge from the parking lot because of traffic.

The place looked tired. Probably needs updating.

This is about your average McDonald's. The great thing about this one is the location beside the transit center. If you have 15 minutes this McDonald's can easily be walked to have you taken care of with a quick bite to eat before catching your bus or train.

Skimped on fries forgot on of two mcchickens and sweet tea was watered down. By far worst experience though the people were nice i dont think ill go back
